For continuous improvement of the railway customer satisfaction service, more objective evaluation and development system for software and hardware shall be built. The entire activity of railway customer is the interface between the customer and software/hardware services. Customer's activity was investigated by participating observation and objective observation, and considering the connection of all the activities, it was divided into 9 categories and 43 items. Although the detailed activity of customer would vary per item, they show more than 430 different activities under general condition. Also, the customer's activity varies according to the numerous variants such as physical, mental, environmental and cultural features. Especially, as lots of changes, diversification and high-quality of railway industry are expected according to the middle and long term plan on railway industry development, it is necessary for experts in various fields to perform cooperative research aggressively to improve the customer satisfaction service continuously based on continuous customer activity research.

Objectives: This article intends to explore the major documents about inter-sectoral collaboration for physical activity promotion based on new paradigm. Methods: In addition to the documents after 1990s collected through several physical activity related projects of author, additional snowballing exploration has been done. Results: Globally extensive participation of stake-holders and partnership developed were strategically recommended and implementation strategy and good example were provided. In Europe individual, micro-environmental and macro-environmental specific role of major sectors were provided. Nationally series of Australian documents officialized inter-sectoral linkages from early times and Slovenian program showed examples of inter-sectoral evaluation and health indicators. U.S. national physical activity plan showed specific example of 6 guiding principles and 5 overarching strategies among 8 sectors for good inter-sectoral collaboration. In city level, healthy city approach activated. Conclusions: Various specific good examples of intersectoral physical activity collaboration could searched globally, regionally and nationally for application in Korea.

Interlocking signalling system plays key role as core system to manage railway operation. The core role of railway operation is to control routing, displaying signal and regulation for train. Interlocking system relate tightly to railway accident because collision and derailment is sometime taken place wrong route setting and signal displaying. Safety activity for interlocking system is inevitable to avoid the accident over its life cycle. The safety activity includes hazard identification and analysis, safety requirement allocation, safety plan, safety activity and ao on. The safety activity need a broad wide range work. In this paper, we concentrate on hazard identification for generic interlocking system and programmable electronic interlocking system and compare between two results. The hazards will be used for safety activity.

But the policy the Disability Firm Activity Promotion Law which is an obstacle for the true feelings Disability firm was about there is a lingering. Promotes the activity of the Disability firm from the research which sees the Disability Firm Activity Promotion Law revision direction for the competitive improvement of the Disability firm.

Student independent project activity is beneficial for enhancing many kinds of abilities, e.g., team working, collaboration, communication, presentation, creativity, leadership, and so on. More than ten project teams actively perform every year in the Center for Innovation and Creativity Development of The University of Tokushima. The project management workshop was planned in order to make project activity successful. In this workshop, the team members studied the importance of holding a common objective among them and of making a clear plan for achieving the activity. They practiced brainstorming method and KJ method and experienced a PDCA cycle. The team activity will be fruitful on the basis of the project management method.

Pick-up/delivery of consumer goods to offices, shops, and restaurants in order to support urban lives is one of the most vital activities in a city. With economic growth and technological innovation, a greater variety of goods have come to be supplied, and pick-up/delivery of consumer goods has become more complex. Efficient urban goods movement in Central Business District(CBD} starts with an efficient system for loading/unloading, and pick-up/delivery activities. Loading/unloading activity may be carried out on-street, or on especially designated space inside or outside buildings. Therefore, purpose of this study is to clarity the efficient urban goods movement in CBD(also called the pick-up/delivery activity) from the three different types of loading/unloading facilities. For this purpose, the differences in loading/unloading and truck-trip activity time of each loading/unloading facility was compared by performing the simulation analysis.

