본 연구의 목적은 한국 사회복지 교육의 선구자이면서 한국 최초의 사회복지 독립학과를 설립한 김덕준(1919-1992)의 사회복지 사상과 사회복지 교육의 실천원리를 고찰하는 데에 있다. 김덕준의 생애와 사회복지와 관련된 행적 그리고 그의 사회복지 사상과 사회복지 교육의 실천원리를 살펴본 결과, 첫째, 샬롬의 정신, 둘째, 인간의 존엄성, 셋째, 십자가 사랑, 넷째, 사회정의, 다섯째, 경천애인, 여섯째, 이웃 사랑의 관계성으로 도출되었다. 이와 같은 김덕준의 사회복지 사상과 사회복지 교육의 실천원리는 현재 한국의 사회복지 교육의 문제를 해결할 수 있는 가치적이며 이념적인 사회복지사 양성의 본질적인 목적과 목표를 재정립할 수 있는 통찰들이라 할 수 있다. 이를 한국의 사회복지 교육에 적용하면, 사회복지사의 정의와 자세, 역할, 기능에 대한 내용으로 정리될 수 있다.

Political participation consciousness of social worker is changed and politics participation activity is putting forth with a bud. Currently, the systematic and scientific approach in study of social worker's the political participation is short. This study analyzes the present situation of political participation action and will present political participation action contents and direction in the future. This study may give practical meaning to the social welfare practice and educational scope about what we must do to become a political influence the group. The object of this study is 1229 people in choosing social welfare politics participation investigation committee data. A participation of Korean social worker appeared that a meeting or a demonstration is high when comparing the United States. Also, electioneers, and, government bureaucrat contact, financial contributions is a half experience. The strong variable in explaining social worker's the political participation was a politics efficacy, politics interest. Political efficacy and politics interest, a joining and a political behavior proposal of an association is a influenced factor. Through this result The Civic Volunteer Model is a theory to able to explain social worker's the political participation. Approach growing the political efficacy and politics interest is very important in activating politics participation. Role of a social welfare association or a group was important in order to induce politics participation and concentrate.

Purpose - Social welfare is a social insurance system that provides funds and services for all citizens to maximize their life quality. Its ultimate goal is to alleviate social contradictions. Therefore, this paper explores the determinants of social welfare in terms of macroeconomics. Research design, data, and methodology - Based on the vector error correction model, the annual time series from 1990 to 2017 will be used to conduct an empirical analysis. The real GDP, the real income, the inflation and the degree of openness will be treated as independent variables. The input of social welfare will be treated as a dependent variable. These variables will be used to perform the cointegration test and the vector error correction model to explore how the macroeconomic variables affect social welfare both in long run and short run. Result - Via the empirical analysis, it can be summarized that the real GDP, the real income and the degree of openness are the driving determinants to enlarge the social welfare. Conversely, the inflation is the obstructive determinant to reduce the social welfare. Conclusion - The positive and negative determinants of social welfare exist simultaneously, China's government should take macroeconomic regulation and control to balance them to enlarge social welfare.

복지지리학은 불평등과 사회정의를 강조하는 인문지리학의 한 분야이다. '사회정의'는 '인간의 욕구'와 더불어 포스트모던이후 복합적 담론에 대항하여 공간의 해석에 보편적으로 적용될 수 있는 가치기준으로 등장하였다. 복지지리학도 사회정의론을 바탕으로 복지개념을 재정립하고 복지를 향상시키려 노력하였으며 공간정의의 측면에서 분배정의를 논하였다. 본 논문은 사회정의의 다양한 이론들을 통하여 복지의 공간적 불평등과 정의로운 복지 분배가 가지는 의미를 살펴보고자 하였다. 그리고 평등, 효율성, 형평성, 공정성과 같은 사회정의를 평가하는 다양한 기준들을 복지지리학의 측면에서 복지의 정의로운 분배평가와 연계시키고자 하였으며 이를 통하여 결과적으로 복지의 평등한 분배에 기여하고자 하였다. 마지막으로 사회정의의 평가기준들을 복지 공간의 평가에 적용하는 데 있어서의 한계점 등을 논의하였다.

This study analyzes the welfare services and spatial composition of social welfare centers that represent complex welfare facilities in order to provide basic information for the spatial planning of social welfare centers. We examined 15 social welfare centers built in the 2000s. A literature review and case study were used as research methodology. The findings are as follow. First, services provided at the surveyed facilities overlapped for seniors and the handicapped. Most social welfare centers provided welfare services for seniors, young children, and teenagers. Second, the proportion of common area, program rooms was high for spatial composition. Third, front access by car was most common (used at nine centers) for the design of the access area and used by. Fourth, shared entry and exit was most common (used at 10 centers) for the design of the entrance. Fifth, regarding space combining style, a mixed style was most frequently used (observed at seven centers) where different private areas for different service users were partly mixed on certain floors. Sixth, a corridor type was most common (used at seven centers) for the design of a corridor space where visitors could walk along the corridor to access individual rooms. Based on the findings, we propose spatial composition of social welfare centers to promote mingling and exchanges among users of different generations.

