21 세기 경북농업기술혁신 10 개년 계획;기술혁신 추진전략을 중심으로 (Ten Year Plan for Kyungbuk Agricultural Technology Innovation in the 21st century)

  • In the 21th century, many people predict the change of agricultural conditions in our country because of the arrival of knowledge- information age. Now it is supposed that agricultural technology comes to $45%{\sim}50%$ level compare to advanced countries. So the development of new technology in agriculture are demanded all the more. Agriculture in the 21th century will be grown based on the connection of environment, knowledge and taffeta. The agricultural conditions in Kyongbuk has more profitablity and potentiality, because there are wide lands, distinguished 4 seasons, various main production crops and cultural inheritance etc. For the innovation of agricultural technology in Kyungbuk, province this plan presented 7 visions; such as foods-life, knowledge-brain, precisious environment, resouces-saving, export-market, traditional- specialization and development-participation agriculture and 7 basic strategies; such as environment-stabilization, speciality-discrimination, standard-modeliztion, demand-market, field-practicality, management-information, specialization-cooperation strategy. The major contents of this plan were presented to achieve strengthen -ment and advancement of competitive power on the agriculture of Kyongbuk; 21 superme technologies get to develop the highest technique, 21 major conventional projects will be mown continuously, 21 main clops snakes to intensify competitive power. Wheras, we will be propulsed 21 special projects for increasing a phase of Kyongbuk R D. A. and we inculuded 74 items of Si-Gym region for balanced development of area This plan consisted of 1,730 items in 84 fields and about 260 billion won will be invest every year. When it is finished successfully in 10 years, agricultural technical level of Kyungbuk will be not only promote to $80{\sim}90%$ level to advanced country, but also clanged to competitive industry, and farming villiages might be changed to a space of comfortable life.

Evaluation of input-output energy use in strawberry production in single-span double-layered greenhouses with different thermal-curtain positions

  • The large amount of energy required for successful crop production is the main challenge in greenhouse cropping systems. As a response to this challenge a comprehensive evaluation of greenhouse energy consumption was carried out in two structurally similar single-span greenhouses with different thermal curtain positions, with particular attention to energy productivity, specific energy, net energy, and energy ratio. The greenhouses are used for strawberry production. In the R-greenhouse (RGH), the thermal curtain hanged directly at the roof ridge, whereas in the Q-greenhouse (QGH), the thermal curtain was placed 5° from an imaginary vertical axis, from the middle of the roof ridge downwards to the north side of the greenhouse roof. The relevant data were recorded using standard methods. The results indicated that the energy expended in the RGH and QGH systems was 2,186.48 and 2,189.26 MJ/m2, respectively. Electricity and nitrogen fertilizer contributed the highest energy input in both greenhouses and in all seasons. The output energy was 3.12 and 3.82 MJ/m2, respectively, in RGH and QGH in season I and 4.40 and 4.87 MJ/m2 in season II. In terms of energy expended, there was no significant difference between the two greenhouses, nor between the two seasons. These results indicate that greenhouses of the size used in this investigation are not viable in terms of energy productivity, energy-use efficiency, and subsequent economic performance. However, further studies should be conducted to scale-up the information obtained from this investigation.

Digital Technologies in the Innovative and Structural Transformation of Low- and Middle-Income Economies

