Nowadays, the construction sites are growing in city every year, so complaints for construction noise have increased more and more. To analyze this noise scientifically, construction noise prediction program was developed in 1998 and 2005 but it is too difficult to apply program in field because there is few soundproof facilities and it can't understand the coordinate system and so on. The aim of this study is to develop noise prediction program to apply in construction sites. For this, the problems of existing program was analyzed and survey was performed to get requestion of field overseer and upgraded program. To get reliability of program, it was compared with sound measurement value in field. As a result, construction sound prediction program have various soundproof facilities data than existing program. It can also analyze multi receiver point at the same time for several construction machinery. Most of all, it is more powerful to set receiver or source in the axis of X, Y, Z. so program user can make use of it easily. An average of difference is -0.9$\sim$1.8dB.

In situ and in vivo digestion trials were conducted to determine the degradation of dry matter (DM), crude protein (CP) and effective protein degtadability (EPD), and digestibility of nutrients of Hazelnut kernel oil meal (HKOM), and effects of HKOM on nitrogen (N) balance. In the in situ study, nylon bag were suspended in the rumen of 3 Karayaka rams to estimate protected protein. Protein sources were analyzed for pepsin soluble protein (PSP) using a Pepsin Digestion Method. In the digestion trials, 4 Karayaka rams (36 mo.) were used in a $4{\times}4$ Latin square to evaluate the digestibility of nutrients and N retention to measure effects of diets containing HKOM, soybean meal (SBM) corn gluten meal (CGM) and urea (U). The degradability of DM and CP, and PSP content of HKOM were lower (p>0.05) than that of SBM, but higher (p<0.001) than that of CGM. EPD of HKOM was higher (p<0.01) than that of SBM or CGM. The apparent digestion coefficients of organic matter and CP for HKOM were lower than for SBM, but higher than for CGM. N retention of HKOM was higher than that of SBM and lower than that of CGM (p>0.05). In conclusion, these data may indicate that the HKOM is a high digestible feed source with a value between SBM and CGM.

A miniaturized time-of-flight mass spectrometer with an electron impact ionization source and sheet membrane introduction has been developed. The advantages and features of this mass spectrometer include high sensitivity, simple structure, low cost, compact volume with field portability, and ease of operation. A mass resolution of 400 at m/z 78 has been obtained with a 25 cm flight path length. Under optimized conditions, the detection limits for the volatile organic compounds (VOCs) studied were 0.2-10 ppm by volume with linear dynamic ranges greater than three orders of magnitude. The response times for various VOCs using a silicone membrane of 127 $\mu$m thickness were in the range 4.5-20 s, which provides a sample analysis time of less than 1 minute. These results indicate that the membrane introduction/time-of-flight mass spectrometer will be useful for a wide range of field applications, particularly for environmental monitoring.
The HULQ project proposes to use gravitational lensing to determine the masses of QSO host galaxies, an otherwise difficult goal. If these host galaxy masses, along with their SMBH masses from single-epoch measurements, are estimated for a substantial number of QSOs at various redshifts, the co-evolution of SMBHs and their host galaxies can be studied for a large portion of the history of the universe. To determine the feasibility of this study, we present how to estimate the number of sources lensed by QSO hosts, i.e. the number of lensing QSO host galaxies (hereafter QSO lenses). SMBH masses in the literature are transformed into the velocity dispersions of their host galaxies using the M_BH -sigma relation, and in turn the Einstein radii for each QSO -source redshift combination is calculated, assuming singular isothermal spherical mass distributions. Using QSOs and galaxies as potential sources, the probability of a QSO host galaxy being a QSO lens is calculated, as a function of limiting magnitude. The expected numbers of QSO lenses are estimated for ongoing and future wide-imaging surveys, and the Hyper Suprime-Cam Wide survey is illustrated as an example.
Four adult rams ($22.25{\pm}0.90kg$) were used in a $4{\times}4$ latin square design to evaluate the rations without ($T_1$) or with supplementation of sunflower acid oil at 5 ($T_2$), 10 ($T_3$) or calcium soap at 10% of dietary DM ($T_4$) on nutrient digestibility and balances of nitrogen, calcium and phosphorus. The basal ration contained 60 parts Brazilian napier grass hay and 40 parts concentrate mixture. The DM, CF, NDF and ADF digestibilities and nitrogen retention (g/d) decreased (p<0.01) by inclusion of sunflower acid oil at 5% of dietary DM. In addition, depression (p<0.01) in digestibilities of CP, nitrogen free extract (NFE), cellulose, hemicellulose, retention of calcium and phosphorus (g/d) were also observed with increasing the level of sunflower acid oil to 10% of dietary DM. The EE digestibility, total digestible nutrients (TDN) content and calcium retention (g/d) were significantly higher (p<0.01) for ration supplemented with calcium soap. It is concluded that sunflower acid oil supplementation in free form as low as 5% of dietary DM is deleterious to fibre digestion in sheep while as calcium soap, it can be fed up to 10% of dietary DM as an energy source without any adverse effect.

