항공 관련 소셜미디어 이용자의 성별, 연령, 이용 동기, 민감도와 정보수용의 융합적 영향 연구 (The Convergence Effect of Gender, Age, Motivation, Sensitivity and Information Acceptance of Aviation Related Social Media Users)

  • 본 논문은 항공 관련 소셜미디어의 정보수용에 있어 이용 동기와 민감도, 성별과 연령을 융합하여 이용태도와 행동을 예측하기 위해 연구를 시행하였다. 구체적으로 성별과 연령에 따른 소셜미디어 정보수용의 차이, 이용 동기와 민감도는 정보수용에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 2018년 4월 19일부터 5월 3일까지 온라인 전국 패널 20세 이상 성인을 대상으로 하여 성별과 연령의 편중을 막기 위해 고른 분포로 자료수집을 하였다. 연구결과, 성별과 연령에서 여성과 연령이 낮을수록 소셜미디어 정보수용에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 이용 동기는 정보수용에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 민감도에는 정보수용에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 성별, 연령 등 이용자 계층과 이용 동기, 민감도가 정보수용에 영향을 준다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한, 민감도 요인의 부정적인 면도 파악할 수 있어, 항공 관련 소셜미디어 마케팅 전략의 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

노인복지시설 종사자의 노인에 대한 성인식이 성수용 태도에 미치는 영향 (Effect on Aged Care Facility Workers' Acceptance Attitude Toward Sex in the Elderly Depending on Their Sexual Awareness)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 노인복지시설 종사자들을 대상으로 성 인식 수준에 따른 성 수용태도에 차이가 있는지와 성 인식 태도가 성 수용 태도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보기 위해 설계되었다. 이러한 연구를 통해 노인복지시설에서 노인들을 위한 성 관련 서비스를 실천하고 개입할 수 있는 방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 분석결과, 노인복지시설 종사자의 성 인식 수준에 따라 성 수용 태도는 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 즉, 성 인식 수준이 높은 집단이 낮은 집단과 보통집단에 비해 성 수용 태도가 유의미하게 더 개방적인 것으로 나타났다. 또한 성 인식은 성 수용 태도에 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 성 인식 수준이 민주적 일수록 성 수용 태도가 개방적인 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 연구결과에 따른 논의를 통해 노인복지시설 종사자를 위한 성 교육 프로그램 개발을 비롯한 사회복지실천을 위한 개입 방안을 제안하였다.

조직 내 4차 산업혁명의 기술 적용에 관한 연구 (The Technology Application of Fourth Industrial Revolution in Organization)

  • The purpose of this study is to empirically examine organizational change for a technological application of the fourth industrial revolution. The theoretical background of this study utilized organizational change management, the fourth industrial revolution, technological innovation, and voluntary acceptance. This research method used structural equations, cluster analysis, and analysis of variance. According to the results of the study, the organizational implement system, organizational leadership, and organizational operating system provided a positive effect on the voluntary technology acceptance of organization members. The voluntary technology acceptance provided a positive effect on the effectiveness of individual task innovation. However, organizational institutionalization among the independent variables did not affect voluntary acceptance. All independent variables except the organizational institutionalization had a partial mediating effect in the mediating effect verification. Meanwhile, The three groups by the cluster analysis were classified as new technology apathy, preference, and anxiety groups, and differences appeared among groups in the importance of organizational change variables. The organizational implement system in the technology apathy group and the organizational operating system in the technology anxiety group have a positive effect on voluntary technology acceptance. The technology preference group shows that a positive effect on organizational leadership and a negative effect on organizational institutionalization for voluntary technology acceptance. This study analyzed the technology application of the fourth industrial revolution in the organization based on the theory of organizational change. There has been reexamined the organizational change theory based on the new technology acceptance by the change of external environment in the fourth industrial revolution and the importance of technology innovation. As a practical implication, firms that are interested in a new technology of the fourth industrial revolution should prioritize preparing an implementation system when designing organizational changes.

