요통을 가진 간호사의 근무 적응 경험 (Adaptation Experience to Work of Nurses with Low Back Pain)

  • Purpose: This study was to explore work experience among nurses with low back pain. Specific aims were to identify problems nurses face as workers at a hospital and how they interact with other workers. Methods: Grounded theory methodology was utilized. Data were collected from iterative fieldwork with individual in-depth interviews from 9 nurses with low back pain as key informants, and a head nurse and a charge nurse who had experiences working with nurses with low back pain as general informants. Results: Through constant comparative analysis, a core category emerged as "to make one's own ground". The process of "to make one's own ground" was identified as four categories: perception of limitations, intervening conditions, balancing limitations, and controlling limitations. Intervening conditions were identified as 'working conditions' and 'personal traits'. Conclusion: Findings of the study indicate that there is a need for health professionals and administrators to understand limitations to working experience among nurses with low back pain. In addition, institutional and psychological support program is needed to improve an adaptation to working environment among nurses with low back pain.

  • 본 연구에서는 상황 적용 시스템을 이용하여 위치 인식 기반의 음식점 추천 서비스를 개발함으로써 이 시스템이 실제 상황 인식 응용 프로그램 개발에도 유용하게 사용될 수 있음을 보일 것이다. 이를 위해 상황 적응 시스템을 기반으로 하여 사용자의 위치 선호도와 검색 히스토리 등의 정보를 이용하는 위치 인식 기반의 맞춤형 음식점 추천 응용 프로그램을 개발하였다. 상황 적용 시스템은 개발자가 작성한 정책 파일의 내용에 따라 변화된 상황에 맞도록 응용 프로그램을 자동적으로 적응시키고, 응용 프로그램은 위치 등과 같은 변화된 상황을 기반으로 음식점 추천 서비스를 제공한다.

초등학교 고학년 아동의 비만도에 따른 비만 스트레스, 자아존중감 및 학교생활적응과의 관계 (A Correlational Study of Obesity Stress, Self-esteem and Adaptation to School Life regarding to the Obesity Index of Upper Elementary School Students)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the correlation between obesity stress, self-esteem, and adaptation to school life according to body mass index of elementary school students in higher grades and to provide basic data for the development of health education programs. Methods: A convenience sampling method was used to select four elementary schools. Self-reporting questionnaires were distributed to the subjects to collect data, which were then analyzed using the SPSS 18.0 program. Results: The higher the obesity index, the more obesity stress the students experienced. Second, the lower the level of obesity, the higher both self-esteem and the level of adjustment to school life were. There was a meaningful correlation between obesity stress, self-esteem, and adjustment to school life. Conclusion: The study results are expected to be useful in serving as a basic material for the development of programs that can improve students' adjustment to school life and self-esteem while reducing their stress caused by obesity.

해결중심적 집단상담 프로그램이 초등학교 아동의 교우관계 및 학교생활 적응에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of a Solution Focused Group Counseling Program on the Peer Relation and School Life Adaption of Elementary school children)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of solution focused group counseling program on peer relationship and school life adaption of elementary school children. The subjects in this study were the 4th graders at S Elementary School in Ansan, Gyeonggi-do. 20 students were selected through the preliminary test of peer relationship and school life adaption, that is to say, each 10 students of experimental group and control group. A solution focused group counseling program was provided by researcher to the experimental group in six sessions once or twice a week, 60 minutes each. but control group was not conducted for any program. In verifying of the program effects in this study, KOREAN SPSS/WIN(version 12.0) is used for statistical analysis. The major findings of this study are as follows: First, solution focused group counseling program has a positive effect on all parts of sub-factors of peer relationship except to union life between friends. Second, solution focused group counseling program has a effect on the school life adaption of elementary and its all parts of sub-factors except to school rules. As noted above, it is proved that solution focused group counseling program has a positive effect to improve parts of sub-factors of peer relationship and school life adaption. Accordingly, it is necessary to feel satisfaction and Qualitative improvement in peer relationship and help school life adaptation of elementary school children through solution focused group counseling program.

  • The purpose of this study is to provide marital information that premarital preparation education program is to actively help families happiness, to be reinforced by the developmental service and the protective service. The premarital education program to help unmarried or premarital couples to begin initial adaptation for successful marriage. This program is to enrich the marital relationship provided with the wholesome, potent marital system as center of a family. and further to development preserve. enhance a healthy, genial family relationship. Particularly the elevated marital relationship. The data were collected for 122 collage students. The data were analyzed by statistical methods such as frequency percentage. This program is for college students as curriculum. So it was consisted of fourteen-sessions. The sessions included as follows: Intimacy & Love. Mate Selection. Understanding Together, Communication, Family Stress & Coping, Understanding Marriage & Family Dynamics. Gender Role & Power Intimacy. Sexuality & Relationship. Financial Management, Marriage Preparation. Evaluation.

다문화 가정 유아 보육을 위한 발도르프 프로그램의 적용 가능성 탐구 (Research on the Applicability of Waldorf Program as Educare for Multicultural Family Children)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide a qualitative investigation of the possibility that Waldorf education may help children in multicultural families to acclimate themselves to new surroundings in Korea. An educare institution that had adopted the Waldorf Program since 2005 was selected. The parents and teachers of 13 children with a multicultural background who had attended the educare institution were interviewed. The questions were focused on linguistic development, social relationships, and cultural identity in order to determine the differences and changes in the children before and after adaptation to the Waldorf Program. The summary of the results of this study is as follows. The Waldorf Program exerts a positive influence on linguistic development, the formulation of social relationships, and on the cultural identity of children from multicultural families.

