This paper based on a survey of the 1995 Hyogo-Ken Nanbu Earthquake analyzes human behavior by the house pattern through the correspondence analysis in an area of Shindo 7: earthquake with an intensity of 7 on the Japanese scale. According to the analysis the following proposals are shown as a space safety planning: First : To establish the space allotment based on which the role behavior among family members are smoothly executed, . Second In the apartment house it is important to install a common space or a "Helping Neighbot" -route to the adjoining dwelling unit which is safe for residents' activities and effective for the improvement of the earthquake-resistant structure of the building. building.

An improved control method in turbine control system is proposed. By automatic follow-up design, power system frequency may be maintained within prespecified range. Base or half load control is possible by distributing power plant load allotment. Otherwise, diminutive frequency-load control is dine by governor-free operation in power plant. This paper proposes governor-free operation which is automatically followed by load-limitter setter. The condition which limits governor action may be somewhat improved within boiler condition by this idea. This design has been implemented at Samchunpo thermal power plant. The improved practical results are shown.

This paper performed a basic study for the development of so called a Korean style community garden, a Kleingarten in Japan, according to the increase of demand for green tourism For this, theoretical research and interviews with site surveys for Kleingarten in Japan were carried out and some strategic conclusions were drawn. The results show that, from the perspective of hardware, facilities and size should be setup according to the condition in Korea and long-tenn demands for green tourism Adequate size of lodging facility, a cottage, should accompany the garden. More attention should be paid for the management of Kleingarten. In addition, from the perspective of software, Administration should make an effort to obtain the understanding and cooperation from the local residents. It turns out that a Kleingarten takes an important role when urban residents move into rural areas or carry out a multi-habitation. Barrier-free design for cottages is also needed.

It is necessary to select proper reduction methods and to calculate reasonably reduction amount for making good practice of the reduction scheme. Moreover, it is suggested that the reduction amount have to be distributed properly during the planning period. In other words, it has not to be concentrated on the specific year (especially final year of the planning period). The reason why, if the reduction amount concentrate on the final year of the planning period, allotment loading amount could not be achieved in some cases (e.g., insufficiency of budget, extension of construction duration). Even though much of the budget have been supported from national treasury (about 50%), it is thought the role of the local government must be strengthened gradually.

Land Reform is a distributive measure which transfers power, property, income and status from one group in the community to another. There are two strategies in land reform, capitalist strategy and socialist strategy. The two strategies are different not only in their objectives and ideologies, but also in the method of land allotment and confiscatin. Capitalist land reform is aimed at accomplishing the land -to -the -tiller program of which the implementing process is always included rent reduction and sale of public lands. Socialist land reform is aimed at achieving abolition of property right of land and application of all rent revenue from land to public purpose. The process of the socialist land reform is comprising Bauernbefreiung and land collectivization. In conclusion, the former is resulted in high productivity of land and the later is identified low productivity of land.

대부분의 디지털 방송 시스템에서는 한정된 지상파 주파수 자원 때문에 최소한의 주파수 자원을 사용하는 SFN 또는 OCR등의 기법을 제공하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 미국 ATSC방식의 OCR과 유럽의 DVB-T방식의 SFN에 대한 특성을 연구 분석하고 중계기 및 송신기의 위치에 따른 수신영역을 시뮬레이션 하기 위한 방안을 제시한다.

The past several years have strongly anticipated the advent of a more integrated system control combining active power and voltage-reactive power controls. This paper presents a new approach to the intergrated system control with primary emphasis on the development of a new control method which combines the conventional economical load dispatching(ELD) and voltage-reactive power controls. The control method, in its fundamental principle, first determines the optimal active power allocation in accordance with the conventional ELD controller. By a proper manipulation of the remaining reactive power sources in the system, the control method then reduces the transmission losses of the system by the adjustment of system voltage distribution and also by the proper allotment of reactive power flows.

Consumer's demand level for products and goods selection power is considerably improved. The pressure of loss compensation is also being accelerated by products which bring damage on property. The producer prevents the loss from causing poor products and considering the quality cost allotment in these circumstances. That is to say, producer should be concerned with the strategy of product liability prevention instead of passive defence policy. This paper intends to estabilish the optimum quality cost in considering product liability, and present the correlation of quality cost elements and multiple regression analysis. It can utilized in qualitycost and budget planning.

WTRF 가동에 따른 월성원전 삼중수소 방출량을 예측하였다. 호기별 WTRF 처리량 변화에 따른 월성원전 감속재와 냉각재 삼중수소 농도변화를 예측하였으며, 이로부터 삼중수소 방출량을 계산하였다. WTRF 가동에 의해 2013년에는 감속재 삼중수소 농도는 적어도 10 Ci/kg-$D_2O$ 이하로 떨어지며, 이때 연간 삼중수소 방출량은 WTRF 가동초기보다 약 25% 정도로 감소하는 것으로 나타났다.

In this paper, we propose an emergency wake-up alert system (EWAS) for providing accurate and rapid emergency information. The proposed system can provide an emergency wake-up alert service without an additional frequency allotment by utilizing the guard band of the Advanced Television Systems Committee (ATSC) Terrestrial Digital Television (DTV) system. The design target of the proposed system is to match the indoor reception coverage of EWAS with the outdoor reception coverage of the ATSC DTV system. To achieve this, the proposed system should be about 35.65 dB more robust than the ATSC DTV system. The simulation results show that the proposed system offers an emergency wake-up alert service supporting a data rate of up to 23 bps.