Effects of Parental Support, Bicultural Acceptance, and Self-Esteem on Career Attitude Maturity of Multicultural Adolescents

  • At a time when children of multicultural families have begun to enter adolescence in Korea, this study examined the effects of parental support and bicultural acceptance on the career attitude maturity of multicultural adolescents. This study tried to derive the implications related to the career path of multicultural adolescents by verifying the effects of self-esteem on the relationship between parental support, bicultural acceptance, and career attitude maturity. Using the 8th Multicultural Adolescent Panel Survey data (MAPS), the relative influence of antecedent variables on career attitude maturity was confirmed by hierarchical regression analysis of the data from 1,197 respondents. Model 1 included gender and parental support, Model 2 added bicultural acceptance to Model 1, and Model 3 added self-esteem to Model 2. As a result of the study, in Model 1, women had higher career attitude maturity than men, and the more supportive their parents were, the more positive the level of career attitude maturity. The adjusted R2 of Model 1 was .058, which did not have much influence. In Model 2, gender, parental support, and bicultural acceptance had statistically significant effects on career attitude maturity, and the amount of change in F was also significant. The adjusted R2 of Model 2 was .132. In Model 3, parental support was not statistically significant, and gender, bicultural acceptance, and self-esteem had statistically significant effects on career attitude maturity. The amount of change in F was statistically significant and the adjusted R2 was .185. That is, it was confirmed that the more the women, the more the bicultural acceptance, and the higher the self-esteem, the more prepared and determined the career path. Based on the research results, the implications related to career preparation of multicultural adolescents were presented.

변화수용성과 번영 간 관계에서 변화저항과 직무스트레스의 이중 매개효과 (A Double Mediating Effect of Resistance and Job Stress between Acceptance and Flourishing in Organizational Change)

  • 본 연구는 조직의 변화과정 이후 개인의 변화에 대한 인식과 태도가 변화수용성, 직무스트레스, 번영에 미치는 이중 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 직장인 300명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였으며, 변화수용성은 번영감에 정(+)의 영향을, 조직변화저항과 직무스트레스에 부(-)의 영향을, 조직변화저항은 직무스트레스에 정(+)의 영향을, 번영에 부(-)의 영향을, 직무스트레스는 번영에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 또한, 변화수용성과 번영 간에 조직변화저항과 직무스트레스의 매개효과를, 변화수용성과 번영 간 및 변화수용성과 직무스트레스 간에 조직변화저항의 완전매개효과를, 조직변화저항과 번영 간 및 변화수용성과 번영 간에 직무스트레스의 부분매개 효과를 확인하였다. 마지막으로 변화수용성과 번영 간 조직변화저항과 직무스트레스는 이중 매개효과가 나타났다. 본 연구의 시사점과 제한점, 후속연구 방향성을 제시하였다.

노인의 디지털 리터러시가 돌봄로봇 기술수용에 미치는 영향: 기술 자기효능감의 매개효과를 중심으로 (Impact of Digital Literacy of Older Adults on Acceptance of Care Robot Technology: Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Technology Self-Efficacy)

  • Purpose This study aims to investigate the relationship between digital literacy and the acceptance of care robots, as well as the mediating role of technology self-efficacy in this relationship. The findings of this research aim to provide foundational data for enhancing older adults' acceptance of new technologies, underscore the significance of bolstering older adults' digital literacy in relation to the adoption of care robot technology, and offer evidence to support interventions aimed at improving technology self-efficacy. Design/methodology/approach This study seeks to investigate the mediating effect of technology self-efficacy on the relationship between digital literacy and acceptance of care robot technology among older adults. Kyunghee University's '2022 Korean Senior Technology Acceptance Panel Survey' was used, targeting 509 people aged 60 or older. Data analysis was performed using SPSS 20.0 software. Independent samples t-tests were used to characterize key variables of interest and correlation analysis was used to evaluate their relationships. To verify the mediation effect, mediation regression analysis along with the Sobel test was used. Findings The study found that improving older adults' digital literacy positively impacts their acceptance of care robot technology through enhanced technology self-efficacy. Active education and experience with digital devices are highlighted as crucial for enhancing older adults' sense of accomplishment and, consequently, their technology self-efficacy. The findings underscore the importance of programs and educational initiatives focused on enhancing digital literacy among older adults to boost technology self-efficacy and increase acceptance of care robot technology within this population.