본 연구는 사회복지전담공무원 스스로가 인식하는 공공복지서비스 질 수준을 인구사회학적 특성에 따른 차이를 분석하여 더 나은 복지서비스 제공을 위한 대안을 모색하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 사회복지전담공무원 401명을 대상으로 복지서비스 질 5개 구성요소인 유형성(Tangibles), 신뢰성(Reliability), 대응성(Responsiveness), 공감성(Empathy), 보증성(Assurances)의 각 항목을 분석하였다. 분석결과 공공복지서비스 질의 수준을 인식하는데 있어서 연령에 따라 가장 큰 편차를 보여 주었고 주민과 가까운 일선 현장(시도> 시군구> 읍면동)일수록 복지서비스의 질 수준이 낮아졌다. 또한 신뢰성, 대응성, 공감성에 대해 다소 낮은 인식수준을 나타냈다. 사회복지전담공무원은 주민중심의 가치 지향적이고, 실천적인 복지현장의 사회복지사이자 공무원이다. 본 연구는 이들의 인식수준을 통하여 공공복지의 변화방향과 근본적인 전달체계의 방향성을 제시하여 주었다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

Purpose: There is a significant opportunity for ESG management to act as a useful guideline for social welfare organizational structures when dealing with sustainability and ethical leadership. The ESG guidelines should allow these companies to improve their business efficacy. This paper aims to explore the specific impacts of ESG management on social welfare. Research design, data and methodology: The systematic review approach ensures that quality work is undertaken in tackling the existing gaps in the literature on ESG management in social welfare organizations. The outcomes of this review will give a useful 'real-life' picture of the consequences of ESG practices and suggestions that can increase the efficiency and sustainability of social welfare organizations. Results: The principal favorable consequences are discussed in this chapter regarding the social welfare organization due to the implementation of ESG management. Subsequently, each effect is posted under different sub-titles and evidence from previously conducted research studies. Conclusions: ESG management is vital for social welfare organizations since it increases their efficiency in operations, public image, and opportunities to receive funds, and it helps improve relations with stakeholders. More so, these organizations can embrace the ESG practices and as a result bring more efficiency to the general welfare of the society.

As the rate of the elderly is proportionally increasing in society, the demands of this group and the services pertaining to them is increasing. The demand for improved services is in relation to national income, the development of medical techniques and the interests of elderly. Therefore, the demand for aged social welfare facilities and management of them is increasing. This paper will focus on the types and states of aged social welfare facilities under the revised aged social welfare law in 2008. Following this research, The Social Welfare Corporation is the highest management level. To date the establishment of more infrastructure has increased rapidly, since 2000. There are many small facilities and a few large facilities.

본 연구는 지역아동센터에서 아동들에게 직접 서비스를 제공하는 핵심인력인 사회복지사의 사회적 지지가 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 전라남도 소재의 지역아동센터에서 근무하는 사회복지사를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 240부를 분석자료로 활용하였다. 사회복지사의 인구통계학적 특성을 통제변수로 설정하여 사회적 지지가 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 사회적 지지가 직무만족에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 이는 사회복지사의 사회적 지지가 높을수록 사회복지사의 직무만족이 높다는 것을 의미한다. 분석결과를 바탕으로 사회복지사의 사회적 지지 향상 방안으로 첫째, 지역아동센터 사회복지사들의 업무 표준화와 전문교육의 지지 강화, 둘째, 우수지역아동센터의 가산점 부여, 셋째, 동료 및 지역사회간 네트워크 협력 체계 구축을 제언으로 한다.

The purposes of this study are to define 'housing welfare' which constitutes an important theme of discussion today and to present some future policy issues. Recently, the expression 'housing welfare' is widely used in our daily life and written in some laws, but its concept is still ambiguous. Housing welfare can be defined as 'the situation in which citizens gain access to a decent housing and adapt themselves well to the community life. In this context, the goals of housing welfare policy should be as follows: reduction of the number of households living below the minimum standard in housing, promotion of the right to housing, housing provision and management based on housing needs, linkage of housing and other welfare measures, realization of social integration and social justice. But, there are still some controversies on such questions as target group, moral hazard of beneficiaries, social equity, etc. To get all the policy alternatives more effective, efforts should be made to improve the general infrastructure of welfare policies, to prevent NIMBY phenomenon of local actors, and so on.
