Autoimmune hemolytic anemia is a disease characterized with destruction of erythrocytes as a result of antibody produce against patient's own erythrocytes and anemia. Autoimmune hemolytic anemia can be roughly stratified into two groups according to serological features and secondary causes including drugs induced hemolytic anemia. Drugs induced autoimmune hemolytic anemia is very rare in pediatric patients. Even though hematological side effects such as leucopenia, agranulocytosis, eosinophilia, thrombocytopenic purpura and aplastic anemia might occur due to psychotropic drug use; to the best of our knowledge there is no autoimmune hemolytic anemia case due to quetiapine, an atypical antipsychotics, in literature. We hereby describe the first child case of autoimmune hemolytic anemia during quetiapine treatment.We also are pointing out that one should keep in mind serious hematological side effects with atypical antipsychotic drug use with this case report.

With rapid urbanization, various problems have been occurred in the city. The most serious one is dwelling. The gap of income between the rich and the poor resulted in deteriorating the pattern of the house consume. In case of developing a bad residential area, this area is changed into a new residential area, but the dweller, who lived in the bad area, may move into the outskirts of the city. This means that a bad residential area is sprawled and spreading. Therefore. the rescue plan of the existing dweller according to urban redevelopment were suggested in this study.

As it has been well appreciated from the viewpoint of efficiency, The weld-induced deformation control is one of the most important issues in marine structure production. In the case of thin plate block, weld-induced deformation is more serious than in the case of relatively thick plate block. The heat affect zone of thin plates is wider than that of thick plates with the same heat input. Among weld-induced deformations, the buckling deformation by the shrinkage and residual stress in the weld line direction is one of the most serious deformation types. This paper is concerned with controlling buckling deformations for the thin plate fillet welds, by using the tensioning method. A numerical analysis was carried out to illustrate several dominant buckling modes due to compressive residual stress in the fillet weldsof thin plates. Then, weld tests were carried out for 20 specimens with varying plate thickness, and with different magnitudes and directions for the tension load. The results graphically represented to shaw the effect of the tensioning method in reducing the weld-induced deformation. From the present findings, it was seen that the tensioning method is a useful way to control weld-induced deformations in the fillet welds of thin plates.

Sobolev approximation can be adopted to a macroscopic supersonic motion comparatively larger than a random (thermal) one. It has recently been applied not only to the winds of hot early type stars, but also to envelopes of late type giants and/or supergiants. However, since the ratio of wind velocity to stochastic one is comparatively small in the winds of these stars, the condition for applying the Sobolev approximation is not fulfilled any more. Therefore the validity of the Sobolev approximation must be checked. We have calculated exact P Cygni profiles with various velocity ratios, $V_\infty/V_{sto}$, using the accelerated lambda iteration method, comparing with those obtained by the Sobolev approximation. While the velocity ratio decrease, serious deviations have been occured over the whole line profile. When the gradual increase in the velocity structure happens near the surface of star, the amount of deviations become more serious even at the high velocity ratios. The investigations have been applied to observed UV line profile of CIV in the Copernicus spectrums $of\;\zeta\;Puppis\;and\;NV\;of\;\tau\;Sco$. In case of $\tau$ Sco which has an expanding envelope with the gradual velocity increase in the inner region, The Sobolev approximation has given the serious deviations in the line profiles.

Purpose: The Serious Civil Accidents consist of the public use facilities, the public transports, and the material and its products. According to the Serious Civil Accidents of the Serious Accidents Punishment Act, it must be constructed the safety and health management framework and execution system. In this study. we are design the model of the Serous Civil Accidents management and action system. Method: Firstly, we review from 8^th article to 11^th article of the enforcement ordinance of the Serious Accidents Punishment Act. From the articles, we design the visual and structural management system supporting the Act. Result: The Serious Civil Accidents apply to the system is consisted of 6 monitoring modules and 4 kinds DB modules. Conclusion: The Serious Civil Accidents are managed by the private enterprises, local governments, and public institutions. Specially, the CEO of restaurants, cafes, et al, do not know the detail information related to the Act. Also in case of the local governments, there are many facilities related the Act. It is not easy to the construct the management framework of the Act. This study provides the simple management structure for the Act.