COVID-19 백신접종 시작 단계에서 간호사의 백신접종 수용도와 관련 요인 (Nurses' vaccination acceptance and related factors in the initial stage of COVID-19 vaccination in Korea: a cross-sectional study)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to identify factors associated with nurses' vaccination acceptance in the initial stage of coronavirus infectious disease 2019 (COVID-19) vaccination in Korea. Methods: This cross-sectional study collected data from hospital-level or higher medical institutions from May 5 to May 7, 2021 with a total of 368 nurses via an online survey. Multiple regression analysis was used to identify factors associated with vaccination acceptance. Results: The acceptance of COVID-19 vaccination had an average score of 4.28 ± 0.80 out of 7 points. Among the sub-areas of acceptance, the safety of the vaccine exhibited the lowest score (average, 2.80 ± 0.83). The factors related to COVID-19 vaccination acceptance in nurses were age (over 40 compared to under 29) (β = .16, p = .008), experience (more than 11 years compared to under 5) (β = .16, p = .010), the absence of a preferred vaccine (β = -.14, p = .004), and educational background (a master's degree or higher compared to a bachelor's degree or lower) (β = .12, p = .042). Conclusion: In the initial stage of COVID-19 vaccination, nurses believed that the COVID-19 vaccine was important and that people should be vaccinated, but had concerns regarding the safety of the vaccine. Older age, more experience, the absence of a preferred vaccine, and a higher educational background were associated with higher acceptance of COVID-19 vaccination. Therefore, more active education on the necessity and value of vaccination for young people is required at the individual and socio-cultural level, and a sufficient supply of preferred vaccines at the national level is needed.

Stochastically Dependent Sequential Acceptance Sampling Plans

  • In a traditional sequential acceptance sampling plan, it is assumed that the sampled items are independent each other. In this paper, stochastically dependent sequential acceptance sampling plans are dealt when there exists dependency between sampled items. Monte-Calro algorithm is used to find the acceptance and rejection probabilities of a lot. The number of defectives for the test to be accepted and rejected in probability ratio sequential test can be found by using these probabilities. The formula for measures of performance of these sampling plans is developed. Type I and II error probabilities are estimated by simulation. This research can be a, pp.ied to sequential sampling procedures in place of control charts where there is a recognized and necessary dependency during the production processes. Also, dependent multiple acceptance sampling plans can be derived by extending this sequential sampling procedure. As a numerical example, a Markov dependent process model is given, and the characteristics of the sampling plans are examined according to the change of the dependency factor.

공공기관에서의 지식관리시스템 수용의 영향요인과 저항의 조절효과 (Factors Accepting KMS and the Moderating Role of Resistance in Public Sector)

  • Knowledge is a fundamental assets, therefore, the ability to create, acquire, integrate, and share knowledge has emerged as a fundamental organizational capability(Sambamurthy and Subramani, 2005). This apaper reports the results of an empirical study investigating the factors of acceptance and the moderating role of resistance in Knowledge Management Systems(KMS). The research model is based on the theory of planned behavior(TPB) and technology acceptance model(TAM). It includes the perceived usefulness instead of attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavior control and intention of acceptance of KMS. Also, three external variables namely task-technology fit, organizational support, and perceived rewards are added. In the research model, all hypothrses of the baseline model and the moderating effects of resistance were found to be significant. The authors also of fred several implications based chi the findings.

전자상거래 시스템 수용의 결정 요인에 관한 국가 간 비교 연구 (A Comparison of Acceptance Factors for e-Commerce Systems between Countries)

  • Business models of e-commerce which have been successfully applied in a developed society do not always guarantee success in other environments where the degree of IT availability differs. This is due to the difference of culture, systems and technological basis among the countries. This study aimed to compare e-commerce system acceptance in countries with different environments and to identify the determining factors for the acceptance of e-commerce. The result shows that, in order to make e-commerce easily accepted in countries with different IT environments, factors such as trust, reputation and usefulness should be addressed more sincerely in the business strategy.
