The purpose of this study is to analyze characteristics of rental housing management and service preference according to social relationship types. The data for the analysis was collected through questionnaire survey method from 12th, April to 4th, May, 2016 and 565 data were finally used. Data were statistically analyzed using SPSS WIN 18.0. The findings of this study are as follows: 1) the six factors on social relations of subjects are made up as 'interpersonal stress of the relationship', 'new relationship', 'neighbor relations', 'online relationship', 'family relations', and 'friendship'. 2) Along with this result, cluster analysis was carried out, and four social relation types are classified and named as the 'extroverted relationship type', 'passive relationship type', 'active relationship type' and 'introverted relationship type'. 3) Rental housing management and service was examined separately as 'housing management system', 'housing services', and 'community facilities'. Differences in preference were identified by type of social relationship. Housing services and community facilities showed a significant difference in almost all items. In the housing management system, most of the items did not show any significant difference according to social relationship types.

현재 국내에서 DTV 전환 이후 지상파 다채널 서비스 도입에 대한 필요성이 제기되면서 다채널 서비스 도입을 위한 정책을 추진하고 있다. 이에 따라 지상파 방송사들은 지상파 다채널 서비스 실현을 위해서 공동대응책을 마련하고 있다. 아울러 규제기관인 방송통신위원회 역시 지상파 다채널 서비스 정책 수립에 적극적인 입장이며, 지상파 방송사들과 함께 실험방송을 준비하고 있다. 이에 본 글은 지상파 다채널 서비스에서 제기되는 기술적 문제와 서비스 구현을 위한 정책적 방안을 살펴봄으로써 향후 지상파 다채널 서비스가 추구해야 할 방향과 규제기관의 정책수립에 도움이 되고자 한다.

The health care environment exerts tremendous influence on community health practices. Here the author mention several major factors that will influence the future plan for health service and health education; that is, economic problem, the issues of decrement of infectious disease, increment of chronic degenerative disease due to natural increase of the elderly, increased frequency of traffic and industrial accidents and the issues of medical-technological advances etc. Therefore, special efforts by health personnel should be made to develop health education and health promotion strategies on a community-wide basis. Accordingly, the flexible accessibility, convenient availability, guaranteed medical service, sufficient supply of health information, and rapidly available medicaid service for special population such as the elderly, the handicapped, the disabled and the poor are considered. Also, the financial support from the central government and local self-government and active participation of health consumer to health service are needed in Korea, The role of the health personnel is to elicit, facilitate and maintain health promoting behavior with his and her assurance for health consumers being competent and supported in the voluntary choice of their health promoting activities. The health promoting activities such as the above mentioned will be produce escalation of their life Quality among Koreans.

In Korea, There are many disasters, like the collapse of Sampung department store, the strike of severe typhoon 'Rusa' and the subway tragedy in Taegu, because of global warming, urbanization, high-density and high-rise of buildings. So, the government made 'The Framework Act' on the safe and management of disaster and 'The National Emergency Management Agency' was established. But emergency medical service systems in Korea is not growing so much. The purpose of this research is to give basic data for the development of emergency medical service systems in Disaster by comparing of disaster management systems and emergency medical systems among the nations of the world, analysing emergency medical systems in disaster in Korea and suggesting some improvement methods. The improvment methods are like this ; First, establishing the National Disaster Medical System in Korea, making the good triage by EMT, expansion of EMT's working area, developing protocols and framing of medical director increasing the working force of EMT, broad inner cavity of ambulance for treatment of patientent, supplement of professional equipments, active using of helicopters are needed in prehospital are. Second, equal establishment of emergency medical center and increase of working force of emergency medical team are needed in hospital area. Finally, enforcement of the dispatcher's qualification, smooth communication among EMSS systems and actualization of medical direction through screen are needed in the Telecommunication system.

Web 2.0 has features produced the content through the user of the participation and share. The content production activities have became active since social network service appear. The social bookmark, one of social network service, is service that lets users to store useful content and share bookmarked contents between personal users. Unlike Internet search engines such as Google and Naver, the content stored on social bookmark is searched based on tag keyword information and unnecessary information can be excluded. Social bookmark can make users access to selected content. However, quick access to content that users want is difficult job because of the user of the participation and share. Our paper suggests a method recommending search word to be able to access quickly to content. A method is suggested by using Collaborative Filtering and Jaccard similarity coefficient. The performance of suggested system is verified with experiments that compare by 'Delicious' and "Feeltering' with our system.

