  • It is necessary to evaluate performances hitherto carried out in the management of Total Maximum Daily Loads (TMDLs) and to set up direction so that this system can be improved continuously in the future. This study was investigated load allocation achievement ratio, water quality goal achievement ratio and interrelation between water quality goal and load allocation for the first period (2004~2010). Load allocation achievement and BOD water quality goal achievement ratio were 50% and 73% in Guem River Basin, respectively. The main reason for excess of load allocation and shortfall of water quality goal were unfulfilled reduction plan and pollution sources increment. Therefore, it is necessary to develop enhanced pollution sources prediction method and make a list realizable reduction plan. 63% of the unit watershed was not interrelation between water quality goal and load allocation. The reason why water quality goal and load allocation had not correlation were water quality of upper unit watershed, increment of inflow quantity, effluent water quality of wastewater treatment plant affected the unit watershed, increment of inner productivity by algae, water quality deterioration during the specific period, river management flow, etc.

  • This research aimed at studying the role of self-enhancing imagery and self goal-achievement emotion in the effect of characteristics perceived at advertisements using multisensory cues on purchase intention. Sports shoes advertisement was selected as an empirical research object. Questionnaire survey method was used to collect data. 'WenJuanXing' site was used to make the questionnaire in Chinese, and it was loaded on WeChat and QQ. 260 participants from different regions of China participated in online questionnaire survey. The results of testing the hypotheses by structural equation model in Amos 21.0 program are summarized as followings. The congruency between multisensory cues and self-discrepancy awareness positively evoked the self-enhancing imagery and the self goal-achievement emotion. The object relevance between the consumer and the product advertised did not induce the emotion, but evoked the self-enhancing imagery. Both of the self-enhancing imagery and the self goal-achievement emotion had positive effects on the product purchase intention. When developing advertisement, marketers should focus on multisensory cues' characteristics to enhance the self-enhancing imageries as well as to help feel the goal-achievement emotion. They should pay attention to the ways by which the multisensory cues' characteristics used to develop advertisement can be perceived to be congruent with each other by consumers.

  • The importance and necessity of software(SW) education as a liberal arts was fully recognized by society. However, according to the previous research results, learners' motivation to learn in SW liberal arts was kept low for various reasons. Therefore, understanding the learning motivation and its changeability in SW liberal arts is necessary, but the related studies are not sufficient. In this paper, we analyzed changes in achievement goals using a 3 × 2 achievement goal model to examine changeability of achievement goals in a SW liberal arts class during one semester. As a result, we confirmed that the achievement goals were stable at both the group level and the individual level, but the order of each achievement goal was different from that of the previous studies. We also confirmed that the mastery goal of the classroom goal structure had a higher correlation with most achievement goals, but the performance goals had a correlation with some avoidance goals only. This means that additional research is needed for each key classroom goal structure type in SW education because the learning motivation in SW liberal arts has different aspect from the other existing liberal arts classes.

  • Inter-Organizational Cooperation is the most common and important strategy in modern public and privet sectors managerial activities. In this paper the concepts of inter-organizational cooperation means not selfish cooperation as in the game circumstance and theory, but general collaborative action between organizations, they have share same goal. The achievement level of jointed-goal of inter-organization is depended upon the performance of cooperation, which resulted from the conditions and circumstances of cooperation. This paper analyses the effect of inter-organizational cooperation on achievement level of the jointed goal between two organizations with computer simulation model of the system dynamics approach. In the computer simulation model, three factors, goal perception, communication, and control, are considered as a key conditions of cooperation, which impact on the performance of cooperation. Simulation model was constructed with focus on the dynamic interactions between these three factors and the achievement level of jointed-goal. Consequently, the results found in this paper may provide further grounds for reducing the time delay that included in the conditions of cooperation.

