자동차 시트 프레임의 경량화 설계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Lightweight Design of a Seat Frame in Automotive Vehicles)

  • A seat frame structure in automotive vehicles made of polymer matrix composite to achieve weight reduction at low cost was developed. In order to design and manufacture the actual product studies on material selection and structural analysis were performed. Structural analysis was performed with a finite element method. The analysis was done for several cases suggested in various safety regulations. Each results was utilized to modify the actual shape to obtain a lighter, safer and more stable design. The final design was used to produce a sample bottom plate of the seat structure with reinforced by X-shape frame. Substitution of the material resulted in a weight reduction effect with equivalent strength fatigue and impact characteristics.

Substitution of the material resulted in a weight reduction effect with equivalent strength, fatigue and impact characteristics. Furthermore, several effects from the replacement of the material besides weight reduction were also examined.

  • In this paper, we conducted a study that utilizes deep learning to calculate appropriate physical exercise information when basic human factors such as sex, age, height, and weight of users come in. To apply deep learning, a method was applied to calculate the amount of fat needed to calculate the amount of one repetition maximum by utilizing the structure of the basic Deep Neural Network. By applying Accuracy improvement methods such as Relu, Weight initialization, and Dropout to existing deep learning structures, we have improved Accuracy to derive a lean body weight that is closer to actual results. In addition, the results were derived by applying a formula for calculating the one repetition maximum load on upper and lower body movements for use in actual physical exercise. If studies continue, such as the way they are applied in this paper, they will be able to suggest effective physical exercise options for different conditions as well as conditions for users.

  • This research was conducted to provide basic data to improve expressivity required for virtual clothing to replace actual clothing. For the experiment, 6 materials were selected and 12(2 kinds of length) actual flared skirts were made. At the same time, simulations were carried out on OptiTex Runway 12.0 for 36(12 kinds of skirts $\times$ KES, FTU, KES weight/10) kinds of virtual flared skirts, which were applied with the measured property values (thickness, weight, bending, shear, friction, and stretch). Also, the study compared and analyzed the wearing images, silhouette overlapping images, and skirt length measurements of the actual and virtual skirts put on a dummy. As a result, the actual skirts showed clear distinction for each material. In contrast, virtual 1 and 2 expressed fabric 3 in the most similar way, but could not recreate the uniform, soft, and natural flare shape of the actual skirts in general. Virtual 3 formed natural flares as those of the actual skirts, and expressed fabric 1, 5, and 6 in a similar way. However, virtual 3 had too much volume and barely showed any distinction for each material. All of virtual 1, 2, and 3 expressed different flare shapes on the front and back sides of the skirt similarly to the actual skirts, and had a good visual expression for the color and texture of the materials. However, they could not effectively express the elasticity and fabric sagging in the bias direction.

우리나라 성인남녀의 비만 및 주관적 체형인식과 불안·우울과의 관련성: 국민건강영양조사(2010-2014년) 분석 (Association of a Combination between Actual Body Mass Index Status and Perceived Body Image with Anxiety and Depressive Condition in Korean Men and Women: The Fifth and Sixth Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (2010-2014))

  • Background: Both objective body shape and perceived body image have been known to influence the mental health. The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship of a combination between actual body mass index (BMI) status and perceived body image with anxiety depressive condition (ADC) in Korean men and women. Methods: This cross-sectional study analyzed data of 26,239 subjects ${\geq}20$ years old from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (2010-2014). This study performed a Rao-Scott chi-square and multivariate logistic regression analyses reflecting survey characteristics and used a variety of independent variables such as socio-demographics and health behavior factors. Results: With all independent variables considered, people with normal weight who perceived themselves as overweight were more likely associated with ADC than a referent group with normal weight who perceived themselves as normal weight, as shown for both men (odds ratio [OR], 1.52; confidence interval [CI], 1.07-2.15) and women (OR, 1.25; CI, 1.06-1.48). Meanwhile, compared to the referent group, men with underweight who perceived themselves as underweight showed a lower association with ADC (OR, 0.63; CI, 0.41-0.97), whereas women with underweight who perceived themselves as underweight showed its higher association (OR, 1.47; CI, 1.10-1.96). Conclusion: A certain group of people categorized as a combination between actual BMI status and perceived body image showed a relatively high likelihood of having ADC, and the gender difference in the likelihood of having the condition for a group was clear. Therefore, this study suggests the need to identify the group at a high risk of ADC on the basis of actual BMI status and perceived body image and to develop an appropriate mental health management program for the group.

