The purpose of this study was to recognize the effects of parenting behaviors as perceived by female high school students on their loneliness and perceived competence. The subjects of this research consisted of 301 female high school students. The data collected were analyzed by multi-regression analysis. The father and mother's behaviors, defined as inconsistency, intrusiveness, physical abuse and neglect, all- resulted in increased levels of loneliness amongst the subjects, and also negatively influenced their perceived competence. However, the parent's monitoring, reasoning and affection behaviors tended to reduced loneliness and perceived lack of competence. The father and mother's affection, when recognized as such by female adolescents, revealed itself to be a positive influence on their various areas of perceived competence. In conclusion, parenting behaviors may affect loneliness and perceived competence on the part of female adolescents during the ego-identity formation stage.

Objective : This study was performed to investigate the prescriptions and herbs about Keongke(驚悸), Cheongchung and fear affection(恐證) related to the anxiety disorder Method : 9 main texts in oriental medicine were selected and investigated for this study. And then the results of research were analyzed. Result : 87 prescriptions and 123 herbs were described in 9 books. Especially Chusaanshinhwan(朱砂安神丸), Ginseng Radix(人蔘), Poria(茯神), and Angelicae Gigantis Radix(當歸) were mainly used. Conclusion : The results suggest that the prescriptions and herbs frequently described about Keongke(驚悸), Cheongchung and fear affection(恐證) might have antianxiety effect.

A bushing is a device used in automotive suspension systems to reduce the load transmitted from the wheel to the frame of the vehicle. A bushing is a hollow cylinder, which is bonded to a solid steel shaft at its inner surface and a steel sleeve at its outer surface. The relation between the force applied to the shaft and the relative deformation of a bushing is nonlinear and exhibits features of viscoelasticity. A force-displacement relation for bushings is important for multibody dynamics numerical simulations. For the nonlinear viscoelastic axial response, Pipkin-Rogers model, the direct relation of force and displacement, has been derived from Lianis model and the sinusoidal input was used for Pipkin-Rogers model, and the affection of displacement with frequency change was studied with Pipkin-Rogers model.

This study investigates impacts of social class, materialism, and conspicuous consumption orientation on the burden of the marriage expense and it’s affection to marriage life. The data were gathered in seoul and suburban area, from married women in the middle class. Through the analysis of data, we identified that according to the class vaiables(income and subjectively-perceived class) and the value orientation (materialism and conspicuous consumption orientation), the burden of marriage expense and it’s affection to marriage life were different. These results assured the korean marriage culure were strongly influnced by materialism, conspicuous need, and social class.

Purpose: This study focused on procedure and methodology for finding the critical design factors in the early stage of product development process. Methods: Firstly, three key criteria, function, affection and usability were defined as the determining factors on customer satisfaction. Secondly, evaluation matrix in terms of each key criteria was proposed for extraction of the critical design factors. Lastly, method of integrating the importance among three key criteria was suggested using structured equation model. Results: As a results of integrating the importance, design factors such as touch sensitiveness and touch method were rated as low in terms of affection. However, these factors were obtained for high ratings with respect to functionality and usability. Thus, touch-related design factors were more facilitated for enhancing customer satisfaction. Conclusion: It is expected that the process suggested in this research could be a considerably useful to maximize customer satisfaction in the early stage of product development process.

This study aims to examine what consumers perceive about affection and control in association with personified brands, and to explore what effects such perception has on consumer behavior. The research methodology employed a questionnaire surveying female university students in the Seoul. The data were analyzed by SPSS Hangul 10.0 Statistic Package. 16 apparel brands that had been selected by a preliminary study were surveyed. The data analysis method employed a factor analysis, analysis of variance, and multiple regression analysis. The study found that consumers' perception of personified brands is divided into Friendliness and control like in interpersonal communication, and consumers' preference and purchase intention becomes different depending on affection and control perception. In particular, it was analyzed that more important factor that decides preference and purchase intention is the perception in the aspect of control, not in the aspect of Friendliness.

The purpose of this study intended to fully understand from the point of view of the elderly parent's satisfaction in the living to adult children. The subject of this study was elderly parent's over 55 years old whom live in Iksan. The sample was composed of 146 cases. The data were analyzed using SPSS statistic program. The major findings were as follows : 1) The effective indicator was related economic parts ; earns, the cost of living, educational background, sex, affection. 2) The affection related between elderly parent's and adult children was found to be high and the conflict between them was found to be low. 3) The economic interchange between elderly parent's and their adult children was influenced by religion, cohabitance with adult children. The effective indicator was conflict and dependent emotions. The serviced interchanges was influenced by spouse, sex, earns.

This paper describes the characteristics of partial discharge generated by conducting particle in cable splice using ultrasonic method. For simulating partial discharges generated by defects, outer semi conductor of cable splice as ring share electrode was used. The conductive particle was attached on the surface of cable insulator(XLPE) to examine the affection of conducting particles in cable splice. The correlation between the partial discharge quantity and the magnitude of the ultrasonic signal was investigated as the number, length, diameter and alignment of particle when applied voltage increased.

Korean proverbs concerning parent child relationships were collected from literature. 95 proverbs were selected for this study. The proverbs were categorized by meaning; value of child, affection toward child, boy-preference, positive-negative affection coward daughter, importance of child's education, child-rearing stress, identification of parent, authoritative control, and filial piety. The subjects (223 married men and 224 married women) were asked to indicate their understanding of the meaning of the proverbs. The degree of agreement was analyzed. The results revealed variability in their understanding and the high degree of agreement on the proverbs. Demographic variables, age, educational level, and religion, appeared to be the important factors in the subjects' agreement.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the concept of caretaking behavior for children. This study adopts the methode of Walker and Avant in analysis. Based on the results of the study, the attributes, precedents, and consequences of caretaking behavior for children are follows ; 1. The affirmative attributes of caretaking behavior are affection binding, nutritional guidance, education, caring, protection moral training and acquisition of parents' role. The negative attributes of caretaking behavior are inconsistent moral training, incapability of affection binding and overprotection. 2. The precedent of caretaking behavior are postpartum contact with their babies, cognizance capacity of child-caretaking, economic support, level of preparation for child-caretaking and self-consciousness as parents. 3. The affirmative consequences of caretaking behavior are promotion of child growth and development, formation of maternal-infantile attachment, development of children sociality, satisfaction of parental role and reinforcement of relationship between the members of family. The negative consequences of caretaking behavior are burden and conflict to parental role, children's illness, role conflict and role stress among the members of the family and family breaking up.