유비쿼터스 정보 서비스 기술의 보편화로 도서관 생태 환경에도 커다란 변화가 일어나고 있다. 디지털도서관 등 정보 매체 중심의 변화뿐만 아니라, Library 2.0 또는 소셜 시맨틱 디지털 라이브러리 등 이용자 중심의 서비스 지향 관점으로의 변화를 실감하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 도서관 시스템의 진화에 초점을 두고, 지식 서비스 실현을 위한 제반 환경 요소를 분석하였으며, 지식 서비스 지향 도서관 시스템의 논리모델을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 논리 모델은 다양한 지식 정보자원, 참여와 협력의 능동적 이용자, 도서관 업무 혁신, 유비쿼터스 정보 기술을 조화하여 도서관의 근본적 임무를 수행하는데 프레임워크가 될 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구는 웹서비스 및 디자인 기획에서의 정량적 사용성 분석방법과 정성적 사용성 분석방법을 혼용하여 개발한 방법론의 소개를 통해 사용자 심층적 경험과 욕구파악의 중요성을 강조하고 및 이의 적극적 활용을 제안하고자 한다. 본 연구방법론은 People, Prototype, Product에 대한 조사범주 및 3단계 순환과정의 반복과 탐험적 과정을 통해 사용자의 잠재된 경험과 욕구를 발견하고 이를 웹서비스 및 디자인 기획에 반영 가능하도록 한다는 데 의의가 있다.

This paper focused on the level of managerial centralization on chief executive officer (CEO) as a factor to affect the shared growth activities of corporate. As service corporations are becoming active in shared growth activities recently, this paper thus used CEO. Pay Slice (CPS) information to measure the level of managerial centralization on CEO of service corporation and tested the influence of the level of managerial centralization on whether shared growth activities are executed and the level of such activities respectively. The result of test shows that companies with high managerial centralization on CEO are more passive toward shared growth activities than those without such centralization. This can be interpreted that a CEO with more powerful influence may consider shared growth activities as to be negative and take a passive attitude to them. On the other hand, such result was supported by additional analysis with companies committing shared growth activities as well. This paper is expected to contribute to bring about interest on shared growth activities as the gap between major companies and small and medium sized companies is currently expanding in terms of operating profit ratio and even salary of employees.

In this time, as an industrial society developed to a welfare society, more and more people want their quality of lives upgraded and specially customized service by mass production/mass consumption. And it leads to an increase of requiring service. There're active developments and studies on various IT equipment as the requirement made IT devices used in service. In this paper, we try to design and realize radio paging DID by using smart device to be used as a receiver of a radio pager which is broadly used at face to face service. Firstly, we used MCU to design and implement Wireless Calling Gateway which change radio calling signal of ISM band to smart device. A receiver of wireless caller used original receiver module. Also it used bluetooth module to communicate with smart device. It was possible to have satisfactory communication since radio paging signal converter and smart device were linked in 3M. Secondly, to indicate various paging information delivered from a radio pager, we realized DID application program by using Smart PAD. As a result, we could indicate various information compared to an original receiver which only could indicate letters or numeric data. Secondly, we implemented the DID app for wireless calls that can display a variety of information sent from a wireless pager. Was implemented using the Smart Pad. As a result, it is shown that can display a variety of information than the existing receiver.

본 연구의 목적은 개념연결표의 활용이 예비교사들의 수학 학습에 미치는 영향에 대해서 조사하는 것이다. 본 연구는 25명의 예비교사들을 대상으로 미적분학 강좌 시간을 활용하여 한 학기 동안 수행되었다. 연구에 참여한 예비교사들을 대상으로 실시한 설문조사 및 면담 결과에 의하면 개념연결표의 활용은 여러 가지 측면에서 예비교사들에게 긍정적인 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 개념연결표의 활용은 예비교사들의 수학적 개념에 대한 이해와 수학적 의사소통능력을 발달시키는데 도움이 되었으며 수학의 유용성이나 가치 인식 및 자기주도적이고 적극적인 수업 참여를 유도하는데 효과적인 것으로 나타났다.
