학문공동체에서 월드와이드웹이 대중화되면서 하이퍼링크를 통한 커뮤니케이션이 새롭게 나타나고 있다. 본 논문은 웹이 (특히 하이퍼링크가) 어떻게 학술 커뮤니케이션 네트워크의 한 형태로 이해될 수 있는지에 대해서 검토한다. 본 연구는 아시아 10개국간 공저자 네트워크와 학술 웹사이트간 하이퍼링크 연결구조를 사회 네트워크 이론과 방법론의 관점에서 살펴보았다. 국가간 공저자 네트워크와 학술 하이퍼링크 네트워크는 통계적으로 유의미한 상관관계를 보였다. 이것은 웹에 나타난 온라인 학술 커뮤니케이션 관계와 오프라인 공간의 네트워크가 상호관련성이 있다는 것을 제시한다.

The creation of academic start-up firms is an important and practical issue in the management of technology in Japan. The present study designs a model for creating academic start-up firms that fits into the social context. It focuses on the case of FIRST Program, an initiative that consists of 30 projects in innovative arenas, analyses the presence of large-scale public funding, and investigates the role of venture capitalists as support personnel in each project. As a result, the presence and significance of 'long-term escort' by an 'entrepreneurial venture capitalist (EP-VCist)' were confirmed as common features across the cases observed. EP-VCist refers to a person who can maintain and fulfil dual roles at a university and a venture capital firm, and who can take the lead throughout the venturing process as a risk taker. 'Long-term escort' is a form of support that reduces risks in the venturing process by supporting university researchers in the pre-entrepreneurial stage and by exerting a robust bridging role between a university and an industry.

오늘날 대학, 기업, 공공연구기관 사이의 연구협력은 과학 기반 기술 혁신과 연관되어 주요 정책 현안이 되고 있다. 본 연구는 지난 10년(2002~2012) 동안 7개의 과학 기반 기술에서의 한국인 과학자와 연구자들이 참여하여 세계의 주요 과학 저널에 발행된 공동저술 논문을 조사하여 연구협력의 공간적 패턴을 탐구한다. 공동 저자의 소속 기관과 그 위치 정보를 제공하는 공동저술 논문을 연구협력의 지표로 이용하여 국내와 국제적 스케일에서 여러 형태의 협력 패턴과 추세를 기술하였다. 지난 10년 동안 공저 논문의 수와 참여 공저자의 수가 크게 증가하면서 과학적 연구협력이 공간적으로 분산하는 증거가 뚜렷이 확인되었다. 국내 연구협력의 분산 추세에도 불구하고 지식 흐름이 혁신 중심 지역에 편향되며, 지역 내에서 과학적 지식 생산이 국지화하는 증거도 발견되었다.

급변하는 시대적 상황에 따라 대학은 단순한 지식 전달과 정보 교환의 교육 현장으로뿐 아니라 교육 경쟁력 강화를 위하여 지역 산업과의 연계를 통한 특성화 프로그램 개발에도 많은 관심을 갖고 있다. 이러한 산학연계 프로그램을 통하여 학교 내 전문 지식 인적 자원의 사회 활용과 지역 산업 발전에도 이바지할 수 있을 것이고 현장 중심 교육의 전문 직업인 양성이 이루어질 것이다. 또한, 개발된 프로그램의 실질적 운영을 통하여 기업 경쟁력과 지역 경제 활성화와 나아가서는 국가 산업의 국제 경쟁력 향상을 이를 수 있을 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 대학의 건학 이념과 교육 목표에 부합되고 지역 산업과 연계된 현장 중심 교육의 발판을 마련할 수 있도록 지식 산업과 지역 사회 여건 변화에 능동적으로 대처할 수 있는 지역 산업 연계 디자인 기술지도 지원 프로그램을 개발하고자 하였다. 김포의 지역적 특성에 맞는 가구 산업체를 위한 산학 협동 디자인 지원 프로그램개발을 위하여 산업체의 디자인 지원 요구사항을 조사분석하여, 가구디자인 기술 개발과 가구디자인 정보 시스템 구축, 그리고 주문식 교육체제 구축의 3영역으로 나누어 프로그램의 내용을 제시하였다. 효율적이고 실질적 운영을 통하여 상품개발과 기업 이미지 향상을 통한 부가가치 창출로 기업 이윤 확대는 물론, 결과물의 피드백으로 현장 수요에 맞는 주문식 교육체계 확립 및 실용 학문의 매우 중요한 자료로 활용될 것을 기대해본다.

산학협력 네트워킹을 통해 기업 구성원들의 경영인식, 시스템구축, 전략 운영이 기업성과에 미치는 영향력의 관계성을 연구하여 증명하였다.. 연구 결과 첫째, 산학협력 네트워킹의 중요성으로 시스템구축은 기업성과에 가장 큰 영향력을 제공하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 산학협력으로 구축된 기업 경영 인식의 구성원 공감 형성이다. 기업 경영 인식은 기업의 전략적 운영과정에서 중요한 요인으로 제시되었다. 셋째, 전략 운영의 중요성이다. 전략 운영은 기업성과와의 관계성이 높은 것으로 증명되었다. 넷째, 산학협력 네트워킹의 시스템구축과 전략운영과의 관계성을 증명하였다. 시스템구축은 기업의 전략 운영에 중요한 영향력을 제공한다. 다섯째, 산학협력으로 도출된 경영인식을 통한 시스템구축이다. 구성원들의 경영인식은 시스템구축에 유의한 영향력을 제공하는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 경영인식과 기업성과 간의 관계성도 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 구성원들의 경영인식은 기업의 성과에 중요한 변수로 제안한다. 코로나 팬데믹 환경에서 중소기업이 가지는 구성원들의 경영인식은 기업성과에 높은 영향력을 제공하는 것으로 확인되었으며, 현장 개선과 정보 자산의 지속적 확보는 중소기업의 경쟁우위를 확보하는 주요 변수로 제안된다. 본 연구는 중소기업의 한계점을 산학협력을 통해 혁신성장의 기반을 마련하고 현장 중심의 창조적 프로세스 개선 방법과 구성원들과의 경영인식 공감대 형성, 프로그램 시스템 구축을 통한 중소기업의 경쟁력 확보 강화방안을 제안하였다는데 의의가 있다.