  • While in high-income countries the development of digital technology began in the 1970s, in low- and middle-income countries it began in the 1990s and even after 2005, due to the political regime that constrained economic development and innovation. At the same time, there are no studies of the relationship between technological development and structural changes through innovation in low- and middle-income countries. The article aims to quantify the relationship of the introduction of digital technologies on innovation, structural transformation of low- and middle-income economies. The industrial-agrarian economy of Uzbekistan with an authoritarian regime is in a state of transition to a market economy, while in Ukraine, there are active processes of Europeanization and integration into the EU. Ukraine's economy is commodity-based (the export of raw materials of industries and the agricultural sector in developed countries predominates) and industrial-agrarian. Digital technologies and the service sector are little developed in Uzbekistan. On the other hand, Ukraine has a more developed ICT sector. Uzbekistan is gradually undergoing an innovative and structural transformation of the economy: the productivity of the agricultural, industrial, and service sectors is growing, but the ICT sector is virtually undeveloped. In comparison, in Ukraine, there are no significant structural transformations due to a significant drop in productivity of the industrial sector, with stable growth of productivity of the agricultural sector due to technology and a slight increase in productivity of the service sector. It is revealed that Ukraine and Uzbekistan have undergone structural transformations of the economy in favor of the service sector, while the agricultural and industrial sectors produce less and less. If Uzbekistan remains the industrial-agrarian country with an aggregate share of the added value of these sectors 59% in 2019, Ukraine transits to the post-industrial type of economy where the added value of the service sector in GDP grows (55% compared to agrarian and industrial sectors at 42%).

농업인의 개인역량과 조직성과간의 연관관계 분석 (An Impact Analysis of Famer's Individual Competency on Agricultural Organization's Performance)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 농업인의 개인역량이 농업인이 속한 조직의 성과에 얼마나 영향을 미치며, 조직성과에 큰 영향을 주는 개인역량의 도출을 통해 농업조직의 성과 향상을 통한 국내농업의 경쟁력제고에 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 본 연구 분석결과 11개의 농업인 개인역량 중 "관리능력, 고객만족, 마케팅, 정보획득"은 조직성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, "전략적사고"는조직성과에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한, 다소 예측하기 힘든 추상적 역량인 "팀워크, 창조성, 혁신성, 실행성, 유연성"은 통계적 유의성이 없는 것으로 나타났으나, 농업인들에게 내재되어 있는 중요 역량으로 조직성과 향상을 위해 장기적이고 지속적인 교육을 통한 농업인 개인역량 강화가 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

Antioxidant and Antifungal Activity of Endophytic Fungi Associated with Agarwood Trees

  • Several species of Aquilaria and Gyrinops are native to Indonesia and well known as agarwood-producing trees with a high economic value. Their bioactive compounds have a wide spectrum of uses, such as in medicine and cosmetics. These genera have undergone extensive search for novel bioactive compounds. The purpose of this study was to isolate, identify, and characterize the endophytic fungi community associated with Aquilaria malaccensis, A. microcarpa, Gyrinops versteegii, and A. crassna trees and investigate their bioactive properties as antioxidant agents and antagonists. A total of 50 fungi were successfully isolated from different tissues of the four species of agarwood-producing trees. Two isolates exhibited strong antioxidant activity, namely, Apodus oryzae (R2MC3A, $IC_{50}$ 60.92 mg/mL) and Diaporthe sp. (P1DS1[C], $IC_{50}$ 76.65 mg/mL). Two isolates, Pestalotiopsis theae (P3BS3[B]) and Curvularia sp. (P2CD3A), showed >75% antifungal activity against pathogenic Fusarium solani. The results revealed that endophytic fungi associated with the studied agarwood-producing trees had potential antioxidant and antifungal activities for further applications in biotechnology.

  • 호남 장수지역 경제활동의 산업연계와 혁신네트워크에 대해 분석함으로써 지식정보화 시대의 이상적인 고령사회에 대비한 새로운 지역발전 방향을 모색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 한국 장수지역 중의 하나인 전라북도의 순창군과 전라남도의 담양군, 곡성군, 구례군 등의 대표적 제조업체를 중심으로 심층 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 산업 연계에 있어 원료구입과 노동력이용은 해당 군에서 많이 이루어지고 있고, 제조업과 농업 및 관광업간 연계와 인터넷을 이용한 통신판매가 활성화되고 있었다. 그리고 혁신네트워크에 있어서는 지식정보화시대에 가상혁신클러스터의 형성 가능성을 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 농촌지역 발전을 위해서는 지식기반경제의 지역혁신체계 개념을 이용해 지역의 자원 및 전통지식과 밀접한 혁신네트워크 구축이 필요하다.

