적응-뉴럴 제어 기법에 의한 로보트 매니퓰레이터의 견실 제어 (The Robust Control of Robot Manipulator using Adaptive-Neuro Control Method)

  • This paper presents a new adaptive-neuro control scheme to control the velocity and position of SCARA robot with parameter uncertainties. The adaptive control of linear system found wiedly in many areas of control application. While techniques for the adaptive control of linear systems have been well-established in the literature, there are a few corresponding techniques for nonlinear systems. In this paper an attempt is made to present a newcontrol scheme for theadaptive control of ponlinear robot based on a feedforward neural network. The proposed approach incorporates a neuro controller used within a reinforcement learning framework, which reduces the problem to one of learning a stochastic approximation of an unknown average error surface Emphasis is focused on the fact that the adaptive-neuro controoler dose not need any input/output information about the controlled system. The simulation result illustrates the effectiveness of the proposed adaptive-neuro control scheme.

  • This paper presents a new approach to the design of self-tuning adaptive control system that is robust to the changing dynamic configuration as well as to the load variation factors using Digital signal processors for robot manipulators. TMS320C50 is used in implementing real-time adaptive control algorithms to provide advanced performance for robot manipulator, In this paper, an adaptive control scheme is proposed in order to design the pole-placement self-tuning controller which can reject the offset due to any load disturbance without a detailed description of robot dynamics. Parameters of discrete-time difference model are estimated by the recursive least-square identification algorithm, and controller parameters we determined by the pole-placement method. Performance of self-tuning adaptive controller is illusrated by the simulation and experiment for a SCARA robot.

최적화 기법에 의한 비선형 시스템에서의 강인한 적응 관측기 설계 (Robust Adaptive Observer Design for a Class of Nonlinear Systems via an Optimization Method)

  • Existing adaptive observers may cause the parameter drifts due to disturbances even if state estimation errors remain small. To avoid the drift phenomena in the presence of bounded disturbances, several robust adaptive observers have been introduced addressing bounds in state and parameter estimates. However, it is not easy for these observers to manipulate the size of the bounds with the selection of the observer gain. In order to reduce estimation errors, this paper introduces the (equation omitted) gain minimization problem in the adaptive observer structure, which minimizes the (equation omitted) gain between disturbances and estimation errors. The stability condition of the adaptive observer is reformulated as a linear matrix inequality, and the observer gain is optimally chosen by solving the convex optimization problem. The estimation performance is demonstrated through a numerical example.

  • In this paper, it is presented a new scheme of adaptive-neuro control system to implement real-time control of robot manipulator. Unlike the well-established theory for the adaptive control of linear systems, there exists relatively little general theory for the adaptive control of nonlinear systems. Adaptive control technique is essential for providing a stable and robust performance for application of robot control. The proposed neuro control algorithm is one of learning a model based error back-propagation scheme using Lyapunov stability analysis method. Through simulation, the proposed adaptive-neuro control scheme is proved to be a efficient control technique for real-time control of robot system using DSPs.

  • This paper proposes an observer-based method for adaptive nonlinear guidance. Previously, adaptive nonlinear guidance law is proposed considering target maneuver and control loop dynamics. However, several information of this guidance law is not available, and therefore needs to be estimated for more practical application. Accordingly, considering the unavailable information as bounded time-varying uncertainties, an integrated guidance and control model is re-formulated in normal form with respect to available states including target uncertainties and control loop dynamics. Then, a nonlinear observer is designed based on the integrated guidance and control model. Finally, using the estimates for states and uncertainties, an observer-based adaptive guidance law is proposed to guarantee the desired interception performance against maneuvering target. The proposed approach can be effectively used against target maneuver and the limited performance of control loop. The stability analyses and simulations of the proposed observer and guidance law are included to demonstrate the practical application of our scheme.