The purpose of universities is diversifying, such as education and research for the transfer of knowledge and technology, and training talented people with the competencies required in industrial sites. Therefore, universities are attempting various forms of industry-academic cooperation to maintain organic relations with companies and to conduct research activities, technology sharing, technology development, technology transfer, and human resources training. In particular, in the field of engineering education, various industry-academic cooperation programs such as field training, interns, and start-up support are actively developed and operated. Accordingly, the Engineering Education Innovation Research Information Center developed an online industry-academic cooperation capstone design matching platform for engineering education to enable collaboration between universities and companies nationwide. The industry-academic cooperation matching platform was developed under the theme of capstone design. Capstone design is a project-oriented and problem-based learning method that combines the knowledge and experiences acquired by the undergraduate department and designs and produces them. The subject of the Capstone design project was to solve corporate difficulties and allow companies and universities to collaborate. This study developed an online industry-academic cooperation capstone design matching platform according to analysis, design, development, evaluation, and execution procedures. This study is meaningful in that it has developed a channel through which students and companies, who are the subjects of industry-academic cooperation, can carry out projects and communicate organically through an online matching platform.

본 연구는 간호학과 신입생의 의사소통능력, 일반적 자기효능감, 사회적 자기효능감 및 협동동료교수 학과목에서의 학업성취도를 알아보기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 수집된 자료를 SPSS/WIN 19.0으로 분석한 결과, 외향적인 대상자와 토론선호도가 높은 대상자의 의사소통능력이 높았고(p=.01), 여학생의 사회적 자기효능감이 남학생보다 높았으며(p=.03), 내향적이거나 중간 성격 대상자의 일반적 자기효능감과 사회적 자기효능감이 외향적인 대상자보다 높았다(p=.01). 자가평가 학교성적별 '중상, 중, 중하집단'의 사회적 자기효능감이 '상' 집단보다 높았으나 학업성취도는 '상' 집단이 높았다(p=.01). 의사소통능력과 자기효능감 간, 사회적 자기효능감과 학업성취 간 부적 상관관계가 있었으며, 사회적 자기효능감은 협동동료교수 적용 학과목의 학업성취에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다($R^2=0.058$, p<.05). 본 연구결과는 반복연구 후 대학 입학과 동시에 과중한 이론과 실습과목을 이수하며 전문직업인으로 성장해야 할 간호학과 신입생의 효과적인 학업적응지도지침 개발의 기초로 활용될 수 있다.

This paper aims to illuminate the role of serial context among industry, academia and government, taking much care of the role of society and community in the sustainable regional planning and practice. This paper is composed of five chapters, each of them dealing with different aspects. In In chapter 1, we give the little long introduction of the time of mutation and significance of locus that explains the conceptual background and framework of this paper. In chapter 2, we elaborate on the mutation and metamorphosis of structural, social, and natural changes in the world and especially Japan. In chapter 3 and chapter 4, the main chapters of this paper, we describe the evolution of academic town in megalopolis, the revitalization of technopolis, and the creative local culture of the World Heritage for the regional renaissance in Japan. In chaper 5, we conclude this paper. As for this illumination, we should pay more due regards to the locus, orbit and iconography of region to develop better hosting environment and habitat for global innovation of industry-academia-government collaboration's serial contexts through sustainable tourism and tourism sustainability. Especially, at the time of natural and social mutation, we could not look over the heavy and sudden natural unexpected changes, the deep structural social and community changes in Japan, and war and terrorism in Asia on the global scene for sustainable rejuvenation.

This study sought efficiency of collaboration between manufacturers and distributors by finding a way to improve logistics efficiency in order to save distribution cost and standardize packaging together with profit generation by way of simple-display packaging in discount stores. For the study purpose, the impact of products with RRP (Retail Ready Packaging) by each discount store on the collaboration achievement such as loading efficiency was observed. From this observation, an alternative packaging system that can improve logistics efficiency between manufacturers and distributors was sought and the role of distributors in distribution standardization was explored. The purpose of this study also includes suggesting some implications on future basic direction of environment-friendly management. If this study would induce distributors to have more interest in distribution standardization and if logistics efficiency would be enhanced by the operation of packaging system considered of compatibility with pallets, this study would have academic significance and create practical values.

The relationship between geographical proximity and academics' formal and informal knowledge-transfer activities in the network is analyzed with a mixed research method. With social network analysis as a basis, we have explored the networks between academics and firms in the 16 regions of South Korea. The result shows Seoul and Gyunggi are identified as central nodes, meaning that the academics in other regions tend to collaborate with firms in these regions. An econometric analysis is performed to confirm the localization of knowledge-transfer activities. The intensity of formal channels measured by the number of academic papers is negatively, but significantly associated with the geographical proximity. However, we have not found any significant relationship between the formality of the channels and geographical proximity. Possibly, the regional innovation systems in South Korea are neither big enough nor strong enough to show a localization effect.
