The Fourth Industrial Revolution foreshadows radical changes in our lives. In the era of the fourth industrial revolution called the digital revolution, individualized learning based on ubiquitous learning is emphasized. The contents of learning will be centered on procedural knowledge rather than narrative knowledge, and fusion education in which boundaries between learning domains are broken down will be achieved. First of all, learners in the fourth industrial revolution era should have critical thinking and problem solving abilities. Metacognition based on self-control and cognitive flexibility is important for effective self-directed and active learning. Creativity-based collaborative activities, social vision skills, and social and emotional skills are also important competencies. Therefore, in order to provide individualized learning contents to learners in the fourth industrial revolution era, they should be transformed into learning paradigm based on personal characteristics such as learners' self-efficacy, interest, curiosity and creativity. In addition to this, evaluation forms should be diversified according to changing teaching and learning methods. In order to cultivate teachers to lead such educational innovation, it is necessary to reconsider the teaching capacity. Teachers should be able to construct creative lessons by skillfully exploiting technology in future learning environments. In addition to this, it should also have the ability to collaborate and cognitive flexibility to converge with other academic disciplines. Along with these discussions, we proposed the need for policy intervention along with changes in education.

Due to fierce market competition and COVID-19, it becomes increasingly important for sharing economic platform companies to develop a long-term relationship with customers. In this regard, this study explores the mechanism of customer's repurchase decision making in the context of Airbnb. This study posits customer satisfaction and brand image as the key factors in forming customer's repurchase intention toward Airbnb. It also investigates the effects of price fairness, authentic experience, enjoyment, Airbnb trust and host trust on customer's repurchase intention. This study validated the research hypothesis with 154 customers using Airbnb. The analysis results showed that both customer satisfaction and brand image have a significant impact on repurchase intention and explain 62.0% of its variance. Enjoyment, true experience, and Airbnb trust had significant effects on customer satisfaction, while price fairness and host trust had no significant impact on it. The results revealed that price fairness, authentic experience, enjoyment, and Airbnb trust are significantly associated with brand image, while host trust is not significantly related to it. The results of this study are expected to provide academic and practical implications by enhancing the understanding of customer's repurchasing decision in the context of sharing economic platform.

Particulate matter is divided into PM10 (particle diameter of 10 ㎛ or less) and PM2.5 (particle diameter of 2.5 ㎛ or less), which are approximately 1/5 of the thickness of the hair. Due to its effect on the human body, lung disease, arteriosclerosis and heart It is known as a carcinogen that causes various diseases such as diseases. It is known that the main cause of such fine dust is nitrogen dioxide (NOx), which is emitted from automobiles in about 57.3% of urban roadsides. Therefore, in this study, as part of the development of functional construction materials to reduce NOx generated from road transport pollutants, comparative evaluation of NOx reduction performance was conducted according to the replacement rate of cement mortar in which cement was replaced with a porous material. In addition, the NOx reduction performance of cement mortar according to the photocatalyst application method and the number of applications was compared an d evaluated. As a result of the experiment, when activated ocher was substituted by 30%, it showed a reduction effect of about 32.7%, showing the best reduction performance.

After the Corona 19 pandemic in the first half of 2020, the business environment has been changed in a very different way. The convergence in digital device would be the keyword of the future business. Due to the Corona 19 incident, the ability to utilize digital media devices has emerged as an important topic as people are focusing on online. The Corona incident has reminded us of how important digitalization is at all points of contact. This study analyzed the effects of digital media device and communication utilization capabilities on entrepreneurial intention by reflecting the mediating effect of risk-taking and proactiveness. For this study, a survey of 250 ordinary people was conducted and finally 212 valid questionnaires were collected. Statistical techniques were analyzed using Amos23. The analysis of the collected data showed that digital media device utilization and communication utilization did not directly affect entrepreneurship intentions, but it was confirmed that entrepreneurship risk-taking would have an intention to start a business. Through this, it was suggested that the development of start-up programs based on entrepreneurship and digital media utilization capabilities should be strengthened in a smart society centered on information and communication to expand job creation for the digital generation.

