학습공동체 활동이 의사소통능력과 자기주도적 학습능력에 미치는 효과 (Effects of Learning Community Activity on Communication Skills and Self-Directed Learning Ability)

  • 본 연구는 학습공동체 프로그램 활동이 대학생들의 의사소통능력과 자기주도적 학습능력 향상에 영향을 주는지 검증하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 광주에 소재한 N대학교에서 자발적이고 자율적으로 학습공동체를 조직하여 운영한 147명의 학생을 연구 대상으로 하였다. 8주 동안 진행된 학습공동체 프로그램 활동 전후 의사소통능력과 자기주도적 학습능력의 향상 여부를 검증하였다. 분석 결과 학습공동체 활동 경험은 의사소통능력과 자기주도적 학습능력 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 특히, 모든 대상자들이 다양한 정보를 수집하고 타인의 의견을 경청하는 해석 능력과, 학습욕구를 진단하고 목표를 설정하며 학습을 위한 자원들을 스스로 파악하는 학습계획 능력이 향상되었다. 학생주도형 맞춤식 학습공동체 프로그램 개발과 활성화를 통한 지속적인 핵심역량 향상을 제안하였다.

농촌마을내부도로 수행가능 이용실태 분석 (Analysis on the Residents' Attitude to Rural Village Road's Functions)

  • As a basic life-supporting infra in modem life, road should carry out various functions; transport, public linear network service, open activity space. Case study villages were divided into plan-based improved one(3 subtypes) and not one(4 subtypes). On total 21 case study villages($3{\times}7$ subtypes), questionnaire surveys were performed. Villagers' satisfaction level to road conditions in the plan-based improved villages showed much higher than not improved ones, which means that improvement of village roads be a vital subject in level-up of quality of rural life. Traffic function of village roads was responded as a principal one, while other various functions as between-villagers communication, car-parking and accommodation of public utilities were also required. In this viewpoint, village roads should be multi-purposedly developed in future. So, it was concluded that the road improvement strength would vary with geographical and topographical conditions of each village. Although villagers' unsatisfaction level on road service was very high, their demand level of and supporting will toward road improvement works have continuously increased, so, it would be considered to be the very time that full-fledged village road improvement policy be initiated.

  • 문화유산 산업은 한나라의 흥망성쇠에 결정적 영향을 미친다. 본 연구에서 문화유산 산업에 대한 선진국의 여러 가지 정책과 제도를 소개한다. 이를 통해 나라의 상황에 맞게 고쳐 나아가, 문화유산 산업 발전 관련 정책을 제시한다. 특히 '젊우미'라는 제도를 제안해, 청년취업과 문화유산 산업 증진의 두 가지 발전을 위한 정책을 위해 문화재 보존 인력양성, 문화재의 디지털 데이터베이스화 와 문화재 스토리 발굴을 제안한다.

  • A commodity distribution problem with intertemporal storage facilities and dynamic transportation networks is proposed. mathematical integer programming methods and multiobjective programming techniques are used in the model formulation. Dynamic characteristics of commodity distribution problems are taken into account in the model formulation. storage facility location problems and transportation link addition problems are incorporated into the intertemporal multicommodity distribution problem. The model is capable of generating the most efficient and rational commodity distribution system. Therefore it can be utilized to provided the most effective investment plan for the transportation infrastructure development as well as to evaluate the existing commodity distribution system. The model determines simultaneously the most efficient locations, sizes, and activity levels of storage facilities as well as new highway links. It is extended to multiobjective planning situations for the purpose of generating alternative investment plans in accordance to planning situations. sine the investment in transportation network improvement yields w\several external benefits for a regional economy, the induced benefit maximization objective is incorporated into the cost minimization objective. The multiobjective model generates explicitly the trade-off between cost savings and induced benefits of the investment in transportation network improvement.