  • 본 연구는 국가적 차원의 학교도서관 기준의 필요성을 강조하기 위하여 미국 학교도서관 국가기준과 주단위 기준을 고찰하고, 학교단위의 학교도서관에서 구체적으로 이를 적용하여 도서관 수업을 전개하는 사례를 제시하였으며, 이러한 고찰을 통하여 얻은 결론으로 한국 학교도서관 기준 설정을 위한 몇 가지 제언을 하였다.

  • The purpose of this study is to develope Premarital Relationship Enrichment Program (PREP). This Program was based on survey (416 data used) for the need of PREP. The results was as followings : 1. The object wanted that the curriclumn were included marital values, love and intimacy, communication skill, understanding of personality, good relationship of both parents, adaptation of both families, healthy self-image, sex knowlege, constructive conflict-solving, financial management skill, reasonable decision-making, family planning, marital roles, concrete marriage readiness. 2. 뇌졸중(腦卒中) 환자(患者)의 신체적(身體的).심리적(心理的).사회적(社會的) 적응도(適應度)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究) (A Study on the Degree of Physical, Psychological and Social Adaptation of CVA Patients)

  • This study was made on 274 apoplectics patients who received the rehabilitation therapy and tests on physical, psychological and social adaptations as outpatients in 23 general hospitals in the Seoul and Kyungi area. The basic data on degree of improvement of apoplectic patients studied from rehabilitation therapy. Data was collected over a period of 63 days, from February 21st till April, 23, 1996. The assigned physical therapist conducted direct interviews with patients after he answered the distributed questionnaires for each individual patient. The colleted data was processed by the $SPCC/C^+$ method. The results of the tests conducted to meascne the the degree of ADL dependency, depression and social activity corresponding to the physical, psychological, and social adaptation. The details are ; 1) The test to meascne the degree of ADL dependency, corresponding to the study of physical adaptation of CVA patients, indicated a mean score of 2.57(ideal score is 1.0) with a standard deviation of ${\pm}0.75$. The worst score was 3.95 while the best score was a perfect 1.0, representing a severe range of dependency. The distribution was centered with a median of 2.65 and a mode of 2.68. 2) The test to meascne the degree of depression which corresponds to the level of psychological adaptation yielded a mean of 2.99 which is higher than the normal limit of 2.45. The standard deviation was ${\pm}0.52$ and the worst score and the best score were 4.35 and Respectirdy. The distribution was centered with a median of 3.00 and a mode of 3.00. 3) The test to meascne the degree of social activities for the level of social adaptation indicated a very low mean score of 26.52 (perfect score is 144), with the standard deviation of ${\pm}16.23$. Some patients scored as high as 100, but others scored as low as 3. The distribution of social activities at a very low level was shifted to the left with a median of 24.00 and a mode of 20.00. 4) Factors influencing the level of physical, psychological and social adaptation are as follows : Factors significantly influencing the level of physical adaptation measured by ADL dependency are age, personal guardian, payer of medical expenses, and paralysis of the right arm, right leg and facial paralysis. Factors significantly influencing the level of psychological adaptation measured by the degree of depression, are age, marital status, education, medical history of individual and family, speech impediment, and facial paralysis. Factors significantly influencing the level of social adaptation measured by the degree of social activity are age, marital status, education, employment status, and the burden of medical expense. 5) The Corelationship is significant(9.00), between ADL dependeing as degree of physical adaptation and depreseion as degree of psychologial adaptation. ADL dependency is proportional to depression. But social activity is inversely protional to ADL dependeny and depression. In conclusion, the increased care for physical function of the patients is not the only necessary means to better facilitate the appropriate adaptation of CVA patients. The introduction of a solid rehabilitation program for psychological and social adaptation will also play the integral part of the treatment of CVA patients.

짝독서프로그램이 대학 신입생의 인성, 자아탄력성, 대학생활 적응도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of The Peer Group Reading Program on Tenacity, Self-Resilience, University Life Adaptation of University Entrants)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 짝독서프로그램이 대학 신입생의 인성, 자아탄력성, 대학생활 적응도에 미치는 영향을 확인하는 것이다. 이 연구설계는 비동등성 대조군 전후실험설계로 수행되었다. 이 연구의 대상자는 S 대학교 신입생으로 실험군과 대조군으로 구분하여 진행되었다. 실험군에게는 짝독서프로그램을, 대조군에게는 교양 프로그램을 각 13주간 제공하였다. 짝독서프로그램은 3~4명 학생으로 각 팀을 구성하여, 팀별 다른 도서를 매주 1권씩 돌아가면서 읽고, 매주 1회 전체 모여서 팀별 독서 감상문을 발표하고 토론하는 형식으로 진행하였다. 자료 분석방법은 Chi-square test와 t-test를 활용하여 두 집단 간 차이를 비교하였다. 이 연구의 대상자는 총 73명으로, 실험군 34명, 대조군 39명이 참여하였다. 이 연구결과에서 실험군과 대조군의 일반적 특성에서는 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 중재 전에는 실험군과 대조군 간에 인성, 자아탄력성, 대학생활 적응도에서 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았으나, 중재 후에는 실험군이 대조군에 비해 인성 (p<.01), 자아탄력성 (p=.020)이 향상되어 두 집단 간 유의한 차이를 보였다. 대학 신입생의 인성, 자아탄력성, 대학생활 적응도를 높이기 위해 독서를 활용한 다양한 프로그램이 개발, 적용되어야 할 것이다.
