대구지역 중학생들의 친환경농산물에 대한 인식과 인증마크 신뢰 정도 (Middle School Students' Perception of Environment-friendly Agricultural Products (EAPs) and the Degree of Confidence about the Certification Mark in Daegu)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate middle school students' perception of environment-friendly agricultural products (EAPs) and the degree of confidence about the certification mark. Questionnaires were distributed to 444 students of 6 middle schools located in Daegu, and a total of 416 responses were used for analysis. 28.6% of the respondents were using EAPs at home, and 62.0% of respondents didn't know whether to use EAPs at home. The 6 items representing the perception of EAPs were analyzed, resulting in 2 distinct dimensions-'benefits of EAPs' and 'attitude toward EAPs'. Regarding Benefits of EAPs, the score of 'EAPs better for health' was the highest, followed by 'EAPs have higher quality', 'EAPs were better for environmental protection', respectively. The proportion of students responded that 'the amount of pesticides should be reduced gradually' was 65.5% and only 3.4% for 'current level of pesticide use is not a problem'. There were significant differences between male and female students with regard to an interest in EAPs (p < 0.05) and opinion on the use of pesticides (p < 0.05), while no significant difference was found between groups with different education level of mothers. The respondents who use EAPs at home showed significantly higher scores with attitude toward EAPs (p < 0.001), and higher response rate for 'pesticides should not be used even if the price increases' (p < 0.05). Degree of confidence about the EAPs certification mark also affected students' perception of EAPs (p < 0.001). Our results indicate the importance of education for students on EAPs to enhance students' attitude towards EAPs and improve school meal satisfaction.

비만 여성과 정상체중 여성의 밥그릇 크기와 색상에 따른 백미밥 인지량의 차이 (Difference in Volume Perception of Cooked White Rice according to Size and Color of Rice Bowl in Normal and Obese Women)

  • To examine the effect of obesity on volume perception according to size and color of rice bowl, we divided female college students into a normal weight group (<30% fat mass, n=100) and obese group (${\geq}30%$ fat mass, n=83) and then measured perceived volume of rice bowls of various sizes (general size; 350 ml vs. small size; 188 ml) and color (yellow, white, blue, and black) containing the same amount of cooked white rice (210 g). Normal weight group perceived that the general rice bowl contained significantly more cooked white rice compared to the small rice bowl. In contrast, the obese group perceived that the general rice bowl contained significantly less cooked white rice than the small rice bowl. The estimated variance in perceived volume of both bowls was significantly bigger in the obese group compared to the normal group. There were no differences in perceived volume among any of the subjects (both normal and obese groups) according to rice bowl color. However, the estimated variance in perceived volume in the obese group was significantly larger than that in the normal group for all of the rice bowls. In conclusion, rice bowl size and color might affect volume perception, and volume perception in obese people may be different from that of normal weight people.

거창지역 중.고등학생의 우유 섭취실태, 우유에 대한 인식 및 지식조사 (The Consumption Pattern, Perception and Knowledge of Middle and High School Students on Milk in Geochang Area)

  • This study was performed to investigate the consumption pattern, perception and knowledge on milk of middle and high school students. The subjects were 1,195 students(590 middle school and 605 high school students) living in Geochang area. The survey was conducted by using a self-administered questionnaire in November, 2004. The results were as follows. Fifty-one point nine percent of the subjects drank milk 1-3 cups per day, and 51.7% of the subjects drank milk more than 5-6 times in a week. Amount and frequency of milk intake were higher in middle school students and male students than those in high school students and female students(p<0.001), and the consumption of milk was significantly higher in students with highly educated mother and nuclear family(p<0.01). Eighty-two point one percent of subjects perceived that they should drink milk or as much as possible, and 89.5% of them milk intake required per day is 1-3 cups, and male students perceived more than female students that milk should be taken a lot(p<0.001). In addition, half of the subjects slightly knew that milk contains various kinds of nutrients and a third knew it well, and the perception rate was higher in male students than those in female students(p<0.001). The average score of knowledge about milk was 5.71 out of 10 points and 5.94 points in female students, which was significantly higher than 5.48 points in male ones (p<0.001).

계급에 따른 군대급식에 대한 인식 및 만족도 분석 (Analysis of Perception and Satisfaction of Military Foodservice that are Provided According to the Ranks of the Soldiers)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study is to provide the basic data for efficient operation and management of the military foodservice by analyzing the satisfaction of the quality of the foodservice and the perception of the military foodservice which are provided according to the ranks of the soldiers. Methods: A total of 252 military personnel (48 Private, 87 Private first class, 74 Corporal and 43 Sergeant) participated in Gyeonggi area from November 1 to 30, 2013, and data were analyzed by the SPSS Win (ver 18.0). Results: The perception with foodservice, variety of menu (p < 0.001), importance (p < 0.01), problem (p < 0.05) and leftover reason (p < 0.05) significantly differed by the rank of the soldiers. With regard to the satisfaction with food, there were significant difference by rank for all items (p < 0.01). Satisfaction with facilities did not indicate significant differences by rank. Satisfaction with sanitation indicated significant difference by rank in the categories of table ware (p < 0.05), process of distribution (p < 0.05), employee's uniform (p < 0.001) and drinking water (p < 0.05). Satisfaction with service indicated significant difference by rank with regard to kindness of employees (p < 0.01), providing information on foodservice (p < 0.05) and fast distribution (p < 0.01). Conclusions: In order to improve the satisfaction of all ranks, there is a need to offer a variety of nutritionally balanced menu and a proper amount of food provided through the voluntary food distribution services. The results also suggested the need to find a sustainable foodservice management plan to carry out satisfaction surveys regularly in the military foodservice.