  • Nowadays the customer is classified with external customers and the inside customers. Which are not only end users who consume products but also all people who contribute to their earnings through the management activity of the enterprise. Furthermore, the fact that the external customer satisfaction index and inside customer satisfaction index are closely related is supported by many researches. It is interpreted if the inside customer satisfaction is not improved, achievement of the external customer satisfaction cannot be easy. In this paper, First, we will deduce the inefficient index through DEA model in each department after setting up the weight of items of inside customer satisfaction and measuring them. Second, as well as research entire models about improvement methods of inside customer satisfaction getting improvement methods for reaching a goal in the minimum amount of efforts.

Functional Improvement after the Gross Motor Function Measure-88 (GMFM-88) Item-Based Training in Children with Cerebral Palsy

  • Purpose: The aim of this study was to investigate applicability of the GMFM-88 in planning intervention for CP children. Specifically, this study assessed functional improvement after a four-week GMFM-88 item-based training in CP children divided into three age groups (${\leq}24$ months, 25-48 months, and >48 months) and five levels of the gross motor function classification system (GMFCS). Methods: Subjects were 264 children with CP (mean age 32.90 months) recruited from one CP clinic. The GMFM-88 item-based training was planned for each child, after an interview with its caregiver. To investigate functional improvement after the intervention, minimum important difference (MID) and MID proportion for the change in scores of GMFM-88 were calculated. Results: The GMFM-88 scores increased after the interventions in all three age groups (p<0.05). In particular, children with CP aged ${\leq}24$ months and at the GMFCS level II showed greater functional improvement after training. Conclusion: This study found that the GMFM-88 item-based training would be used to plan activity-oriented intervention both in clinic and home in each CP child.

한국·중국·일본의 도시경관조명 현황 및 정책 분석 - 서울, 상하이, 요코하마를 중심으로 - (An Analysis on the Outdoor Lighting Situation and Policies in Korea, China, Japan - focused on Seoul, Shanghai, Yokohama-)

  • It is required impressive expression of urban night environment that makes city as the safe pleasant, convenient place for the economic activity, cultural pleasure and landmarks. This study aims to establish the proper direction to the outdoor lighting in Seoul by analyzing and comparing the lighting situation and policies among Seoul, Shanghai and Yokohama. 1986 Asian Game and 1988 Olympic Game became very important role of activation of outdoor lighting in Korea. Then, outdoor lighting were facilitated in the cultural heritages and bridges along Han river. Millenium Light Plan, Outdoor Lighting Field of Seoul Architectural Award, 2002 Lightscape Local Plan, hosting 2002 World Cup have been good opportunities for the improvement of outdoor lighting in Seoul. In China, outdoor lighting was introduced to the city of Shanghai according to the orders of the president in 1988. Outdoor lighting of Shanghai have created unique lighting with beautiful color and intensive brightness under the direction of city government. Outdoor lighting of Shanghai needs the standard of lighting design and improvement of lighting facilities. Outdoor lighting was introduced to Japan with 1964 Tokyo Olympic games. Urban outdoor lighting plan was carried out in Yokohama in 1986. In Yokohama, outdoor lighting of civilian and public facilities have been harmonized. And the city government of Yokohama established the committee of promotion of outdoor lighting in its government to support and manage the outdoor lighting with corporation of civilian organization. As the result of comparative analysis on Seoul, Shanghai, Yokohama, Seoul Metropolitan Government needs the criteria and incentive system of outdoor lighting.

국내 의료기관의 질 향상 활동 현황 (A Study on Quality Improvement Activities in Korean Hospitals)

  • Background : This study was carried out to assess the quality improvement(QI)activities in Korean hospitals. Methods : A mailed questionnaire survey was conducted between September 15 and October 30, 2000. The staffs being charge of QI each of the hospitals with 400 beds or more responded to the questionnaire. Of the 108 hospitals eligible for inclusion in our study, 69 participated, yielding a response rate of 63.9%. Results : Based on these survey, 87.3 percent of the responding hospitals were performing QI projects and 54 percent of the hospitals had a separate department for QI activity. About 62 percent of hospitals performing QI activity (QI hospitals) had a QI manager and 58 percent had a separate budget for QI activities. Among the QI hospitals, 85 percent had cross-functional or cross-departmental teams as the major mechanisms for doing QI projects, 94 percent had one or more educational programs on QI. The level of physician's participation level for QI projects was lower than other staff(CEO, nurses and other administrators). Conclusion : The majority of the hospitals have undertaken activities in QI. For the successful implemented QI, the involvement of and education for employees(including physicians and other health professionals)are needed as well as management strategy and leadership. Understanding of other hospitals experience would be helpful for health care managers to plan and initiate QI activities.

