  • 본 논문에서 Interpolation Methods를 이용하여 보다 정화한 풍속을 계산하는 방법과 보다 정확한 풍향을 계산하기 위하여 Interpolation Polynomial을 찾는 방법을 제안하였고, 이렇게 제안된 방법을 이용하여 3-Cup Anemometer의 성능을 개선하였다. 우리는 풍향, 풍속의 관측을 위해 기구부는 3-cup Type Anemometer로, 전자부는 Photo Sensor를 이용하여 구현하였다. 정확한 풍속과 풍향의 측정을 위해서는 시스템의 메모리 한계 및 성능을 고려한 시스템 설계와 8비트 Gray Code Film으로 256(= 2$^{8}$ )개의 각도 Data로 360$^{\circ}$를 표현하는 방법이다.

  • This paper is reporting the whole process of developing a weight measuring scaler of truck and trailer system for static and dynamic condition. The sensors attached on the top of springs each wheels. Acquisition and data processing performs accurate data extraction from noise environment, filtering and estimation. Weight information was highly distorted with noise and perturbation. Hence the perturbation was classified several categories and evaluated for accurate signal extract. The final products supply accurate and easy readable data of load weight for truck. It supplies total weight as well as loading condition of each axle. It is expected that it give the information to the truck operator of proper amount loading and safe condition to drive with it.

  • The ability to efficiently and robustly recover accurate 3D terrain models from sets of stereoscopic images is important to many civilian and military applications. To develop an effective and practical terrain modeling system. We propose the methods which detect unreliable elevations in digital elevation maps (DEMs). and fuse several DEMs from multiple sources into an accurate and reliable result. This paper focuses on two key factors for generating robust 3D terrain models. the ability to detect unreliable elevation estimates. and to fuse the reliable elevations into a single optimal terrain model. We apply the correlation score methodology to reconstruct accurate DEM for multi-image and show the method is more effective than the conventional averaging method. The photo-realistic simulator is used for generating four simulated images from ground truth DEM and orthoimage.

  • Recent developments in robotics and intelligent vehicle area, bring interests of people in an autonomous driving ability and advanced driving assistance system. Especially fully automatic parking ability is one of the key issues of intelligent vehicles, and accurate parked vehicles detection is essential for this issue. In previous researches, many types of sensors are used for detecting vehicles, 2D LiDAR is popular since it offers accurate range information without preprocessing. The L shape feature is most popular 2D feature for vehicle detection, however it has an ambiguity on different objects such as building, bushes and this occurs misdetection problem. Therefore we propose the accurate vehicle detection method by using a 3D complete vehicle model in 3D point clouds acquired from front inclined 2D LiDAR. The proposed method is decomposed into two steps: vehicle candidate extraction, vehicle detection. By combination of L shape feature and point clouds segmentation, we extract the objects which are highly related to vehicles and apply 3D model to detect vehicles accurately. The method guarantees high detection performance and gives plentiful information for autonomous parking. To evaluate the method, we use various parking situation in complex urban scene data. Experimental results shows the qualitative and quantitative performance efficiently.

  • 갈릴레오 위성시스템의 정확한 위치 확인을 위해서는 기본적으로 정화한 반송파 추적이 이루어져야 한다. 주파수 오차를 추적하기 위한 FLL은 전파 도달 시간의 변화를 발생시키는 동적 음력에 강인하지만 정확한 반송파 추적이 어렵다. 반면 위상 오차를 추적하기 위한 PLL은 정확한 반송파 추적이 가능하지만 동적음력에 약하고 높은 동적음력에서 반송파 추적성능이 저하된다. 본 논문에서는 갈릴레오 L1F 신호에서 높은 동적응력에서도 정확한 반송파 추적이 가능하도록 FLL과 PLL의 상호 보완적인 운용과 FLL지원의 PLL 루프필터를 적용한 반송파 추적루프를 설계하였으며, 모의실험을 통하여 제안한 기법의 성능을 입증하였다.