가상환경에서 시각정보와 사전 경험이 힘전달에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구 (Investigation of the Force Transmission Affect by Visual Information and Previous Experience in Virtual Environment)

  • 본 논문에서는 시각정보와 경험이 가상환경에서 햅틱 디바이스로 상호작용 하는데 미치는 영향에 대한 연구이다. 이를 알아보기 위해 Load-on-task를 통하여 물체의 크기와 누적된 경험이 가상환경에서 무게를 예측하고 상호작용 하는데 영향을 미친다는 사실을 확인하였다. 또 가상환경에서 물체 이동 실험을 통해 물체에 대한 정보가 다를 경우 빠르게 잘못된 정보를 보상하고 안정적인 힘 조절을 확인하였다. 위 실험을 통해 가상환경에서의 경험이 물체의 시각적인 정보보다 많은 영향을 주지만, 경험이 없는 환경의 경우 시각적인 정보가 가상환경에서 물체와의 상호작용에 크게 영향을 주는 요소라는 것을 확인하였다. 따라서 가상환경에서 정밀한 조작(로봇 수술 등)이 필요한 의 경우 실제 물체의 물성치와 시각 데이터를 기반으로 유사한 환경을 조성해야 하며, 만약 그러한 환경 조성이 어려울 시에는 충분한 사전시험을 통하여 가상환경이 가진 특성을 경험할 수 있게 준비해야 한다.

A350 모델의 비행실적을 이용한 중량 효과 검증 (Verification of Weight Effect Using Actual Flight Data of A350 Model)

  • 항공기 중량은 성능 및 연료효율성에 영향을 미치는 중요한 요소이다. 항공기의 개념 설계 단계에서는 요소 중량을 추정함에 중량 당 연료소모 비용과 같은 경험식을 이용하여 비용과 중량 간의 균형을 맞추는 과정을 수행한다. 또한, 항공사에서 항공기를 운용할 때 중량관리 활동을 통해 연료 효율성 향상 및 연료절감과 탄소저감을 추진한다. 항공기 중량 변화와 연료 소모 변화 사이의 연관성을 중량비용(Cost of Weight)이라고 하며, 중량비용은 항공기에 중량 추가 혹은 감소가 연료소모에 미치는 영향을 평가함에 사용하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존 중량비용 산정 방법의 문제점을 확인하고, 이를 해결하기 위한 새로운 방법의 중량비용 산정 방법을 소개한다. Breguet의 Range Formula와 A350-900 항공기의 실제 비행 데이터를 이용하여 이륙중량과 착륙중량 기반의 두 가지 중량비용을 산정한다. 결론에서는 이륙중량과 착륙중량 기반의 중량비용을 다른 용도로 사용함이 합리적임을 제시하였다. 특히, 착륙중량 기반의 중량비용은 유사 항공기 개념설계 단계에서 요소중량 추정 및 비용과 중량 최적화에 하나의 경험식으로 활용할 수 있다.

소비자 비만관리 행동에 있어 자아개념과 주관적 규범의 영향 및 자기통제감의 조절변수적 영향 (The Effects of Self Concept and Subjective Norm, and Moderating Effect of Self Control on Consumer Body Care Behavior)