다자간 국제회의 안전활동에 있어서 현장활동단계의 역할 및 중요성에 관한 연구 : 부산 APEC 행사를 중심으로 (The Study about Role and Importance of Site Activity Stage in Safety Activity for the International Conference among Several Countries)

  • 본 연구는 2005년 부산에서 개최된 APEC 행사의 안전활동 문제점을 도출하여 이를 토대로 향후 우리나라에서 개최될 다자간 국제회의 안전활동에 대한 제고방안을 모색해 보는데 그 목적이 있다. 이와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여 부산 APEC 행사에 직접 참여한 경찰, 소방, 군, 국정원 등 안전기관의 문제인식 차이를 통하여 제반적인 문제점을 도출해 보고자 한다. 이를 위해 APEC 행사에 차출되어 근접해서 근무한 4개 안전기관 직원을 대상으로 델파이방법에 의해 3차례에 걸쳐 의견을 수렴, 다자간 국제회의의 단계별 구성요소 및 문제점을 파악하고 구성요소별로 문제인식에 대한 통계처리를 실시하였다. 이와 함께 안전기관 전문가 4명과 1 : 1 면담결과를 통하여 다자간 국제회의 행사에 있어서 현장에서 주로 이루어지는 현장활동단계는 어떤 역할을 하며, 그 중요성이 무엇인지를 확인한 결과는 다음과 같다. 현장활동단계에서는 첫째, 인력운영 면에서는 안전기관의 유경험자를 데이터베이스화하여 관리함으로써 차제에 유사한 범국가적인 행사에 차출할 수 있는 시스템을 마련해야 한다. 둘째, 효과적인 폭발물 검측을 위해서는 첨단장비의 도입을 중기계획에 의거하여 차질 없이 수행하고 유관기관과 합동반을 구성하여 주요 취약시설에 대한 점검을 동시에 병행하여야 한다. 셋째, 안전장비의 첨단화를 위해서는 첨단장비 박람회를 통한 장비도입이 사전에 이루어져야 한다. 넷째, 국내 외 정보기관과 행사와 관련된 정보를 공유하고 협조체제를 강화하여 대테러활동에 최선의 대책을 강구해야 한다. 다섯째, 각 기관별로 홍보활동을 경쟁적으로 전개하는 것 보다 상호이해 증진차원에서 홍보기구를 설치하여 대국민 홍보대책을 강구해야 한다. 여섯째, 소방관련 기관과의 협력을 강화하기 위해서는 평시에 전기, 가스, 승강기 등 관련회사와 유기적인 협조체제를 강화하여 행사 시 유관기관과의 통합조정권이 확보될 수 있도록 정책적인 배려가 필요하다. 일곱째, 원활한 취재활동의 편의를 제공하면서도 안전 및 질서유지를 도모하기 위해서는 명확한 보도관리 지침수립이 필요하다.

On these time, need quality increase of construction to possess government official and international competitiveness of customer satisfaction by offering consumer building of good quality. Therefore, must establish direction to inspects and must advance forward formation government official's present actual conditions for building company's QI. This study is as following if summarize studying result of formation government official to improve quality in construction spot. First, formation's CEO will for QI need side improvement the formation government official enemy by important thing. Second, at checking activity and systematic action that participate of responsible persons cooperation enterprise space-time by complete charge department organization should be achieved. Third, complete charge department for quality control operation large size construction firm substantially formation Organizational well operate, but heavy hydrogen building company was construed by greatly unprepared misgovernment. AHP analysis result complete charge department is serious necessity, and the CEO under direct control organizational structure was construed by thing which can bring excellent effect in operation management side of quality business side and formation. Therefore, heavy hydrogen building company should does to occupy competitive power high position with tissue at active quality complete charge deputy.