Assessing Personalized Recommendation Services Using Expectancy Disconfirmation Theory

  • There is an accuracy-diversity dilemma with personalized recommendation services. Some researchers believe that accurate recommendations might reinforce customer satisfaction. However, others claim that highly accurate recommendations and customer satisfaction are not always correlated. Thus, this study attempts to establish the causal factors that determine customer satisfaction with personalized recommendation services to reconcile these incompatible views. This paper employs statistical analyses of simulation to investigate an accuracy-diversity dilemma with personalized recommendation services. To this end, we develop a personalized recommendation system and measured accuracy, diversity, and customer satisfaction using a simulation method. The results show that accurate recommendations positively affected customer satisfaction, whereas diverse recommendations negatively affected customer satisfaction. Also, customer satisfaction was associated with the recommendation product size when neighborhood size was optimal in accuracy. Thus, these results offer insights into personalizing recommendation service providers. The providers must identify customers' preferences correctly and suggest more accurate recommendations. Furthermore, accuracy is not always improved as the number of product recommendation increases. Accordingly, providers must propose adequate number of product recommendation.

후방영상 기반 주차 보조 시스템에서 정밀 이동거리 추출 기법 (An Accurate Moving Distance Measurement Using the Rear-View Images in Parking Assistant Systems)

  • 최근 출시되는 주차보조시스템에서 후방물체와의 거리정보를 알아내는 방법으로는 초음파 센서나 레이더 등의 추가 센서장비를 활용하는 방법들이 있다. 하지만, 추가적인 장비의 사용은 추가적인 비용과 함께 기존 차량에서의 도입이 쉽지 않은 문제점을 가지고 있다. 다른 방법으로는 움직임 스테레오 기법이 제안되었다. 하지만, 스테레오 조정(Stereo Rectification) 단계에서 좋은 특징점의 검출과 정확한 매칭결과가 필요하다는 단점을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 후방카메라 1대만을 사용하여 취득한 연속영상정보를 바탕으로 평행주차상황에서 영상의 사각화 변환과 라인단위 적분 사영화 및 블록화 기반 유사도 조사를 통하여 연속거리정보를 추출하는 방법을 제안하고자 한다. 실험에는 Magna Parallel 영상을 사용하였으며, 수행한 실험결과 후방공간에 대한 화면의 라인단위 연속거리의 측정이 가능함을 보였다.

디지털 미디어 콘텐츠 방송 시스템 구현 (Implementation of the Broadcasting System for Digital Media Contents)

  • Most of digital media contents are composed with video and audio, picture and animation informations. Sometime, there is some deviation of information recognition quality for the video and audio information according to information receiver's characteristics or the understanding. But visual information using the text provide most clear and accurate ways for information recognition to human being. In this paper, we propose a new broadcasting system(BSDMC) to transmit clear and accurate meaning of the digital media contents. We implement general-purpose components to display the video, picture, text and symbol simultaneously. Only plug-in and call these components with proper parameters on the application developing tool, we can easily develop the multimedia contents broadcasting system. These components are implemented based on the object-oriented framework and modular structure so that increase the reusability and can be develop other applications quick and reliable.

차영상의 윤곽정보를 이용한 가변 블록 정합 알고리즘에 관한 연구 (A Study on Variable Block Matching Algorithm Using Edge Information of Differential Image)

  • 본 논문에서는 동영상 압축에 핵심 기술인 이동정보량추정에 있어 새로운 가변블럭정함 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 이동정보량 추정에 있어서 고려되어야 할 실시간 처리와 정확한 운동벡터를 구하기 위해 연속된 두 프레임 영상을 이용하여 차영상을 구하고 이 차영상에서 나타난 윤곽정보를 2진화하여 윤곽의 포함정도에 따라 블록의 활동도를 정의하고 이 활동도에 따라 움직임이 많은 부분은 퀘드트리를 적용하여 보다 정확한 운동백터를 구하였다. 컴퓨터 모의실험으로 다른 고속블럭매칭 알고리즘과 PSNR과 계산량을 비교하여 제안된 알고리즘의 우수함을 입증하였다.