  • 소비자의 비만관리 행동 및 성과는 소비자 자신의 통제정도에 따라 크게 차이가 난다는 것이 일반적으로 관찰된다. 실제 비만관리 성과는 소비자 자신이 상당한 정도의 자기 노력과 통제를 투입해야만 달성된다. 본 연구는 자기통제감에 따른 단순한 성과의 차이만을 보기보다는 자기통제감을 고·저집단으로 분류하여 비만관리 행동상의 자아개념을 통한 자아이미지 일치감 및 주관적 규범이 비만관리의 태도형성과 행동 및 성과에 미치는 인과관계 과정을 실증적으로 검증하였다. 일반소비자와 실제 전문적인 비만관리 시설에서 비만관리를 하고 있는 소비자를 대상으로 실증분석한 결과는 첫째, 자기통제감 고·저집단 모두에서 자아이미지 일치감은 비만관리의 태도형성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 비만관리 행동에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 소비자의 비만관리 행동은 태도를 형성하지 않고는 직접적으로 행동을 이끌지 못하는 것을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 자기통제감 저집단에서는 주관적 규범이 비만관리의 태도 및 비만관리 행동에 모두 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 자기통제감 고집단은 주관적 규범이 비만관리 행동에만 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나, 자기통제감이 낮을수록 가까운 준거인들의 영향력이 크다는 것을 보여주고 있다. 셋째, 자기통제감 고집단만이 비만관리의 태도가 비만관리 행동에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 자기통제감 고·저집단 모두에서 비만관리 행동이 비만관리 성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이들의 상대적 영향력을 비교한 결과, 자기통제감 고집단이 저집단보다 더 큰 영향력을 나타내 소비자의 비만관리 행동의 성과를 높이기 위해서는 자기통제감의 역할이 크다는 것을 알 수 있다. 한편 자기통제감 저집단은 준거인의 역할이 상대적으로 중요하다는 것을 시사하고 있다.

The Effects of Actual and Perceived Body Weight on Unhealthy Weight Control Behaviors and Depressed Mood among Adult Women in Seoul, Korea

  • Objectives : This study was conducted to examine the mediating function of body weight perception (BWP) on the relationship between body mass index (BMI) and unhealthy weight control behaviors (UWCB: e.g., fasting, or taking diet pills or laxatives) and between BMI and depressed mood, and to explore the effect of distorted BWP on UWCB and depressed mood among adult women. Methods : A regionally representative sample of 8,581 women aged 20-64 years residing in Seoul, the capital of Korea, completed the 2001 Seoul Citizens Health Indicator Survey which provides self-reported information about height, weight, BWP, UWCB, depressed mood, demo graphic/socioeconomic characteristics, and health-related behaviors. Data were analyzed using bivariate and multivariate logistic regression. Results : BMI was significantly associated both with UWCB and depressed mood, even controlling for all covariates. However, the magnitude and significance of each association was considerably attenuated when BWP was taken into account, indicating that BWP functioned, in part, as a mediator between BMI and UWCB and between BMI and depressed mood, respectively. Among the combinations of BMI and BWP, women who perceived themselves to be heavier than their actual BMls appeared more likely to use UWCB, whereas women who had a distorted BWP, either underestimation or overestimation as compared with their BMIs, tended to be at greater risk for depressed mood than those who had an undistorted BWP. Conclusions : These findings suggest that how women perceive their body weight may be an important predictor and/or mediator of UWCB and depressed mood among adult Korean women.

원관형 토양샘플러를 이용한 토양물리특성 추정 (Estimation of Characteristic of the Soil Physical using the Pipe Type Soil Sampler)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop a pipe type soil sampler that can easily collect soil cross section servey and soil samples to conduct ecological environment surveys while minimizing ecological disturbance in the area subject to soil survey. Furthermore, this study develop the exponential type estimation specific weight formula (ESWF) that uses pipe type soil sampler to easily carry out soil cross section survey and soil sample while estimating the specific weight of the area using water content and soil sample length variation ratio (SLVRs) and to obtain apparent specific gravity, hardness, and max. porosity which are used as growth of corps and ecological environment index. The calibration results of ESWF showed a high degree of significance, with NSE for actual specific weight (γ0) and calibration estimation specific weight (γec) 0.95, R2 for 0.954, and RMSE for 0.051. The verification results of ESWF showed a high significance, with NSE for actual specific weight (γ0) and verification estimation specific weight (γev) 0.881, R2 for 0.978, and RMSE for 0.055.
