교실 천장형 Unit의 위치에 따른 온열환경 평가 연구 (A Study on the Evaluation of Thermal Environment according to the Location of Ceiling Type Unit in Classroom)

  • Installation of ceiling type unit is achieved by one of efforts for agreeable classroom environment embodiment along with economic growth. But research about changing the position of ceiling type unit is lacking in present. Therefore, this thesis is to study the thermal environment of 5 different position cases of ceiling type, namely Case A, B, C, D, E. Here, Case C is the case that has the position of ceiling type center of the classroom and the other 4 alternatives are 0.7 m away from the Case C according to x and z axis. In this thesis temperature distributions, air current distribution, heat amenities such as PMV of occupants are analyzed as the environmental factors. Through these factors, Case C and Case D are the better position alternatives than the alternatives of Case A, Case B and Case E because the latter cases the air current reaches directly to indoor occupants so that occupants feel chilly. This thesis has a conclusion under the condition of only one inlet air temperature and seat arrangement. But afterwards more inlet air condition and seat arrangement must be considered.

  • This paper presents the result if a study m the development of a net type wave absorber with air pumping. The authors already show the usefulness of net type wave absorber in the previous study. However, when it comes to the long waves, it was not easy to maintain the same efficiency with net type wave absorber only. The authors tried to overcome this difficulty by adding air bubbles to the water. The results show that combining the net type wave absorber and the air bubble is more efficient than single adoptation of the wave absorber or a net type wave absorber.

CFD분석을 통한 기류식 분쇄기 날개부의 최적설계 (Optimum Design for an Air Current Pulverizing Blade Using the Computational Fluid Dynamics)

  • In the air current pulverizing type grinding method, the blade wings fitted inside a casing are rotated at a high speed to generate a cornering air current, which facilitates the collision of materials with one another, leading to the pulverizing phenomenon. In contrast to mechanical grinding, grit pulverizing leads to fine grinding and less acid waste and degeneration of the material. Moreover, this approach prevents the loss of nutritional value, while allowing the milling grain to have an excellent texture. However, the existing air current pulverizing type machines consist of prefabricated blades, which cannot be rotated at a speed higher than 5,000 rpm. Consequently, the grinding process becomes time consuming with a low productivity. To overcome these problems, in this study, the shape and structure of the air current pulverizing type wings were optimized to allow rapid grinding at more than 8,000 rpm. Moreover, the optimal design for the ripening parts for the air current pulverizing type device was determined by performing a computational fluid dynamics analysis based on airflow analyses to produce machinery that can grinding materials to the order of micrometers.

  • Sealing an oil-air mixture plays important roles to have an enhanced lubrication for high speed spindele. Current work was emphased on the investigation of air jet effect on the protective collar type labyrinth seal. To improve the sealing capability of conventional labyrinth seal,ari jet was injected against through the leakage flow. It has a combined geometry of a protective collar type and an air jet type. In this study, both of a numerical analysis by CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) and experimental measureements are carried out of verify sealing improvement. But of the turbulence and the compressible flow model were introduced in CFD analysis. The sealing effect of the leakage clearance and the air jet magnitude were studied for variousparameter in the experiment. The results of pressure drop in the experiment match reasonably to those of the simulation by introducing a flow coefficient. Effects of sealing improvement are explained as decreasing of effective leckage clearance by air jetting. Thus, sealing effect is improved by amount of air jetting even though clearance become larger.

  • 병렬연결된 두 코일을 가진 자속구속형 초전도 전류제한기의 사고발생시 철심의 포화를 억제하기 위한 방안으로 공극을 도입하였다. 하지만, 공극의 도입으로 인해 자화전류가 증가하게 되어 자속구속형 초전도 전류제한기의 임피던스 감소를 초래하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 공극유무에 따른 병렬연결된 두 코일을 가진 자속구속형 초전도 전류제한기의 전류제한 특성을 등가회로와 실험결과에 대한 비교분석을 통해 공극도입의 장.단점을 확인하였다.

  • PMV, $CO_2$ and the energy consumption performance were numerically investigated in a large space with air-conditioning systems of four type. The numerical results showed that thermal comforts in the occupied zone are nearly similar in three systems except 3-way wall type system air-conditioner with ventilation system installed 2.2m height from the bottom. In case of 3-way wall type system air-conditioner the energy consumption for cooling loads was reduced about 25.5% compared to other air-conditioning systems. From the viewpoint of IAQ, it was turned out that system air-conditioner with ventilation system became worse about 20% compared to central air-conditioning systems for cooling load. The PMV, $CO_2$ concentration and energy consumption of all systems for heating loads were similar in a large space considered.

