Purpose : It was to present strategies on activation of prehospital medical direction in Korea. Methods : This study was conducted by analysing some papers on prehospital medical direction and statistical data from the National Emergency Management Agency. Results : There was no active application of medical direction methods such as Priority Dispatch System, Pre-Arrival Instructions, System Status Management and no data on prehospital medical direction. To estimate direct medical control on emergency patients who were sorted by EMTs in 2006 was only 2.5%. Conclusion : To improve prehospital medical direction, it needed to applicate data collecting & using system and in-direct & direct medical control by medical doctor.

The insertion of the crowbar system in the doubly fed induction generator rotor circuit for a short period of time during grid disturbance enables a more efficient way of limiting transient rotor current and hence protecting the rotor side converter (RSC) and the DC - link capacitor. When crowbar is activated at fault occurrence and clearance time, RSC is blocked while DC -link capacitor and the grid side converter (GSC) can be controlled to provide reactive power support at the PCC and improve the voltage which helps to comply with grid codes. In this paper, control strategies for crowbar system to limit the rotor current during fault is presented with RSC and GSC controllers are modified to control PCC voltage during disturbance to enhance DFIG wind farm to comply with some strict grid codes. Model simulated on MATLAB/Simulink verify the study through simulation results presented.

Korea Train eXpress(KTX), opened in april 2004 as well as the KOREA RAILROAD sailed in 2005 is on the second take-off stage. In 2004, on the basis of the technical stabilization, management planning centering around business was established, and to attain the object, now there is a increasing necessity for market-information which is necessary for establishment, execution and result analysis of strategies. Therefore, by performing periodical market surveying, getting out of old market strategy making ways of viewing in manager's shoes, we can quickly elaborate market strategies in consumer's shoes on the basis of the market information. And as a necessary consequence, we can expect not only to make efficient use of resources but also to maximize profits of the KTX.

정보보안의 중요성에 관한 인식이 증가함에 따라 다양한 보안대책이 조직에 도입되고 있다. 하지만 대부분의 경우 이들 보안대책은 전략적으로 운영되지 않고 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 조직에서의 정보보안 전략은 무엇인가에 대해 개념적으로 연구한다. 이를 위하여 다양한 문헌에서 정보보안 전략이 어떻게 소개되었으며, 어떠한 전략이 제시되어 왔는지 연구한다. 본 논문은 조직의 정보보안에 있어서의 전략 자체에 초점을 맞추어, 개념을 정립하고, 지금까지 제시되어 온 다양한 전략을 식별하여 체계적으로 분류하였다는데 의의가 있다.

Ministry of Land, Transportation and Maritime Affairs has implemented Construction CALS project for improving informationization level of construction industry and for making construction production system efficient. Although an importance of evaluation on level and performance of construction informationziation projects has been emerged, Construction CALS hasn't been evaluated so far. In this study, the performance indicators of construction CALS as the most important base in creating a performance management system were deduced. For this aim, this study reviewed the former researches on system construction for managing performance, analyzed current status of Construction CALS, arranged the relationship between upper strategies and ISP, developed pools of performance indicators, and this study followed IT BSC methodology. As a result, this study developed performance indicators of Construction CALS through four strategies such as globalization and activation of Construction CALS standards, research & development for reaching to international level in construction informationization technology, stabilization of system operation and distribution by publicizing Construction CALS and improving its functions, and policy implementation for managing and coordinating Construction CALS projects. These indicators will be applied to build a system of performance management.

Root canal debridement, which includes the removal of infected tissues and microbial biofilms, is considered the corner stone of root canal treatment. Chemical adjuncts play a multitude of functions in this regard, as tissue solvents, antimicrobial agents and for removing the smear layer. These adjuncts (irrigants) are usually delivered using a syringe and needle. With increasing knowledge of the complexity of root canal anatomy and tenacity of microbial biofilms, the need for strategies that potentiate the action of these irrigants within the root canal system cannot be overemphasized. Several such activated irrigation strategies exist. The aim of this review is to comprehensively discuss the different irrigant activation methods from the context of clinical studies.

Due to the development of information technology of digital revolution, It is recognized that technical development and standardization are getting important. In this study we executed questionnaires for experts in industry, academy and research institution to survey on the demand for the mobile internet technical development and standardization in the IMT2000 environment. This analysis of the technical development and standardization can be utilized to make strategies of related industry and alternatives of policy for our government. It is expected that this study will contribute to the preoccupy of global market.

Abnormal regulation of the inducible form of cyclooxygenase (COX-2) has been often observed in various types of cancerous and transformed cells. Recently, targeted inhibition of COX-2 is recognized as one of the promising strategies for the prevention or treatment of cancer as well as inflammation, As part of a program to evaluate the cancer chemopreventive potential of anti-inflammatory phytochemicals, we initially determined the COX-2 inhibitory activity of some naturally occurring diarylheptanoids structurally related to curcumin.(omitted)

This study tries to analyze the possibility of application of project financing to electricity industry and analyze the management of risks happening in the process of foreign project procurement and construction. Those are based on the trends and analysis of project financing in foreign projects. Risks are 'classified as risks before completion of projects and risks after completion. Project financing is key element of exportation and financial strategies and activation of project financing may provide the acceleration of the efficient financial market.