스트레스인식에 따른 중년의 건강관련 삶의 질 영향요인 (Factors influencing health-related quality of life in middle-aged by stress perception)

  • 본 연구는 중년층의 스트레스 인지 정도에 따른 건강 관련 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하고자 시도된 2차 자료 분석 연구이다. 2014년, 2016년, 2018년 국민건강영양조사자료를 활용하였으며 40-64세의 중년으로 스트레스 인지 정도에 답한 7,995명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료 분석은 IBM SPSS ver.25.0를 이용하였으며, 유의수준은 .05로 하였다. 연구결과, 스트레스를 적게 받는 그룹의 경우 가구소득수준, 교육수준, 외식빈도, 한 번에 마시는 음주량, 흡연여부, 주관적 건강, 우울이 유의한 영향요인으로 나타났고, 그 설명력은 21.4%이었다(p<.001). 스트레스를 많이 받는 그룹의 경우 가구소득수준, 교육수준, 배우자와 동거여부, 주당 아침식사 빈도, 유산소운동 실천여부, 흡연여부, 주관적 건강, 우울이 유의한 영향요인으로 나타났고, 그 설명력은 38.7%이었다(p<.001). 따라서 향후 중년의 스트레스 감소 중재 시 각각의 영향요인을 고려할 것을 제언한다.

어린이의 유튜브 이용량에 미치는 영향 요인 연구 (A Study of Factors Affecting the Amount of Children's YouTube Use)

  • 본 연구는 최근 현저하게 증가하고 있는 어린이들의 유튜브 이용량에 영향을 미치는 변인들에 대한 연구이다. 이를 위해, 유튜브 이용에 영향을 미치는 변인으로 이용방식, 조절능력, 콘텐츠 인식, 중재방식을 설정하고, 연령대별 이들 변인들을 비교하고 유튜브 이용량에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지를 분석하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 연구결과, 연령대별 이용량은 차이가 없었으나 이용방식 중 구독채널 유무와 일반채널 이용, 조절능력, 콘텐츠 인식, 그리고 중재 방식 중 기술통제와 감독은 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이용량에 영향을 미치는 변인들은 3-4세 집단은 구독채널 유무와 감독이, 5-6세 집단은 구독유무, 조절능력, 일반채널, 부모감독, 대화지도의 순으로 나타났다. 7-9세 집단은 구독채널 유무, 조절능력, 프리미엄 서비스 가입으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 연령대별 유의미한 변인들의 유사성과 상이성을 발견함으로서 유튜브 이용량을 감소시키는 전략을 다르게 구사해야 한다는 것을 시사한다. 또한 그동안 덜 다루어진 어린이의 유튜브 이용방식에 대한 보다 구체적인 분류와 이들 방식들이 미치는 영향력에 대한 연구의 필요성을 제기하고 있다.

  • This survey on marketed Kimchi was performed in 455 housewives living in daegu city area and investigated for marketablity and quality improvement of Kimchi. The results obtained as follows : 1. Subjects percepted marketed Kimchi as convenient and economical. 2. The proportion of subjects who has bought the marketed Kimchi products was 68.6%, some factors-ages, academic career, income, family system-were investigated. 3. Subjects bought the needed amount for 1-2days at hygienic store, by one's experiences and prefered Baechu-Kimchi 4. The most urgent improvement for the marketed Kimchi is it's standardization.

동적 교통 시스템의 인지공학적 평가에 관한 연구 (Cognitive Model-based Evaluation in Dynamic Traffic System)

  • The road sign in dynamic traffic system is an important element which affects on human cognitive performance on driving. Web-based vision system simulator was developed to examine the cognition time of the road sign in dynamic environment. This experiment the cognition time of the road sign in dynamic environment. This experiment was designed in with-subject design with two factors: vehicle speed and the amount of information of the traffic sign. It measured the cognition time of the road sign through two evaluation methods: the subjective test with vision system simulator and computational cognitive model. In these two evaluations of human cognitive performance under the dynamic traffic environment, it demonstrated that subject's cognition time was affected by both the amount of information of traffic sign and driving speed.

주부의 취업여부에 따른 주관적 재정복지 (Subjective Financial Well-Being of Employed and Unemplyed wives)

  • The purpose of this study was to test a causal model of subjective financial well-being. The data of this research was obtained from 660wives who lived in Seoul, 1996. Major findings of this study were at follows: 1. Both employed and unemployed wives, younger managers were more likely to have a higher cohesion and adaptability between spouses. For the unemployed wives, locus of control over managers’financial situation and perception of gap between standard and level of living were significant predictors of the personal subsystem. 2. In both groups, financial planning was positively influenced by amount of saving. But amount of saving was not significant predictor of financial implementing. Financial implementing was positively influenced by locus of control, in the unemployed wives. For the employed wives, predictors of financial implementing were family income and marriage duration. 3. For the employed wives, the effect of personal and managerial subsystem on subjective financial well-being was greater than unemployed wives. 4. It was found that personal and managerial subsystems had effect on subjective financial well-being. Thus, the path model designed in this research was found to be proven for employed and unemployed wives.
