The study seeks to cooperate with the investigation of a fire investigation based on public-private partnership. Fire protection systems provide a wide variety of viewpoints from the perspectives of design, construction, management, maintenance, maintenance and maintenance systems at a particular point in time, construction, management, and maintenance systems. What is controversial is that there are illegal activities such as illegal activities of the Patent Office, misconduct of construction work and unreasonable construction of construction works.As a theoretical framework, the present study identified the four key elements of a successful disaster response system : responsiveness, control, professionalism, and bias.

This study models the operational competence of mobile service providers as an endogenous factor that presumably impacts the mobile commerce (m-commerce) adoption of consumers and examines the relationship between the perceptions of consumers toward the operational performance of m-commerce providers and their m-commerce adoption likelihood. Quantitative research is applied with data collected from wireless Internet consumers in South Korea. The data is analyzed using factor analysis and structural equation modeling methods. The findings suggest that the operational competence of m-commerce providers is a significant antecedent to the m-commerce use and adoption of consumers in Korea. In this environment, the operational competence of mobile service providers in managing facilities, equipment, systems and technology plays a central role in enhancing m-commerce use and adoption. Based on the results, important managerial implications are discussed.

This investigation was carried out in Liaoning, Shandong, and Shaanxi where classified most of their geological organizations into profit organizations, which means they must implement enterprise-oriented reform immediately. The valid 311 questionnaires were collected and used to verify the serial mediating model by AMOS 23.0. Results verified the crucial mediating effects of structural and psychological empowerment between external-focused organizational culture and openness for change. Adhocracy culture positively affects employees' openness for change through three indirect paths, including one mediator and two mediators. Market culture impacts individuals' openness for change through two indirect paths, one is through structural empowerment and another one is through two mediators. The findings provide managers in geological organizations with an empowering management practice model which could promote geological industry reform effectively.

본 연구는 지역 교통사고 원인조사의 관리주체인 도로관리청에서 교통사고를 효율적이면서 효과적으로 관리하고 시행할 수 있는 교통사고 원인조사 기법 및 절차를 제시하였다. 또한, 시범도시를 선정하여 최근 3년간 교통사고 중 사망사고 자료를 바탕으로 사고형태지도, 구조분석표 및 사고도표의 작성, 사고누적지점 및 구간의 선정과 우선순위, 현장조사 및 개선시책의 결정, 기회비용의 추정, 모니터링 방안 등 향후 도로관리청의 교통사고 원인조사의 기술적, 조직적 및 행정적 프로세스를 적용하여 예상되는 사고감소효과에 대해 분석하였다.

The purpose of this study is to develop a application procedure and survey method for the empirical diagnostic indices system. In order to know the survey method, which has 65 investigation items for 52 indicators, this study not only presented so that the each survey items could be surveyed in at least 1 to 3 steps, but also presented the 4 survey method for each investigation items: preliminary survey, administrative survey, field survey, and interview survey. As a result of applying to 15 sample villages, the period of surveying a village of 100 households was 1.4 days, and it was confirmed that the survey was generally efficient in a short time. As a result of applying the survey system to the sample village, the developed survey system showed the possibility of investigating even the details of rural villages. Therefore, it was judged that it could be used as a basic procedure for a rural village unit survey.

이 연구는 관계기관의 상시순찰 출동 및 안전예방지도점검이 화재대응에 미치는 영향 간에 관리주체의 자체점검의 매개효과에 대해 인과관계를 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 관계기관의 상시순찰 출동, 예방안전지도는 모두 자체점검에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 관계기관의 상시순찰 출동이 빠를수록, 아파트에 대한 예방안전 지도점검조사가 많을수록 관리주체나 소방안전관리자의 자체점검의 역량도 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 관계기관의 상시순찰 출동, 예방안전지도가 화재대응에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 관계기관이 교통 혼잡지역 등에 대해 상시 순찰 출동이 빠를수록, 예방안전지도 점검이 많을수록 관할 아파트 화재에 대한 대응도 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 상시순찰 출동, 예방안전지도 및 자체점검이 화재대응에 모두 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서, 관계기관의 상시순찰 출동 및 예방안전지도와 관리주체의 자체점검이 화재대응에 미치는 영향은 1단계에서 관계기관의 상시순찰 출동 및 예방안전지도가 자체점검에 유의미하고, 2, 3단계에서 관계기관의 상시순찰 출동 및 예방안전지도와 관리주체의 자체점검이 화재대응에 미치는 영향 간의 관계에서 자체점검은 매개효과가 있는 것으로 분석되었다.

Utilizing a building model design of the investigation factors and structured questionnaire, the results of an investigation concerning the improvement factors in the construction phase, as perceived by academic staffs including graduate students, designers, contractors and property management teams, are presented. Findings reveal that management commitment dominate improvement factors for building projects, although construction firms frequently mentioned the team work in design firms. Significant improvements in building projects are obtained when college programs include courses that treat the administrative aspects involved in the building project and that continuing education programs cover quality training. Eighteen predominant selection factors are identified, ranked and correlated.

The outlines of seismic PSA implementation standards and seismic hazard evaluation procedure were shown. An overview of the cause investigation of seismic motion amplification on the Niigata-ken Chuetsu-oki (NCO) earthquake was also shown. Then, the contents for improving the seismic hazard evaluation methodology based on the lessons learned from the NCO earthquake were described. (1) It is very important to recognize the effectiveness of a fault model on the detail seismic hazard evaluation for the near seismic source through the cause investigation of the NCO earthquake. (2) In order to perform and proceed with a seismic hazard evaluation, the Japan Nuclear Energy Safety Organization has proposed the framework of the open deliberation rule regarding the treatment of uncertainty which was made so as to be able to utilize a logic tree. (3) The b-value evaluation on the "Stress concentrating zone," which is a high seismic activity around the NCO hypocenter area, should be modified based on the Gutenberg-Richter equation.

The purpose of this paper is to present an overview of the characteristics of the e-sports business at a crucial point in the era of information and knowledge. That is, an investigation was conducted surrounding the key success factors of e-sports as a newly growing industry, and the relationship between the key success factors and the usage effect. In order to do this, the key success factors were extracted from interviews with e-sports experts in conjunction with a survey that was conducted to gather empirical data. The key points of the statistical analysis of the survey are as follows. First, the success factors of a policy do not have a significant effect on the usage. Second, some administrative success factors of the e-sports business include the distribution of e-sports in the form of franchise chain, the establishment of policies to prevent the excellent members of e-sports from seceding, making a good impression as a high-class sport, the frequent notice of the break-even point, and educating people on how to use the e-sports machine. Third, the development and distribution of excellent e-sports software was analyzed as a technical success factor of the e-sports business. Finally, there is no doubt that results of this study can be used to facilitate the growth of the e-sports business as a new industry related to the IT industry.