Photonic force microscopy (PFM) is an optical tweezers-based scanning probe microscopy, which measures the forces in the range of fN to pN. The low stiffness leads proper to measure single molecular interaction. We introduce a novel photonic force microscopy to stably map various chemical properties as well as topographic information, utilizing weak molecular bond between probe and object's surface. First, we installed stable optical tweezers instrument, where an IR laser with 1064 nm wavelength was used as trapping source to reduce damage to biological sample. To manipulate trapped material, electric driven two-axis mirrors were used for x, y directional probe scanning and a piezo stage for z directional probe scanning. For resolution test, probe scans with vertical direction repeatedly at the same lateral position, where the vertical resolution is ~25 nm. To obtain the topography of surface which is etched glass, trapped bead scans 3-dimensionally and measures the contact position in each cycle. To acquire the chemical mapping, we design the DNA oligonucleotide pairs combining as a zipping structure, where one is attached at the surface of bead and other is arranged on surface. We measured the rupture force of molecular bonding to investigate chemical properties on the surface with various loading rate. We expect this system can realize a high-resolution multi-functional imaging technique able to acquire topographic map of objects and to distinguish difference of chemical properties between these objects simultaneously.

In this paper, electromagnetic waves radiated from discharge at three-type electrodes (needle-plane, plane-plane and sphere-plane electrode) using DC power source in air measured and the peculiar patterns of their spectra are reported. The radiated electrodmagnetic waves were measured in bandwidth of VHF($30{\sim}230$[MHz]) using a biconcal antenna and a spectrum analyzer. Frequency spectrum distribution of radiated electromagnetic wave was revealed under 50[MHz] at positive DC, and high electric field was shown at 45[MHz] frequency band. But, it was revealed under 70[MHz] frequency band at negative DC under plane-plane electrodes and sphere-plane electrodes, and high electric field was shown at 55 [MHz] frequency band.

The obtention of high yields of purified plasmid DNA is viewed as an essential issue to be considered towards efficient production of DNA vaccines and therapeutic plasmids. In this work, Escherichia coli $DH5\alpha$. bearing the pVAXI-LacZ plasmid was grown in a developed semi-defined medium at different temperatures and tryptone concentrations. Analysis of pDNA yields and E. coli morphology revealed that at higher temperatures (37 and $40^{\circ}C$), higher specific yields and E. coli filamentation were obtained. However, the best results were achieved when a lower tryptone concentration was used. This approach was shown to be a powerful tool to promote plasmid amplification, keeping the desirable plasmid structure, and favoring the attainment of quality. Our results suggest that by using tryptone alone as an amino acid source, pDNA amplification was improved and a specific yield of 20.43 mg pDNA/g dcw was achieved, proving that this strategy can improve pDNA yield even at a small scale.
The effects of growth temperature and nutritional components on the synthesis of poly-3-hydroxybutyric acid, PHB, by filamentation-suppressed recombinant Escherichia coli XL1-Blue (pSYL107) were studied. After culturing XL1-Blue(pSYL107) for 48 hours in complex medium at 30$\circ$C, 7Al g/l of PHB could be obtained with the PHB content and PHB yield of 82% and 0.371 g PHB/g glucose, respectively. Lower concentration of PHB(3.2 g/l) was obtained when cultu- red at 37$\circ$C, which seemed to be due to the instability of this strain having amplified FtsZ activity. The PHB concentration of 3.75 g/l was obtained after culturing 60 hours in R medium supplemen- ted with 20 g/l glucose at 30$\circ$C, which was more than twice higher than that obtained with XL1-Blue(pSYL105). This suggested that the enhancement of PHB synthesis by suppressing filamenta- tion was more significant in a defined medium than complex medium. PHB synthesis could be further enhanced by supplementing a small amount of various complex nitrogen sources. When 5 g/l of beef extract was added to a defined medium, PHB concentration, PHB content, and PHB yield obtained after 60 hours of cultivation at 30$\circ$C were 7.46 g/l, 86%, and 0.375 g PHB/g glucose, respectively.
