본 연구는 조선시대 대표적인 이기론 풍수서인 "지리신법"의 저자 호순신의 생애와 저술에 대해 고찰하였다. 호순신(胡舜申)의 자는 여가(汝嘉)이다. 1091년 6월 6일에 적계(績溪)에서 호함(胡咸)의 아들로 태어났다. 전란을 피해 가족과 함께 고향 적계를 떠나 호주 귀안현(湖州 歸安縣)에 정착했다. 40세를 넘겨 형의 음보로 관직에 올라 엄주부 녹사참군(嚴州府 錄事參軍), 지소산현사(知蕭山縣事)를 지냈으며 조의대부 통판서주(朝議大夫 通判舒州)에 이르러 태주 숭도관(台州 崇道觀)을 맡아보다가 치사했다. 부친상을 지낸 후 풍수지리에 관심을 가지고 공부를 시작하였으며, 세상에 전하는 "강서지리신법(江西地理新法)"이 그에게 나온 것이라고 한다. 74세에 "오문충고(吳門忠告)"를 지어 소주성(蘇州城)의 서문(胥門)과 사문(蛇門)을 열어야 한다는 의견을 제시하였으나 이루어지지 않았다. 1177년 3월 9일 향년 87세로 죽어 호주 귀안현에 묻혔다. 가족으로 형 호순척(胡舜陟)과 조카 호자(胡仔)가 알려져 있다. 자식으로 아들 호위(胡偉) 1명이 있으며 광록대부 강서선무사(光祿大夫 江西宣撫使)를 지냈다. 저술로는 일기류인 "을사사주록(乙巳泗州錄)", "기유피난록(己酉避亂錄)"과 풍수지리 관계저술인 "음양비용(陰陽備用)", "지리신법(地理新法)", "오문충고"가 전해진다.

To investigate host defense mechanisms for protecting the mammary gland from mastitis infection, the membrane fraction of mammary tissues from Holstein cows was purified by differential velocity centrifugation, and then the sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamid gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) separated proteins were identified by ion trap mass spectrometer equipped with a Surveyor high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) system. A total of 183 proteins were identified. Bioinformatics software was applied to analyse physicochemical characteristics of the identified proteins and to predict biochemical function. These data may provide valuable information to investigate the mechanisms of mammary gland milk secretion and infectious disease, and enable a clear identification of proteins and potential protein targets for therapies.

본 연구는 최근 산업 전반에 걸쳐 도입이 확산되고 있는 RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification)기술과 다채널 음성 전달 서비스 기술을 활용하여, 유비쿼터스 환경에서의 SP(Sales Promotion) 광고를 효과적으로 전달하기 위한 새로운 SP광고용 RFID기반의 다채널 음성 안내시스템을 개발함으로서, 향후 RFID/USN시장을 선점할 수 있는 고부가가치의 신규 미디어 서비스 모델을 제안하고자 한다.

The oscillation character of permanent magnetic motor is highly related to its slot-pole match. By calculating air-gap magnet field and radial electromagnetic force of 6-phase fractional-slot concentrated-winding permanent magnetic motor with slot-pole match of 48/44, 48/46, 48/50 and 48/52 under no load and load status, oscillation character of permanent magnetic motor is analyzed. A 20kW prototype with 48 slots and 44 poles is designed. With many sensors attaching to the corresponding parts, oscillatory acceleration is measured, and spectrum of oscillation frequency is recorded as well. The experiment results give proof to the analysis method for permanent magnetic motor oscillation in this paper.

Based on the design of the LIS of GuangZhou and BeiJing, this paper discusses the resolution of the LIS with the kernel of process management. It applies the idea of workflow in the management supporting stratum, applies the process-oriented mechanism in the definition, coordination, supervision and control of the management process. The scheme has the character of information-media-oriented, work process dynamic changing supported, application system extended and restructure supported and is independent of the running environment of specific work.. Due to the previous character, the LIS is flexible, useable, elastic and able to support the dynamic application.

Based on the Model Coupled Method (MCM), a case study has been carried out on a Concrete-Filled Steel Tubular (CFST) tied arch bridge to investigate the vibration problem. The mathematical model assumed a finite element representation of the bridge together with beam, shell, and link elements, and the vehicle simulation employed a three dimensional linear vehicle model with seven independent degrees-of-freedom. A well-known power spectral density of road pavement profiles defined the road surface roughness for Perfect, Good and Poor roads respectively. In virtue of a home-code program, the dynamic interaction between the bridge and vehicle model was simulated, and the dynamic amplification factors were computed for displacement and internal force. The impact effects of the vehicle on different bridge members and the influencing factors were studied. Meanwhile the acceleration responses of some of the components were analyzed in the frequency domain. From the results some valuable conclusions have been drawn.

Low cycle fatigue tests on the hydrogenated welding seam of Zr-Sn-Nb alloy at room temperature and 360 ℃ had been carried out by using the funnel-shaped flat specimens. The relationships between nominal stress & strain directly measured across the funnel and local stress & strain at the root of the funnel are given by considering cyclic plasticity correction. The results show that the fatigue resistance of welding seam at room temperature is only slightly better than that at 360 ℃. Probabilistic fatigue life curves are obtained by using a two-parameter power function.

본 연구는 최근 물류 활동 전반에 걸쳐 무선주파수를 이용해 상품과 사물에 내장된 정보를 읽어내는 기술인 RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) 응용기술과 유비쿼터스 환경에서의 POS(POS : point of sales) 시스템의 발전 형태를 예측하여, 향후 국내 외 대형 할인점에서 적용할 수 있는 RFID 기반의 이동형 u-POS 시스템의 핵심기술개발에 관한 연구이다. 본 연구는 RFID 기반의 이동형 u-POS 시스템의 핵심기술을 크게 H/W와 S/W로 구분하여 H/W 측면으로는 기존의 쇼핑 Cart를 대체 할 수 있는 u-Cart 개발을 목표로 하고, S/W 측면으로는 기존의 POS 시스템과 연동 할 수 있는 u-Cart의 클라이언트 어플리케이션과 매장관리 서비스 모듈의 개발을 목표로 한 내용에 대하여 발표하고자 한다.

세계 각국은 새로운 유비쿼터스 환경변화에 맞추어 전략적 차원에서 u-IT에 대한 연구와 다양한 프로젝트를 추진 중이다. 특히 유비쿼터스를 지역수준으로 적용 시 지역 구성원들의 삶의 질이 향상되고 편익을 직접적으로 체감할 수 있는 효과가 있다. 유비쿼터스 환경의 중심 기술 중 하나인 RFID는 대역별로 다른 특징을 가지고 있어 단일 대역 RFID는 제약조건이 있으며, 이를 극복하고 보다 입체적인 정보와 서비스를 제공하기 위하여 여러 대역의 RFID를 통합하는 기술이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 새로운 u-City 서비스 모델로써 u-Zone 서비스 구축 시에 필요한 13.56MHz와 2.45GHz 주파수 대역의 듀얼밴드 RFID Manager를 개발한다. RFID Manager는 u-Zone 서비스의 임베디드 하드웨어인 Base Station에 탑재하는 응용 소프트웨어로서 리더에서 입력되는 정보를 u-Zone 통합 서버 시스템에 전달하는 역할을 한다.