잡음하에서의 적응관측자 및 적응식별기에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Adaptive Observer/Adaptive Identifier in the Presence of Noise)

  • An adaptive observer which is applicable to discrete linear time invariant systems of ARMA type in the presence of noise is proposed. It first estimates the system parameters of the MA type by applying only the system input to the observer. Then it estimates the output which corresponds to the output of the system without any noise. This is a special case of Suzuki's adaptive observer. This estimated output is applied to Suzuki's adaptive observer to estimate the system parameters of ARMA type and the states. The proposed method can make the estimate errors of the system parameters sufficiently small even in the presence of noise in the system. It can also make the estimate errors of the states of the system sufficiently small when there is no process noise. These properties of the proposed adaptive observer is certified by computer simulation.

  • In this paper describes a design of Adaptive high gain observer. The gain of the observer is properly set up using the fuzzy control and adaptive high gain observer that have a superior transient characteristic and is easy to implement compared the existing method is designed. In order to verify the performance of the Adaptive high gain observer which is proposed in this paper, it is compared estimate performance of High-gain Observer and Adaptive High Gain Observer with the computer simulation. Effectiveness of the proposed high gain observer is proved from the simulation to compare the case with a speed sensor to the case with Adaptive high gain observer in the speed control of DC servo motor.

Adaptive Observer Design for Nonlinear Systems Using Generalized Nonlinear Observer Canonical Form

  • In this paper, we present an adaptive observer for nonlinear systems that include unknown constant parameters and are not necessarily observable. Sufficient conditions are given for a nonlinear system to be transformed by state-space change of coordinates into an adaptive observer canonical form. Once a nonlinear system is transformed into the proposed adaptive observer canonical form, an adaptive observer can be designed under the assumption that a certain system is strictly positive real. An illustrative example is included to show the effectiveness of the proposed method.

이차원 블록 추정을 이용한 적응 CFAR 알고리즘 (Adaptive CFAR Algorithm using Two-Dimensional Block Estimation)

  • 적응 CFAR(Constant False Alarm Rate) 알고리즘은 클러터 배경 환경에서 일정한 오경보 율을 유지하면서 탐지확률을 높이기 위해 사용된다. 특히 공간 상관관계, 크기 편차가 큰 비 균일한 클러터 환경에서 탐지성능을 향상시키기 위해서는 공간변화에 적응적인 필터링 기법이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 클러터 배경추정을 위해 이차원적으로 영역을 구분하여 대표 추정 값을 구하고, 보간(interpolation) 필터를 이용하여 최종 추정 값을 결정하는 이차원 블록 보간(Two-dimensional Block Interpolation : TBI) 적응 CFAR 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안한 방법은 부분영역의 히스토그램 분포 중앙값을 영역 추정 값으로 선택함으로 불규칙 간섭신호 제거에 효과적이며, 블록 노드 추정 값을 이용하여 각 셀에 대한 최종 추정 값을 얻는 방식을 취함으로 인해 거리 셀 수가 많고, 고도 빔 수가 많은 시스템에서 클러터 필터링에 필요한 메모리 공간을 줄이는데 이점이 있다. 컴퓨터 모의실험을 통해 기존의 트랜스버설(transversal) 방식, 회귀(recursive)방식의 적응 CFAR 알고리즘과 탐지성능, 필요메모리 측면에서 성능을 비교하여 제안한 방법의 우수성을 확인한다.

  • 본 연구에서는 차량용 슈퍼차져의 원심압축기 출구 공기 유량을 제어하기 위한 모델 기반 적응 제어기를 설계하였다. 원심압축기 모델은 운전 동특성을 확인할 수 있는 해석적 기반으로 개발하였으며, 개발된 모델은 실험과의 검증을 통해 타당성을 확인하였다. 모델 기반 적응제어는 압축기 모델과 적응 제어기로 구성되었다. 피드백 제어는 시스템 파라미터의 변화에 견실 제어가 가능하지 않지만, 적용된 적응 제어는 시스템 파라미터의 변화에 견실 제어가 가능하다. 결론적으로, 모델 기반 제어는 제어 요구 유량에 제어가 이루어지며, 또한 시스템 파라미터가 변화해도 피드백 제어에 비해 견실한 제어가 이루어지는 것을 확인할 수 있다.