Postpartum depression is a kind of serious problem which influences on the postpartum woman, her family and infant. It has been known to be caused by many factors and some depression scales have been used to assess the degree of postpartum depression. Edinburgh postnatal depression scale(EPDS) is simple and efficient method. Because of the difficulty of diagnosis and valuation on the postpartum depression, there has been a few case report on oriental medical treatment. I report one postpartum depression case which was valuated by EPDS and had objective evidence. In this case herbal treatment and acupuncture was efficacious on the postpartum depression. I think, though six month has passed from parturition, there need to be treated after parturition weakness and deficiency point of view.

Conflicts in public construction projects become more serious and complex so that they have a negative effect on performance of projecets. Conflicts in public construction projects are defined as expanding in complaints. This study analyzes the relationship structure and effect on performance between complaints and conflicts. First of all, 219 survey data collected from industry experts were used to derive complaints arising from the project and to understand the characteristics of each complaint. In the case of environmental damages, rather than environmental damage during construction, harmful substances or effects that can occur in completed facilities cause complaints from local residents, and opposition from environmental groups has a great effect on time and cost increase. As for safety damage, civil complaints related to prevention and countermeasures for safety accidents occur frequently, and additional construction affects cost increases. Through this study, it is possible to understand the serious complaints that are prone to conflict in public construction projects, their frequency, and the performance of the project.

As with land crops, cultivated algae are affected by various diseases ranging from large outbreaks of a disease to chronic epiphytes, which may downgrade the value of the final product. The recent development of intensive and dense mariculture practices has enabled some new diseases to spread much faster than before. A new disease is reported almost every year, and the impact of diseases is expected to increase with environmental change, such as global warming. We observed the incidence of diseases in two Pyropia sea farms in Korea from 2011 to 2014, and estimated the economic loss caused by each disease. Serious damage is caused by the oomycete pathogens, Pythium porphyrae and Olpidiopsis spp., which decreased the productivity of the Pyropia sea farms. In Seocheon sea farms, an outbreak of Olpidiopsis spp. disease resulted in approximately US $1.6 million in loss, representing approximately 24.5% of total sales during the 2012-2013 season. The damage caused by green-spot disease was almost as serious as oomycete diseases. An outbreak of green-spot disease in the Seocheon sea farms resulted in approximately US $1.1 million in loss, representing 10.7% of total sales in the 2013-2014 season in this area. However, the causative agent of green-spot disease is still not confirmed. "Diatom felt" is regarded as a minor nuisance that does not cause serious damage in Pyropia; however, our case study showed that the economic loss caused by "diatom felt" might be as serious as that of oomycete diseases. Bacteria and cyanobacteria are indigenous members of epiphytic microbial community on Pyropia blades, but can become opportunistic pathogens under suitable environmental conditions, especially when Pyropia suffers from other diseases. A regular acid wash of the Pyropia cultivation nets is the most common treatment for all of the above mentioned diseases, and represents approximately 30% of the total cost in Pyropia sea farming. However, the acid wash is ineffective for some diseases, especially for Olpidiopsis and bacterial diseases.

Emotion is very important feature in educational situation. Because it has high influence to memory, educational achievement, motivation. This study tried to find out possibility of serious game as emotional engagement tool in educational situation. We did our pilot experiment to elementary school students who are english as second language. In this L2 learning situation, we did our basic experiment with English language learning serious game called 'Word Collectrian". Word Collectrian has some features for emotional engagement. It has interaction for dynamic word visualization, providing context video for word usage, putting visualized word on learner's virtual home. According to experimental result, word Collectrian has possibility for educational achievement and emotional engagement effect.

The heart block and bradyarrhythmia with or without Stokes-Adams attacks are serious, usually terminal events and the immediate mortality is very high. Stimulation with an artificial pacemaker is now an accepted form of treatment in cases of Stokes-Adams syndrome in which medication in unable to produce any lasting improvement. Permanent pacemaker therapy is indicated in these circumstances. The purpose of this report is to describe the successful use of pacemaker in 3 cases of Stokes-Adams syndromes and a case of sinoatrial block with bradyarrhythmia at the Department of Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery, Kyungpook National University School of Medicine. Electrode catheter was passed through the right external jugular vein and attached to the endocardial surface of the right ventricle. In case 1, fixed type generator was used at first and for the case 2, 3, 4, and case 1 at second, demand type generators were used. The bipolar electrode catheters were used for the three cases and unipolar electrode catheter for case 4. The results of immediate and late period were satisfactory.
