In this paper, we summary known suggestion system which is useful a small and medium enterprise. We don't think suggestion system of a small and medium enterprise active. We reflect 2 points of suggestion system. We propose the Active Plan to Suggestion System for small and medium Enterprise which are (1) suggestion direction for enterprise future, (2) suggestion body for all employee included, (3) suggestion methods for all information shared.

In this study, through case studies, solar energy systems were coordinated with architectural plan elements and the others in apartment complex, and the energy performance was evaluated quantitatively through computer simulation PVSYST and RETScreen. As a results, in plan process of the application of solar energy systems in apartment complex, solar energy system should be considered as not only energy reducing technical element but also part of architectural plan element. And it must be considered with architectural plan elements, composition methods, energy storage methods, technical elements from the early basic plan stage. Photovoltaic system was installed on the wall facing the south and rooftop. The energy ratio of electric load was shown to be 5.5%. The result showed 7.2% when adding it to shading device additionally, and 6.4% in case of putting extra translucent module on windows. Active solar collecting system was applied on roof with the angle of 45. Maximum number of solar collector was 10 in a row, and the total solar collecting area was $915.00m^2$. The energy ratio of domestic water heating load by active solar hot water system is shown to be 11.4%.

Since mid-1990, the global trade environments has been rapidly changing in many sectors due to the advancement of information technology. Of which an international trade e-Marketplace is one that has been playing a crucial role. The international trade e-Marketplace has the potential to accelerate existing trends and new ways of conducting trade. Nevertheless, e-Marketplace seems to have not been facilitated because many traders do not fully understand about performance, relevant sites and so on. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to find out a plan for an active use of it by Korean export and import firms and provide a number of policy suggestions that it can make best use of.

The semi-active TLCD system is investigated for control of responses of 3D irregular buildings under seismic excitations. The TLCD system is a special type of TMD system providing a performance similar to a TMD system but offers a number of practical advantages over the traditional TMD system. The equations of motion for the combined building and TLCD system are derived for multistory building structures with rigid floors and plan and elevation irregularities. Simulation results for control of two multistory moment-resisting space structures with vertical and plan irregularities show clearly that the semi-active TLCD control system reduces the responses of 3D irregular buildings subjected to earthquake ground motions efficiently.

이 연구는 여가시간 신체활동 의도와 운동행동 간의 관계에서의 틈(gap)을 극복하고 이 관계를 잇는 매개 변인들의 역할을 검증하고, 기존의 계획행동이론의 확장을 도모하는데 목적을 두었다. 이에 여가시간 신체활동에 대한 의도와 운동행동 간의 관계에서 실천계획-1)극복계획과 2)실행계획-의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 편의표집법을 활용하여 강원도 내 위치한 세 곳의 대학에서 교양체육에 참여하고 있는 대학생 253명(남학생=118; 여학생=105)을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS와 Amos프로그램을 활용하여 분석되었으며, 기술통계, 신뢰도, 상관분석, 그리고 구조 관계를 검증하기 위해 구조방정식 모형을 적용하여 의도, 극복계획 및 실행계획, 그리고 여가시간 신체활동 및 운동 간의 관계를 검증하였다. 특히, 의도와 행동 간의 관계에서 극복계획과 실행계획의 매개효과를 검증하기 매개 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 신체활동 의도는 실행계획과 운동행동에 직접적으로 영향을 미쳤으며, 실행계획은 의도에 비해 실제 운동행동을 더욱더 잘 예측하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 매개변인인 극복계획과 실행계획은 신체활동에 대한 참여 의도가 실제 운동행동에 미치는 영향에서 부분적으로 모두 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구를 통해 나타난 결과를 종합해 보면, 극복계획과 실행계획의 개념화와 모형검증은 의도-행동의 틈을 극복하고 실제 현장에서 실용적으로 활용될 수 있다는 사실을 알 수 있었다.

Recently, an active relation between the University and city has become an issue of increasing importance in the field of campus planning. Campus master plan is known as long range development plan, and is not simply an abstract drawing work but definite scaling work procedure. The purpose of this paper is to examine the planning process and relation between university and the region through master plan of master plan of D University and K University which located in Seoul city. From the research which sees master plan of D universities which are presented in existing an instance and K universities master plan did the service blueprint with base and investigated. And both university currently analyzed the situation which is being placed and grasps a problem point, presented that alternative with what kind of method.

기존 능동 네트워크 기술에서의 능동 네트워크 라우팅은 정적인 토폴로지 구성을 가정하고 있다. 그러나 능동 네트워크도 기존 IP 네트워크와 마찬가지로 동적이기 때문에 네트워크의 상태에 따라 능동 패킷을 동적으로 라우팅해야 할 필요가 있다. 이와 관련해서 현재까지 PLAN 프로젝트에서 SLRP와 TCOM500 프로토콜들을 제시했으나, 두 프로토콜 모두 정적으로 구성되어 있는 토폴로지를 기반으로 하기 때문에 완전한 의미에서의 동적 라우팅 프로토콜이라고 볼 수 없다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 좀 더 동적이고 기존 프로토콜과의 호환성을 갖춘 능동 네트워크 라우팅 프로토콜인 AOSPF(Active Open Shortest Path First)를 제안한다. AOSPF는 능동 네트워크 라우팅을 위해 새로운 LSA(Link State Advertisement)를 추가함으로써 OSPF를 확장한 것으로 새로 정의된 LSA는 해당 라우터가 능동 라우터임을 명시하며 이를 위해 LSA 패킷내에 OPT10N 필드에서 사용되지 않는 비트중 하나를 능동 라우터 명시 비트로 사용한다. 이러한 OSPF의 확장 방법은 멀티캐스트를 위해 OSPF를 확장한 MOSPF와 유사하다. 본 논문에서는 AOSPF의 동작 과정과 AOSPF를 통해 구성된 능동 네트워크 토폴로지 정보를 기반으로 하는 능동 패킷의 전달 방법에 대해 기술한다.

There are plenty of ecological and traditional resources around Wandong and the Hwangryong-River district, and so the purpose of this development plan is to preserve ecological resources and traditional culture, and to utilize potential value of recreation in this site. Two major concepts are established in this plan one is “Green-Tourism”, the other is “Blue-Recreation”. In this development plan “Green-Tourism” means the effective tourism using ecological and traditional resources, while “Blue-Recreation” means the active tourism using waterfront and cultural facilities. The concept of “Green-Tourism” is applied to the Wangdong area, which is comprised of 6 theme zones. The concept of “Blue-Recreation” is applied to the Hwangryong-River area, which is composed of 4 theme zones. In total, 10 theme zones are planned according to characteristics found in the regional surroundings and cultural facilities of each zone.
