  • Interior permanent magnet synchronous motor(IPMSM) has become a popular choice in electric vehicle applications, due to their excellent power to weight ratio. In this paper maximum torque control of IPMSM drive using artificial intelligent(AI) controller is proposed. The control method is applicable over the entire speed range and considered the limits of the inverter's current and voltage rated value. For each control mode, a condition that determines the optimal d-axis current $i_d$ for maximum torque operation is derived. This paper considers the design and implementation of novel technique of high performance speed control for IPMSM using AI controller. This paper is proposed speed control of IPMSM using adaptive learning mechanism fuzzy neural network(ALM-FNN) and estimation of speed using artificial neural network(ANN) controller. The back propagation neural network technique is used to provide a real time adaptive estimation of the motor speed. The proposed control algorithm is applied to IPMSM drive system controlled ALM-FNN and ANN controller, the operating characteristics controlled by maximum torque control are examined in detail. Also, this paper is proposed the experimental results to verify the effectiveness of AI controller.

  • This paper proposes a fuzzy neural network controller based on the vector control for interior permanent magnet synchronous motor(IPMSM) drive system. The hybrid combination of neural network and fuzzy control will produce a powerful representation flexibility and numerical processing capability This paper does not oかy presents speed control of IPMSM using neuro-fuzzy control(NFC) but also speed estimation using artificial neural network(ANN) controller. The back propagation neural network technique is used to provide a real time adaptive estimation of the motor speed. The error between the desired state variable and the actual one is back-propagated to adjust the rotor speed, so that the actual state variable will coincide with the desired one. The back propagation mechanism is easy to derive and the estimated speed tracks precisely the actual motor speed. Thus, it is presented the theoretical analysis as well as the analysis results to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method in this paper.

  • This paper presents the elastic buckling of smart lightweight column structures integrated with a pair of surface piezoelectric layers using artificial intelligence. The finite element modeling of Smart lightweight columns is found using $ANSYS^{(R)}$ software. Then, the first buckling load of the structure is calculated using eigenvalue buckling analysis. To determine the accuracy of the present finite element analysis, a compression study is carried out with literature. Later, parametric studies for length variations, width, and thickness of the elastic core and of the piezoelectric outer layers are performed and the associated buckling load data sets for artificial intelligence are gathered. Finally, the application of soft computing-based methods including artificial neural network (ANN), fuzzy inference system (FIS), and adaptive neuro fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) were carried out. A comparative study is then made between the mentioned soft computing methods and the performance of the models is evaluated using statistic measurements. The comparison of the results reveal that, the ANFIS model with Gaussian membership function provides high accuracy on the prediction of the buckling load in smart lightweight columns, providing better predictions compared to other methods. However, the results obtained from the ANN model using the feed-forward algorithm are also accurate and reliable.

Recently ANFIS(Adaptive Network-based Fuzzy Inference System) has been noticed widely among various fuzzy neural network models because of its outstanding accuracy of control and forecasting area. We design a new classification model based on ANFIS and evaluate it in terms of classification accuracy. We identified ANFIS-based classification model has higher classification accuracy compared to existing classification model, C5.0 decision tree model by comparing their experimental results.

  • In this paper, an intelligent sliding-mode speed controller for achieving favorable decoupling control and high precision speed tracking performance of permanent-magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) drives is proposed. The intelligent controller consists of a sliding-mode controller (SMC) in the speed feed-back loop in addition to an on-line trained wavelet-neural-network controller (WNNC) connected in parallel with the SMC to construct a robust wavelet-neural-network controller (RWNNC). The RWNNC combines the merits of a SMC with the robust characteristics and a WNNC, which combines artificial neural networks for their online learning ability and wavelet decomposition for its identification ability. Theoretical analyses of both SMC and WNNC speed controllers are developed. The WNN is utilized to predict the uncertain system dynamics to relax the requirement of uncertainty bound in the design of a SMC. A computer simulation is developed to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed intelligent sliding mode speed controller. An experimental system is established to verify the effectiveness of the proposed control system. All of the control algorithms are implemented on a TMS320C31 DSP-based control computer. The simulated and experimental results confirm that the proposed RWNNC grants robust performance and precise response regardless of load disturbances and PMSM parameter uncertainties.

  • As internet expands, the possibility of attack through the network is increasing. So we need the technology which can detect the attack to the system or the network spontaneously. The purpose of this paper proposes the system to detect intrusion automatically using the Adaptive Resonance Theory2(ART2) which is one of artificial neural network The parameters of the system was tunned by ART2 algorithm using a lot of normal packets and various attack packets which were intentionally generated by attack tools. The results were compared and analyzed with conventional methods.
