A Study on the Actual Conditions of Lifelong Education Facilities in University -Focused on National University of Industry- (대학 내 평생교육시설의 실태에 관한 연구 -국립산업대학교를 중심으로-)

  • The purpose of this study is to clarify the actual conditions of the use and the plan of lifelong education facilities in national university of industry. This article discuses about the basic characteristics of the plan composition and the education programs of 8 lifelong education facilities in national university of industry. The results of this study are summarized as follows; 1) Needed spaces should functionally designed considering that basic and culture lecture, occupation skill and expert education, hobby/amusement/leisure, health/sanitation/sports, tradition culture understanding education among education programs of lifelong education facilities in universities are mainly constituted and occupation skill and expert education among theses are occupied with the most ratio. 2) Expansion of facilities is agent considering the number of students and lectures to be 3.0% from 1.7% of average ratio of continuous dimensions lifelong education facilities of each universities and composition following scale of the lecture room is set by organizing the number of students per lecture to small groups.

  • The information technology is becoming very essential in our daily lives. Internet environment, especially, has been seriously affecting the area of education. The cost-effectiveness analysis is required as universities are investing quite much in the development of internet infrastructure. This study shows a simple statistical result on the utilization of internet equipments. It is found that the enough availability is not provided to the students who are going to use equipments for the purpose of study as a big portion of them are occupied by the users for the purpose of amusement.

  • Danish Modern has been recognized as simple and comfortable design movement that was matched with its unique regional environment. There are various internationally well known designers such as Arne Jacobsen, Verner Panton. Danish Modern movement and International style had vital role to activate these designers' ideas and design quality. This paper aims to study the background and design characteristics of Danish Modern movement as well as some of the spatial projects by Arne Jacobsen. Furniture design of Jacobsen were already throughly studied in various researches. However his spatial projects such as architectural buildings and interior designs were not. This study analyzes three major architectural projects based on the four characteristics of Danish Modern: Formal Simplicity, Simple Functionality, Regional Contextuality, Reasonable Amusement. After the case study, this study discovered that Danish Modern characteristics had unique roles in the design process of Jacobsen's projects. Danish Modern is still valid design philosophy that can be applied to contemporary society.

  • 본 논문에서는 유원시설 내의 유기기구에 대하여 운전실태를 분석하여 유기기구의 수용률을 산정하는 방식을 제시하였다. 유기기구별로 기계적구동방식과 전기구동방식으로 나누어 설비용량에 대한 실제 부하특성을 측정하였으며 그 결과를 토대로 유원시설에서 유기기구에 대한 전원변압기의 용량을 산정하는데 필요한 유기기구의 구동방식별 수용률의 참고치를 제시하였다. 본 논문의 산정방식을 참고할 경우 유원시설에서 좀더 효율적이고 경제적인 전원설비 운용에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

Furthermore it is used as materials for effective learning and human nature education to prevent the problems caused by rapid changes, and means to lessen or relax stress. The author will examine the specific ability, characteristics and potential of comics in this modem society. A Study on the Maximum Rate of Daily Users and the Turnover Rate of Parks in Korea (한국공원의 최대일율 및 회전율에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the maximum rate of daily users and the turnover rate of parks in Korea. Median calculation, percentile analysis, and regression analysis methods were adopted for the investigation of the maximum rate of daily users. The maximum level, adaptable level and current dispersion of each index were analyzed. The results are summarized as follows. 1) It is location, kinds of facility, and purpose of visiting that mainly affect the concentration pattern of the number of park users. 2) Parks are devided into such three types as common urban park, royal tomb park, and large amusement park. 3) Spring is the peak season in all parks. 4) The maximum daily rates of the three types of parks are 0.92%, 1.86%, 1.18% respectively and the turnover rates are 18%, 54%, 63% respectively. 5) The results of this study show the necessity of the revision of the existing maximum daily rate and turnover rate.

  • In the recent development of 3D game, the importance of the game interface as well as the amusement and performance of the game is highlighted. Considering the fact that the flash can easily express the various multimedia contents will provide new possibilities and improve the presentation of game interfaces, the system using the flash in 3D PC game interface was designed and tested in this paper.

A Study on Delinquents of Korean Army Prisoners (한국 육군 범죄자에 대한 연구)

  • The features of crimes, their causes and backgrounds of 70 army delinquents, comparing with the controls, were studied from Nov. 1st, 1976 to Nov. 20, 1976 The results were as follows: 1. Most of the delinquents were from the adverse circumstances i. e. low education level, poor economic status, farmers and had got married. 2. The majority of the delinquents occurred within the first 2 years of the enlistment. 3. The rate of the parent-loss of the criminals was definitely higher than that of the controls. (48.6%) 4. Escapers from military service were over the half of them, and violence, steal and embezzlement were followed. The motivations of the escape from the military service was mostly domestic problem and illness; but a lot of the criminals also escaped for amusement and pleasure. 5. The prognosis of them was relatively favorable and constructive.