In this study, the mechanical properties, absorption, and reduction performance of NOx in the mortar containing mineral admixture like zeolite and active hwangtoh were evaluated. Zeolite and active hwangtoh were used as binder, and zeolite and active hwangtoh were substituted for cement. The substitution ratio of two types of mineral admixtures was considered as 20 and 30% respectively. As a result of evaluating the compressive strength and flexural strength of each mortar specimen, the highest strength in the plain mixture was evaluated. As the substitution ratio of zeolite and active hwangtoh increased, the compressive and flexural strength decreased. In addition, the difference of compressive and flexural strength between active hwangtoh and zeolite mixing was evaluated to be insignificant. To evaluate the absorption rate, the mixture was designed to lower the W/B ratio of the existing mixture and set the substitution ratio of active hwangtoh and zeolite at 25%. The highest absorption ratio in the mortar with zeolite was evaluated, and the difference in absorption ratio between the remaining two mortar mixtures was small. The assessment of reduction performance of NOx considering the application of photocatalyst showed a clearly decreasing reduction behavior, even if they were the same mortar mixture. Zeolite and active hwangtoh also showed a higher NOx reduction than the Plain mixture, because of their porosity properties. In the case of active hwangtoh, the absorption ratio was lower than that of zeolite mixture, but the reduction of NOx performance was better than the result of zeolite mixture.
Inelastic static pushover analysis has been used in the academic-research widely for seismic analysis of structures. Nowadays, the variety pushover analysis methods have been developed, including Modal pushover, Adaptive pushover, and Cyclic pushover, in which some weaknesses of the conventional pushover method have been rectified. In the conventional pushover analysis method, the effects of cumulative growth of cracks are not considered on the reduction of strength and stiffness of RC members that occur during earthquake or cyclic loading. Therefore, the Cyclic Pushover Analysis Method (CPA) has been proposed. This method is a powerful technique for seismic evaluation of regular reinforced concrete buildings in which the first mode of them is dominant. Since the bridges have different structures than buildings, their results cannot necessarily be attributed to bridges, and more research is needed. In this study, a cyclic pushover analysis with four loading protocols (suggested by valid references) by the Opensees software was conducted for seismic evaluation of two regular reinforce concrete bridges. The modeling method was validated with the comparison of the analytical and experimental results under both cyclic and dynamic loading. The failure mode of the piers was considered in two-mode of flexural failure and also a flexural-shear failure. Along with the cyclic analysis, conventional analysis has been studied. Also, the nonlinear incremental dynamic analysis (IDA) method has been used to examine and compare the results of pushover analyses. The time history of 20 far-field earthquake records was used to conduct IDA. After analysis, the base shear vs. displacement in the middle of the deck was drawn. The obtained results show that the cyclic pushover analysis method is able to evaluate an accurate seismic behavior of the reinforced concrete piers of the bridges. Based on the results, the cyclic pushover has proper convergence with IDA. Its accuracy was much higher than the conventional pushover, in which the bridge piers failed in flexural-shear mode. But, in the flexural failure mode, the results of each two pushover methods were close approximately. Besides, the cyclic pushover method with ACI loading protocol, and ATC-24 loading protocol, can provided more accurate results for evaluating the seismic investigation of the bridges, specially if the bridge piers are failed in flexural-shear failure mode.