  • 현재 경북지방의 수박 및 참외재배에 가장 많이 이용되고 있는 대형터널 하우스의 온도 변화를 분석한 결과, 터널하우스 내 기온은 일몰과 함께 강하하여 외기온과 비슷한 온도를 유지하는 시간은 일몰 후 약 2시간 30분 전후로 나타났으며, 자연환기장치인 환기공 및 수동식 측창이 설치되어 재배기간중 하우스내 최고기온은 4$0^{\circ}C$ 이상 유지되지는 않았다. 하우스야간온도는 높이별 위치에 관계없이 거의 같은 온도로 유지되었으며, 재배기간중 야간온도는 외기온보다 2~3$^{\circ}C$정도 높게 유지할 수 있었지만, 외기온이 적온 이하일 때는 보온의 필요성이 있었다. 또 재배기간중 20cm 깊이의 지온은 2$0^{\circ}C$ 이상을 유지할 수 있어서 적정지온 확보에는 문제가 없었으며, 일변동폭은 3~5$^{\circ}C$ 정도이고 관수로 인한 지온저하는 5~6$^{\circ}C$ 정도였다

천장형에어컨 기류가 화재감지기 작동에 미치는 영향 분석 (Study on Influence of Air Flow of Ceiling Type Air Conditioner on Fire Detector Response)

  • 이 논문은 천장형 에어컨의 기류가 화재감지기 작동에 미치는 영향을 분석한 연구이다. 천장형 에어컨의 기류를 형성시킨 가운데 화재감지기의 작동특성을 분석하기 위하여 ISO표준에서 규정한 방법으로 화재실험을 수행하였다. 실험은 10 m (가로) ${\times}$ 7 m (세로) ${\times}$ 4 m (높이) 크기의 화재실험장에서 수행하였다. 실험에 사용된 화재감지기는아날로그식 열감지기와 아날로그 연기감지기이다. 화원으로는 열감지기 작동을 위해 n-heptane을 사용하였고, 연기 감지기 작동을 위해 면심지(Cotton)를 사용하였다. 실험 결과, 화재감지기의 응답은 기류가 없을 때는 화원으로부터 거리가 멀어질수록 늦어지는 패턴을 보이나, 강한 기류에서는 그 패턴이 유지되지 못한 것을 확인하였다. 천장형 에어컨 기류가 없는 경우에 비해 기류가 강한 경우에 응답시간이 연기감지기는 121%, 열감지기는 39% 늦어졌다. 천장형 에어컨이 설치된 장소에서는 화재감지기 개수를 늘려 풍구 4방향에 모두 설치하거나 감도가 뛰어난 감지기를 설치하는 것이 화재의 조기감지를 위해 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

플라이 애시와 석회석 미분말을 혼용한 고유동 콘크리트의 유동 특성 (Flowability of High Flowable Concrete with Fly Ash and Lime Powder)

  • This study is performed to evaluate flowability of high flowable concrete using ordinary portland cement, crushed coarse aggregate, crushed sand, sea sand, fly ash, lime powder and superplasticizer. The slump flow and air content are increased with increasing the content of lime powder. But, the O-type funneling time and Box-type passing are decreased with increasing the content of lime powder. The slump flow, air content, O-type funneling time, Box-type passing and L-type filling of target compressive strength 21-27 MPa and 35-42 MPa at curing age 28 days are 47-50 cm and 56-60 cm, 4.2-5.5% and 4.0-5.7%, 8-12s and 5-10s, 4.3-5.0 cm and 3.4-5.0 cm, and excellent, respectively. These concrete can be used for high flowable concrete.

착상을 고려한 가정용 냉동/냉장고 증발기의 열전달 성능 (Heat Transfer Performance of Evaporator Used in a Domestic Refrigerator/Freezer Under Frosting Condition)

  • In this study, the air-side heat transfer coefficients of several types of evaporators in the household freezer/refrigerators are investigated. The types considered in this work are: discrete flat plate fin-and-tube type(in-lined tube array), continuous flat plate fin-and-tube type(staggered tube array), and spine fin-and-tube type(in-lined tube array). The heat transfer correlations obtained from this study for each heat exchangers could expect heat transfer coefficients less than $5\%$ of errors. The result indicates that the air-side heat transfer performance of spine fin-and-tube type evaporator shows the highest value under dry conditions, but discrete flat plate fin-and-tube type evaporator shows the highest value among these three evaporators under frosting conditions.
