재구성된 그래픽 모델을 이용한 원격제어 (Teleoperation Using Reconstructed Graphic Model)

  • 일반적으로 마스터/슬레이브 원격제어 시스템에서 작업자는 원격에서 슬레이브를 제어하기 위하여 카메라 영상 같은 시각 정보를 이용하는 경우가 많은데, 많은 데이터 양으로 인하여 원격지의 영상 정보에 지연이 발생할 수 있고 카메라 위치에 따라 영상 정보가 제한되거나 불완전하여 제어가 어려운 경우가 생길 수 있다. 카메라 영상을 이용한 원격제어 시스템의 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 영상 정보 대신에 3차원 재구성 그래픽 모델을 이용한 원격제어 시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 원격제어시스템은 로봇 제어 모듈, 힘반향 조이스틱을 이용한 마스터 모듈, 그래픽유저인터페이스모듈로 이루어져 있는데, 여기서 그래픽유저인터페이스모듈은 원격지에서 전달된 적은 양의 센싱 데이터를 이용하여 3차원으로 재구성된 그래픽 모델을 작업자에게 제공해 준다. 제안된 원격제어 시스템은 펙인홀(peg-in-hole) 조립 작업을 이용하여 그 효과가 검증되었다.

  • In this paper, we constructed the infrastructure with wireless LAN and Access Point in the indoor environment and implemented the teleoperation. Wireless LAN based teleoperation system is irregular communication delay according to environment condition and occurrence possibility of blackout is very high. In this paper, In case these problem happened, we measured communication delay time by real time, and did mobile robot to control harmoniously through vision and force reflection information. Also, we present obstacle-avoidance mode that mobile robot can travel without collision using direction information in case communication delay time is large. We proved usefulness of presented algorithm through teleoperation experiment to apply presented algorithm.

  • Teleoperation is a rapidly progressing field promising to have significant application in space, mining, medical, and other areas. Unfortunately, significant communication delays are expected in teleoperation. With this problem, the two major issues in teleoperation are stability robustness and transparency performance. Recent work in bilateral teleoperation in the two-channel showed that for any two-channel control architecture, stability robustness is enhanced if the feedforward control parameters are lowered. In this paper, we analyze the stability and performance robustness of the three channels control architectures using the passivity-based Llewellyn´s absolute stability criterion as wall as the minimum values and Z-width´s of the operator and environment transmitted impedances. And the stability and the performance robustness of two and three channels control architectures are quantitatively compared.

  • It is known that existence of irregular transmission time delay is a major bottleneck for application of advanced robot control schemes to internet telerobotic systems. In the internet teleoperation system, the irregular transmission time delay causes a critical problem, which is unstable and inaccurate. This paper suggests a practical internet teleoperation system with streaming buffer system, which consists of a buffer, a buffer manager, and a control timer.   • 원격제어는 명령을 전달하는 마스터 장치와 원격지에 위치한 로봇을 슬레이브로 간주하는 방식이다. 이러한 원격제어의 경우, 양 에이전트 간의 동특성, 전송속도 차이에 의해 가상환경을 이용한 가상 슬레이브를 통해 조작자가 원격제어의 특수성을 선행 수행하는 것이 일반적이다. 기존의 가상 슬레이브는 연산량의 한계에 의해 동역학적 효과를 제거한 그래픽 모델로 구성하는 것이 일반적이나 이는 원격지 로봇의 동특성이 무시되어 실제 원격제어시의 실재감을 살리기 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 로봇의 정동역학 모델을 이용하여 이를 원격제어에 활용하고, 가상 환경에서 상대적으로 느린 제어 주기에 의해 발생하는 정동역학의 수치오류를 보완하는 보상 기법을 제안하고 이를 실제 환경과의 원격제어와 비교하고자 한다.

  • In teleoperation of a manipulator, kinesthetic feedback can take an essential role in the sense that it provides an operator with more realistic information. In this paper, in order to implement the concept of kinesthetic feedback, force mapping algorithms based on screw theory have been presented. In the development of such algorithms, the virtual environment has been modeled usign a spring and dampers, and the forces caused by hitting the joint limits of a conrtolled manipulator were considered. Finally, some experimental results of force mapping algorithm have been presented.

  • The cooperative strategy for the teleoperated multi-agent system is presented. And this scheme has been applied to the teleoperated robot soccer system that is newly proposed. For the teleoperated robot soccer system, we made mapping functions to control a 2-wheeled mobile robot using a 2 DoF stickcontroller. The simulation with a real stickcontroller has been evaluated the performance of the proposed mapping function. Then, the basic cooperation strategy has been tested between teleoperated robot and autonomous robot It is shown that the multi-agent system for teleoperation can have a good performance for a job Like a scoring a goal

  • This paper presents a force-reflecting teleoperation scheme with time delay. In reciprocal systems, to improve the stability and performance of the tleleoperation system, the network provides a wide bandwidth, no congestion. However, as use of Internet increases, congestion situation of network increased and transmission time and packet loss increased accordingly. This can make system unstable at remote control. In this paper, we present a passive control scheme for a force reflecting bilateral teleoperation system via the Internet and we investigated how a varying time delay affects the stability of a teleoperation system. A new approach based on a passive control scheme was designed for the system. The simulation results and the tracking performance of the implemented system are presented in this paper.

  • In this paper, we propose a development of internet teleoperation method applying QoS model, which has the real time control capability and the time-delay predicting capability, The QoS model gives a constant bandwidth to a specified application and makes the dynamically irregular time-delay to be predictable and fined so that it can have real-time capability.

  • IMS is a more advanced manufacturing system than FMS. However, IMS do not have sufficient performance for the work in the various and uncertain environment, because of the difficulty of the work and occurrence of the unexpected condition. If IMS is hard to work properly, teleoperation system can support it by using the human's consideration and judgment. The master mechanism is a basic component of the teleoperation system and the development of the useful one is important for efficiency of the work. A master mechanism of exoskeleton type can increase the work efficiency, mobility and harmony between a working robot and an operator. This paper describes an arm-harness of exoskeleton type, which is able to drive a robot according to judgment. This device is applied to a robot system for evaluating the system performance through the experiment.
