경찰의 성폭력 수사행동을 결정하는 요인을 조사하고자, 경찰의 인지 및 태도(수사임무에 대한 법지식, 보호연계임무에 대한 인지, 성폭력에 대한 편견)와 실제 수사행동(적극적 수사와 이차폭력)의 관계를 검증하기 위한 이론적 모델을 설정하였다. 경남지역 세 도시의 남성경찰 354명으로부터 수집된 설문조사 자료를 토대로 구조방정식 모형검증을 실시한 결과 최종모델이 발견되었다(CFI=0.947,IFI=0.948, RMSEA=0.048). 분석결과, 적극적 수사행동을 결정짓는 요인은 수사임무에 대한 법지식, 보호연계임무에 대한 인지, 성폭력에 대한 편견인 것으로 나타났다. 수사임무에 대한 법지식과 보호연계임무에 대한 인지가 높을수록 적극적 수사행동이 증가되며, 반면 성폭력에 대한 편견은 적극적 수사행동을 감소시키는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 이차폭력 행동을 결정짓는 요인은 수사임무에 대한 법지식인 것으로 나타났다. 수사임무에 대한 법지식이 높을수록 이차폭력 행동이 감소되었다. 특히, 성폭력에 대한 편견은 직접적으로 적극적 수사행동을 감소시킬 뿐 아니라, 수사임무에 대한 법지식과 적극적 수사, 보호연계임무에 대한 인지와 적극적 수사 사이에서 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 토대로 적극적 수사를 강화하고 이차폭력을 최소화하기 위한 방안으로 성폭력관련 법에 대한 교육, 수사지침의 재정비, 의식전환 프로그램, 경찰의 전문화, 수사환경의 개선, 사회복지사와의 연계체계 구축 등이 제안되었다.

Compensation characteristics or active filters based on voltage detection are investigated. These active filters act equivalently as a passive circuit so that they may not cause practical problems such as stimulation of resonance in the distribution lines. Thus, these active filters can be used as the general-purpose active filters. On the other hand, these active filters may have a possibility of the anti-resonance associated with the line inductance of the distribution lines. In this paper, the relationship between the anti-resonance and the control parameters of the proposed active filters is clarified. Some methods to avoid the problems due to the anti-resonance are investigated. Experimental results are included to confirm the validity of the investigation presented in this paper.

수동형 진동제어 방식과 같이 시스템이 안정되며, 수동형에 비해 높은 제진 효과가 기대되는 반능동 진동제어 방식은 시스템의 안정화가 요구되는 우주구조물의 제진방법에 유효한 진동제어 방식중 하나이다. 본 논문에서는 유연우주트러스구조물의 진동제어를 위해 고안된 반능동 댐퍼내 작동유체의 질량을 모델링에 고려했을 경우의 제진특성을 분석하였고 댐퍼내 작동유체의 점성이 부족감쇠를 유지 할 경우, 작동유체 질량 적용에 따른 반능동 댐퍼의 제진효과를 확인하였으며 이를 토대로 반능동 댐퍼의 성능향상을 위한 설계방법을 제시하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 국제결혼한 농촌남성들의 에이전시를 생애사적 맥락에서 재구성하는 데에 있다. 이를 위해 생애사적-내러티브 인터뷰 8개를 실시하였고, 인터뷰자료는 Sch$\ddot{u}$tze의 생애사적-내러티브 인터뷰 분석과 Rosenthal의 내러티브식-생애사 인터뷰 분석 방법을 응용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과, 다중적 소외자로 객체화되고 있는 외부자적 관점과는 달리, 에이전시를 작동시키며 살아가고 있는 주체로 재현되고 있었는데, 주 생활영역인 직업생활에서는 주변부에 자리한 직업적 위치에도 불구하고 자기주도적인 직업생활을 하도록 추동하는 에이전시가, 가정생활에서는 '아래로부터의 다문화주의'를 실현하는 초국가적 가정의 주체로 위치시키는 에이전시가, 그리고 학교생활에서는 탈획일화된 학교의 주체로 자리매김하도록 추동하는 에이전시가 작동되고 있었고 또 현재도 작동되고 있음을 포착하였다. 이러한 연구결과에 근거해 국제결혼한 농촌남성들에 대한 이해가 전제된 사회복지실천을 하는 데에 시사하는 함의를 제시하였다.