  • The purpose of this study was to identify distinctive achievement goal patterns of students and examine their influence on learning strategies (deep/surface) and science achievement. Cluster analysis procedure was performed to classify students on the basis of task, performance, and performance-avoidance goal scores. The results produced 3 clusters of students with different achievement goal patterns: high task goal (cluster 1), high task-high performance goal (cluster 2), and low task-low performance goal (cluster 3). One-way ANOVA results revealed that the scores of cluster 2 were significantly higher than those of clusters 1 and 3 in deep learning strategy. The science achievement test scores of clusters 1 and 2 were higher than those of cluster 3. Looking at surface learning strategy, however, the test scores of cluster 3 were significantly higher than those of clusters 1 and 2. The educational implications of these findings are discussed.

  • This study explored the structural relationship between achievement goal orientation, learning motivation, and level of interest on the level of flow in distance PBL classes. A structural model was constructed through analysis of previous studies. Data for the verification of the structural model were collected from 59 students in the teaching courses. The study took PBL lessons remotely. After the PBL class was ended, flow, achievement goal orientation, learning motivation, and level of interest were measured. The collected data were analyzed using the structural equation model analysis method. As a result, the structural model proposed in this study was verified to be valid. It was verified that the level of interest mediated the influence of achievement goal orientation and learning motivation to influence commitment. Next, it was verified that the path through which the level of interest mediates the effect of achievement goal orientation has the greatest influence. Therefore, it is possible to suggest that the level of flow can be adjusted if the level of interest is adjusted in consideration of the achievement goal orientation of learners when operating distance PBL classes.

  • Purpose - Current study aimed at investigating the effects of the choice easiness as a thought triggered at the time of making decision and the goal achievement emotion as a prediction of how consumers feel in the state of achieving consumption goal on brand purchase intention. And It also explored moderation role of incidental pride type such as ambient hubris pride and ambient authentic pride felt before the event in the effects of message type such as self-verifying message and self-enhancing message on the choice easiness and the goal achievement emotion. Research design, data, and methodology - Message type was divided into self-verifying message and self-enhancing message. Incidental pride type was divided into hubris and authentic pride. Smart mobile phone was selected for empirical study. And the experiment was performed with 2(pride type: hubristic versus authentic) × 2(message type: self-verifying message versus self-enhancing message) between-subjects design. Questionnaires from 215 undergraduate students were used to test hypotheses by Macro process model 7. The hypotheses were tested at each of self-verifying message group and self-enhancing message group. Results - First, both choice easiness and goal achievement emotion positively influenced on the purchase intention at both self-verifying message group and self-enhancing message group. Second, at self-verifying message group, the positive effects of self verification on both choice easiness and goal achievement emotion were higher to the customers under incidental hubris pride than to those under incidental authentic pride customers. Third, at self-enhancing message group, the positive effects of self enhancement on goal achievement emotion were higher to the customers under incidental authentic pride than to those under incidental hubris pride. However, at self-enhancing message group, the positive effects of self enhancement on choice easiness (goal achievement emotion) were not higher (higher) to the customers under incidental authentic pride than to those under incidental hubris pride. Conclusions - Focusing on the results of this study, to promote their brand purchase intention, brand managers should use self-enhancing message to induce goal achievement emotion from incidental authentic pride customers. And the brand managers should develop and use self-verifying message to induce choice easiness as well as goal achievement emotion from hubris pride customers, which in turn, promote their brand purchase intention.

  • The purpose of this study was to explore the latent profiles of social achievement goals and to investigate the differences in peer status (perceived popularity, social preference) and aggression (overt, relational, cyber) among those profile groups. Social achievement goals and cyber aggression data was acquired through self-reporting, and perceived popularity, social preference, and overt and relational aggression were assessed through peer nomination. Applying the latent profile analysis(LPA) to 1,239 elementary school students, three distinct groups of social achievement goals were identified: a development-oriented achievement goal group, an average social goal group, and a overall-high social achievement goal group. Using logistic regression analysis, the relationships between the latent group, peer status, and aggression were examined. The result indicated that the higher the social preference, the lower the probability of belonging to the 'overall-high social achievement goal group'. And the higher the cyber aggression, the lower the probability of belonging to the 'development-oriented achievement goal group'. In addition, the higher the relational aggression of the second time, the higher the probability of belonging to the 'overall-high social achievement goal group' as compared to the 'average social goal group'.