이 연구는 학생 개개인의 수업과정을 종합적으로 평가할 수 있는 포트폴리오 평가를 가정 교과에 활용하고자 2007년 개정 교육과정의 기술 가정 교과의 8학년 '주거와 거주환경' 단원에 적용할 수 있는 교수 학습 과정안과 포트폴리오 평가 자료를 개발하여 실제로 교실 수업에 실행하여 평가가 통합된 수업을 실현하고 효과를 분석하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 ADDIE 교수설계모형에 따라 분석, 설계, 개발, 적용, 평가 단계로 연구를 진행하면서, 조한무의 포트폴리오 개발 단계가 포함되도록 하였다. 분석단계에서 교수 학습목표와 교수 학습내용을 선정하고. 설계단계에서는 교수 학습 과정안과, 포트폴리오 평가 자료 개발, 수업 실행 및 수업 평가에 대한 계획을 세웠다. 개발단계에서는 매 차시 작성한 활동자료를 모아 포트폴리오 결과물이 완성될 수 있도록 8차시 교수 학습 과정안과 포트폴리오 평가자료(읽기자료, 5개, 개인활동지 5개, 모둠활동지 2개, 주제활동지 3개, 자기평가지 8개)와 수업에 활용될 교수 학습자료(동영상 19개, 사진 8세트), 수업 평가용 설문지, 결과물 평가기준을 개발하였다. 이를 경기도 부천시 소재 K중학교 3학년 2학급 학생 74명을 대상으로 2011년 5월 16일~6월 17일에 실행하고 설문지 평가와 수업의 결과물인 포트폴리오에 대한 평가를 실시하였다. 질문지를 통해 알아본 수업에 대한 평가는 전반적인 소감, 평가를 겸한 수업과정, 학습목표달성도가 모두 높았으며, 세 가지 소단원 주제활동지를 포함한 포트폴리오 결과물도 평균 92점 정도로 우수하였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 이 연구에서 포트폴리오 평가를 적용하여 개발한 교수 학습 과정안은 평가가 통합된 수업으로서 적정하고 효과적이었다고 결론내릴 수 있다. 이 연구에서 다루지 못한 통제집단과의 수업효과 비교, 포트폴리오 적용수업의 전후비교, 소수 어려움을 표시한 학생 지도방안, 개별학생의 지속적인 변화와 발달과정을 분석하는 후속연구를 제안한다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the characteristics of a teacher's questions in each context of musical activity by analyzing those questions in kindergarten music activity qualitatively. The participant in research was a teacher in charge of the class of children aged 7. Analysis was carried out on the data collected for 3 months through participation observance note, recording material, interview material and weekly plan. As a result, the teacher's questions were leaned upon the convergent questions to confirm the reflection of information and the understanding of function in singing and performing activity. On the other hand, the teacher's questions were leaned upon the diffusive questions for the thought of integration of information in composition activity and upon the diffusive questions for representing feeling or image with no relation to musical meaning in appreciation activity. However, the teacher's questions for control were conducted together with one of the questions, the question mentioned ahead. The tacit control question in singing and performing activity and the explicit control question in composition activity were conducted together, and in appreciation activity, the simple questions to lead the class, though not with the purpose to control attention, was conducted together.

Objectives: The prevalence of insufficient physical activity is relatively high in the Republic of Korea and it is increasing. The national strategies to improve physical activity are essential and are suggested in this paper. Methods: National level of physical activity is compared globally by WHO statistics. Korean National Health and Nutrition Survey showed the level of physical activity. National strategies to improve physical activity were suggested referring to the other countries' strategies, public health books and Health Plan 2020. Results: Prevalence of insufficient aerobic exercise in 2010 were 33.4%, 94.8% in over and 18 years old, 11~17 years old, respectively. And it is increasing. Sufficient exercise to fit the national guidelines of physical activity were done by 15.6% of Korean older and 19 years old. Prevalence of insufficient physical activity was high in the elderly, female, adolescent, rural area and lower income. The national spread of the physical activity guidelines, primary care physicians involvement, supports for the physical activity programs, development of the evaluation protocol for the programs and environmental supports are suggested. Conclusions: The government induced various efforts to improve the level of physical activity is needed urgently.

소수 개념은 측정수, 십진기수법, 분수, 비, 작용소, 통약 불가능성, 무한근사, 실무한, 계산수 등 여러 측면을 가지고 있지만, 이 소수 개념의 요소들은 분리될 수 있는 것이라기보다는 단위의 세분할에 의한 측정활동에 복합적으로 내재되어 있다. 요컨대 소수 지도의 핵심은 측정활동이며, 소수의 개념 지도를 위해서는 자연수, 분수와의 관계 이해와 십진기수법적인 자리체계를 명확히 이해시키는 것이 중요하며 그 수단으로 측정활동이 강조되어야 한다. 이 논문에서는 측정활동을 방법으로 소수에 내포된 여러 개념들을 통합적으로 이해시킬 수 있는 학습 지도안을 구성하고, 그에 따른 학생들의 이해 실태를 분석하고자 한다.