In the context of structure formation in a hierarchical Universe, the relevance of mergers to radio-loud active galaxies is still under debate. I employ two different observational approaches to investigate the merger history of active galaxies, using several different samples of radio-loud AGN. I will first show results from the investigation of a complete sample of flat-spectrum radio-AGN and their role in a merger-driven evolution of galaxies. In the second part of my talk I will focus on the investigation of the close environment of radio-loud active galaxies, using data from the new VISTA-VIDEO near-infrared survey. Strong evidence is found supporting a close connection between merger events and radio-loud AGN.

On a conventional rail vehicle, passive primary suspensions stabilize wheelsets in the longitudinal and yaw direction. However, these suspensions reduce the natural curving ability due to the profile of the wheels. Stabilizing and steering of the wheelsets generate the conflict problems in design process. Therefore, most systems are designed to guarantee the stability in spite of decreased curving performance. As a result, severe wear of the wheels and rails occur on tight curves and squeal noise on curving is high. Active steering has been proposed to satisfy stabilizing and steering performance simultaneously. This paper describes the possibility investigation about the application of the active steering bogie for a urban railway vehicle. Vehicles run on an amount of tight curves at mid or low speed in urban railways. Thus, it is important to reduce the wear and squeal noise between wheels and rails. Simulations show that active steering can be reduce the wear and squeal noise significantly compared to conventional systems.

Launch vehicles cause several shock events during their lift-off. The excessive shock loads in the several thousands of g's level can results in permanent damage to electronics, optics and other sensitive payload components. The shock can be attenuated by mounting a shock absorber. In this paper, we proposed a semi-active control logic to attenuate the shock so that the input acceleration to main instruments does not exceed the allowable maximum acceleration value. For the performance investigation, two elements model of variable damping and spring stiffness has been used and the analysis results indicate that the proposed semi-active control logic attenuates shock level better than an optimal passive and conventional semi-active on-off control system.

대부분의 대규모 지진은 기존의 활성단층이 재활하여 발생하므로, 이러한 활성단층의 위치와 특성을 파악하는 것은 지진재해 연구와 지진방재 측면에서 매우 중요하다. 최근에는 활성단층 조사에서 지표지질조사에 앞서 실시하는 선형구조 분석에 다양한 원격탐사 기술이 유용하게 활용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 원격탐사 기술 중 이러한 활성단층 조사에 널리 활용되는 위성원격탐사, 항공원격탐사, 그리고 InSAR, LiDAR 기법의 간단한 원리와 적용사례를 소개하고자 한다. 또한, GIS를 활용하여 단층활동에 의해 형성된 경사급변점과 주향이동단층의 수평변위를 분석한 사례를 소개하고자 한다. 토의에서는 항공사진을 활용하여 DEM을 구축할 때 발생할 수 있는 문제점들과 해결방안, 항공 LiDAR 기반 DEM의 문제점을 극복하여 개발한 새로운 기법인 RRIM에 대해 논의하고자 한다. 활성단층 조사에서 어떤 원격탐사 기술이 활용되는지 이해하고 각 원격탐사기법의 장단점과 한계점을 이해하여 상황에 따라 적절한 방법을 활용하는 것은 효율적인 활성단층조사를 위해 중요하다.

The basic point of a vehicle recall is to remove vehicle defects as soon as possible and thus prevent possible road traffic accidents caused by the defects beforehand. Therefore, the core of vehicle recall under the self-certification system consists of a timely response and fast remedy of defects. The present study aimed to deduce a plan for improvement of the system necessary for the fast remedy of defects through a phased analysis of defect investigation procedure based on defect investigation statistical data. There will be a need to make the TSB(Technical Service Bulletin) or service campaign data submission of a manufacturer compulsory for the collection of broad defect information in the stage of information analysis and to impose a higher penalty when the manufacturer violates the data submission in the investigation stage. In addition, it is considered that an active service campaign should be induced and a punishment for late recall will be needed for consumer protection.

Magneto-Rheological (MR) dampers are being used increasingly because of their adaptability to control algorithms and reliability of passive systems. In this paper, an extensive investigation on performance of MR dampers in semi-active and passive modes has been carried out. It is observed that the overall energy dissipation by MR dampers in passive-on modes is higher than that in semi-active modes for most of the competitive semi-active controllers. Based on the energy dissipation pattern, a novel semi-active controller, termed as "Simple Passive Semi-Active Controller", has been proposed for MR dampers. This controller can be emulated by a simple passive hardware proposed in this paper. The proposed concept of controller "hardware emulation" is innovative and can also be implemented for other semi-active devices for control algorithms of certain form. The effectiveness and reliability of the proposed controller has been investigated extensively through numerical simulations. It has been demonstrated that the proposed controller is competitive to or more effective than other widely used / investigated semi-active controllers.