This study was conducted to confirm the effect on self-efficacy and critical thinking disposition by applying flip learning class to fundamental nursing practice education for nursing students. The study subjects were 42 people in the experimental group and 40 people in the control group who were allowed to participate in the study. Data analysis was statistically processed using SPSS/WIN 24.0 program. As a result of this study, the self-efficacy score of the experimental group who received the flipped learning class increased significantly immediately after class (t=3.49, p=.001) compared to before class, and 10 weeks after class (t=-0.75, p=.456), the effect persisted. The critical thinking disposition score of the experimental group increased significantly immediately after class (t=3.49, p=.001) compared to before class, and the effect persisted 10 weeks after class (t=0.11, p=.913). However, there was no significant difference in the academic self-efficacy and critical thinking disposition scores of the control group who received lecture classes. In other words, it was confirmed from the results of this study that fundamental nursing practice classes applied with flip learning are effective in improving self-efficacy and critical thinking disposition of nursing students. Based on this study, it is suggested that the application of flip learning method should be expanded in the major subject of nursing science.

In this study, in order to analyze the effect of the consumption value of goods on the purchase intention of corporate brand products, the model was tested using SPSS 21.0 and Smart PLS 3.0 by receiving questionnaires from 457 men and women who have purchased goods. After examining the consumption values of goods, such as limited, functional, aesthetic, hedonistic, innovative, and social ego values, and product satisfaction, the effect on purchase intention of corporate brand products was analyzed. All were found to be significant except for innovative value, and product satisfaction had a significant effect on brand attachment and purchase intention of corporate brand products. We have recently redefine goods according to the trend of the times, and put an academic significance on the first classification of goods into four categories: human brand goods, brand goods, tourism goods, and character goods. It was confirmed that there was a partial difference in consumption value and satisfaction according to the type of goods. Through research, it is intended to broaden the understanding of goods and suggest the possibility of effective and useful marketing by suggesting planning and development directions according to the target.

This study is for increasing evacuation safety by analyzing RSET(the required safe escape time) through the arrangement of personnel by floor and by room while evacuating in a Girls' High School Dormitory. For this study, PAPS(Physical Activity Promotion System) results that have not been studied so far were analyzed and reflected in evacuation simulations on the premise that individual student's physical strength can affect evacuation. Based on the PAPS results, four scenarios were applied. In addition, evacuation simulation using the pathfinder program was conducted in two situations: the evacuation route was assigned or not. Scenario 4 was the fastest at 168.5 seconds of RSET in assigning evacuation routes among scenarios. As a result of this study, the arrangement of students focusing on improving their academic ability and student life guidance excluding student physical strength has problem. In order to solve this problem, it is effective to place C group students(low grade on PAPS) on low floors and A group students(high grade on PAPS) on high floors and to assign evacuation routes in each room. In the future, the following ways need to be more studied. A study on how to increase evacuation safety through practical evacuation training, the way of assessing evacuation safety reflecting the lifestyle and physical strength of girls, the evacuation route assignment according to the fire occurrence point, and the method to secure evacuation routes in the event of a fire near stairs or entrances should be conducted.

The purpose of this study is to add and revalidate items of learning cognition and learning emotion factors for online use of the K-LSS for junior college. It is important for self-reflection and improvement of academic achievement to specifically explore and analyze the sub-factors of learning cognition, learning behavior, and learning emotion for each item that can affect the learning strategy of junior college students. The added items are two items for diagnosing the concentration of attention in the learning information processing process of the learning cognitive factor and two questions about the interpersonal anxiety factor for diagnosing the level of anxiety about others in the learning emotional factor. The study area was conducted in 5 areas nationwide, and the subjects of the study were 923 junior college students excluding 327 respondents who answered insincerity. The K-LSS_r scale is a learning strategy diagnosis scale of 52 questions composed of three sub-elements of learning cognition (18 questions), learning emotion (15 questions), and learning behavior (19 questions), and reliability for generalization in this study. As a result of the verification, Cronbach's α coefficient of the entire scale was .896, and Cronbach's α coefficient of the three factors ranged from .876 to .910. The half-segment reliability coefficient of the scale was .858 in total, and the half-segment reliability coefficients of the three factors ranged from .792 to .843. The test-retest reliability verification result for 3 weeks for 350 Junior college Students in 5 regions was .884, and the validity test for generalization also confirmed that the recruitment validity is significant.