  • 본 연구에서는 친환경농산물 이력추적시스템(RFID)의 외부변수인 신뢰성, 안전성, 효율성과 혁신성은 기술수용모델(TAM)인 용이성과 유용성, 지각된 가치 및 행동의도의 관계에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 연구하고자 한다. 실증분석 대상자는 서울 경기 지역에 거주하고, 백화점, 대형마트와 친환경농산물 전문매장 등등에서 친환경농산물을 구매한 경험이 있는 20세 이상의 일반 소비자를 대상으로 2012년 11월 10일부터 2012년 11월 23일까지 14일간 본 조사를 위하여 설문지 총 350부를 배포하여 결과 응답치의 편중성향이 너무 강하거나 결측 값이 발견된 일부 설문지를 제외하고, 총 305부(87.1%)의 설문자료를 최종 통계 분석 자료로 사용하였다. 본 연구의 분석 결과를 보면 친환경농산물 이력추적시스템의 외부변수인 신뢰성, 안전성, 효율성과 혁신성은 기술수용모형의 용이성과 유용성에 미치는 정도를 고찰하고, 기술수용모형의 용이성과 유용성, 소비자들의 지각된 가치와 행동의도와의 인과관계를 검증함으로써 향후 친환경농산물 이력추적시스템과 관련된 초기적인 연구에 이론적 토대로 활용될 가치는 충분할 것으로 판단 할 수 있겠다. 따라서 이러한 심층 분석 결과를 바탕으로 생산자가 재배하는 친환경농산물이 생산부터 소비까지 모든 과정을 알 수 있기 때문에 투명하게 농산물을 재배해서 소비자들에게 안전하게 제공할 수 있고, 사고발생시 구현한 이력관리시스템을 이용하여 신속하고, 객관적인 원인규명이 가능하고, 소비자에게 높은 신뢰성을 가진 친환경농산물 이력정보를 제공함으로써 긍정적인 태도를 유도 할 수 있으며, 소비자들에게는 알 권리와 선택권 보장 및 부적합한 친환경농산물에 대한 리콜 등 체계적 관리를 통하여 안전한 친환경농산물을 제공받을 수 있다.

  • 농림수산식품 산업은 기존의 생산 중심의 1차 산업을 탈피하여 미래 신성장동력 산업으로의 도약을 목표로 농업 R&D 패러다임의 전면적인 전환을 도모하고 있으며, 특히 농생명자원을 활용한 생명산업 등의 육성을 주요 과제로 선정하고 범부처 청 차원에서 R&D 지원을 강화하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 생명산업의 핵심자원인 농생명자원의 확보 관리 및 활용 등 전 단계에 걸친 국가 R&D 정책, 기술개발 전략, 사업 추진현황, 성과 등에 대한 실증분석을 통해 문제점을 도출하고 실용화 조기 달성을 위한 개선방안을 제안하고자 한다. 궁극적으로 제안된 개선방안으로부터 농생명자원 R&D 분야의 정부/민간, 부처(청) 내 역할분담 및 협력방안을 제시함으로써, 정부 R&D 투자의 전략성 효율성을 강화하고 적극적인 민간기업의 참여를 통한 생명산업의 산업화 성공사례 조기 달성에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

  • Recently agricultural productivity innovation projects are increasing all over the farming countries. To reform and improve the productivity of agricultural industry is important factors. This research is to do the functional Analysis for P-C-M support System Design in Agricultural Facilities. By analyzing the for P-C-M support System modules in the agricultural construction process, P-C-M support System factors are derived and defined. The result of this study would widely be used as a fundamental research guide to develop the agricultural P-C-M support System in the agricultural construction process.
