정유압식 래크바형 수문권양기의 개발 (Development of the Rack-Bar Type Sluice Gate Applying the Hydrostatic Transmission)

  • The typical hydraulic hoisting system of the rack-bar type sluice gate is composed of a hydraulic supply unit using an uni-directional pump, a direction control valve, a hydraulic motor, a counter balance valve, and flow control valves. Here, the hydrostatic transmission is applied to the hoisting system of rack-bar type sluice gate to simplify the operation of gate such that the upward and downward direction of gate is simply controlled by the direction of pump rotation. The new hydraulic hoisting system is composed of a bi-directional pump, a hydraulic motor, a counter balance valve, two check valves, two pilot-operated check valves, two relief valves and a shuttle valve. The characteristics of a suggested system are analyzed by computer simulations and experiments.

  • EHPS는 탈엔진형 조향기술로 BLDC 모터를 통해 유압펌프를 작동시켜 조향력을 보조하는 동력 조향장치이다. EHPS는 BLDC 모터, 기어펌프 및 유압회로, 파워 스티어링 등으로 이루어진 전기전자, 유압 및 기계시스템의 복합적 시스템으로 모델링이 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 EHPS 시스템의 구성 부품을 수학적 모델링 하였고, AMESim을 이용하여 multi-domain 시스템의 시뮬레이션 모델을 구축하였다. 이를 활용한 다양한 시뮬레이션을 통해 개발 초기단계에서의 시행착오를 줄이고 완성도 높은 EHPS 개발 업무를 수행하는 데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

  • The typical hydraulic system of hoist is composed of a hydraulic supply unit, a directional control valve, two pilot operated check valves, two flow control valves. The capacity coefficients of flow control valves should be adjusted for the hoist to operate at moderate speed and minimize the hydraulic energy loss. However, it is difficult to adjust the four capacity coefficients of flow control valves by trial and error for optimal operation. The steady state model of the hoist hydraulic system is derived and the optimal capacity coefficients of flow control valves are obtained using the complex method that is one kind of constrained direct search method.

  • The purpose of this paper is to construct a computer simulation system which can analyze and design the hydraulic excavator Theoretical analyses are performed on the hydraulic circuit and attachment of excavator with load sensing system. Databases are constructed for control valve opening areas, horsepower control and for load sensing regulator. For hydraulic components modularized programming techniques are applied which is expected to be utilized for software development of fluid power system. Through simulation an information of any point in hydraulic circuit can be obtained.

  • An inverted pendulum mounted on a cart and actuated by a hydraulic servo cylinder was designed and built. Position information of the cart was acquired via a potentiometer and a angle of the pendulum was sensed by an incremental encoder. These were collected by a DAQ board and processed through the Real-Time Windows Target software(included in simulink). A simulink graphical program was implemented as a controller of the hydraulic system that governed the motion of the cart in order to maintain vertical balance of the inverted pendulum. The purpose of this study is to develop an electro-hydraulic inverted pendulum system for a modeling and controling the intrinsic unstable system. The simulation results were compared with the experimental and verified.

  • Hydraulic systems are widely used as a power transfer and/or power control system due to its flexibility, controllability, accuracy and high power density. Valve controlled and/or pump capacity controlled systems are normally adopted as a control device, but nowadays pump speed controlled systems are emerging as a new energy-efficient hydraulic control system. In this paper the pump speed controlled system for the cylinder position control of a counter balance circuit is investigated by simulation study and position control experiments were carried out. As a result, the possibility and efficiency of the pump speed controlled system were verified.

  • The most vehicle active suspension system is activated by a hydraulic source and transmission system which has nonlinear characteristics. Even though we have designed a proper controller for this system, it sometimes cannot show remarkable performance characteristics because of many factors that undercut the performance of the hydraulic system, such as nonlinearity, modelling errors, parameter variations etc. So, the robust controller that prevents a system from lowering its performance is needed. In this study, the sliding mode control which is the representative one of robust controllers is adopted to investigate system parameter sensibility. As a result, the sliding mode controller shows robustness to the system parameters variations relative to the other controllers.
