This study has been carried for the development of the basic algorithm of helicopter navigation system based on TRN (Terrain Referenced Navigation) with information input from the GPS. The helicopter determines flight path due to Origination-Destination analysis on the Cartesian coordinate system of 3-D DTM. This system shows 3-D mesh map and the O-D flight path profile for the pilot's acknowledgement of the terrain, at first. The system builds TCF (terrain clearance floor) far the buffer zone upon the surface of ground relief to avid the ground collision. If the helicopter enters to the buffer zone during navigation, the real-time warning message which commands to raise the body pops up using Matlab menu. While departing or landing, control of the height of the body is possible. At present, the information (x, y, z coordinates) from the GPS is assumed to be input into the system every 92.8 m of horizontal distance while navigating along flight path. DTM of 3" interval has been adopted from that which was provided by ChumSungDae Co., Ltd..
An enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was established for the detection of zearalenone by using monoclonal antibodies produced by Z-M-26 hybridoma cells when injected into a mouse and zearalenone-oxime-OV A conjugate. Zearalenone-oxime-OV A conjugates were diluted with carbonyl buffer, coated to 96 well microtiter plates at $4^{\circ}C$ overnight and blocked with 1% BSA overnight. One thousand times diluted antibody solution together with standard zearalenone or sample was added to 96-well microtiter plates and stood overnight. A secondary antibody conjugated with HRP was added and an hour later, enzyme substrate (TMBZ) solution was added for color develpment. Mter 30 minutes, coloring reaction was terminated by adding 2 N $H_2S0_4$ and the O.D. was measured at 450 nm. Detection range of this method was about 0.1~100 ppb. The established indirect competitive ELISA method was suitable for a rapid and effective analysis of zearalenone in agricultural products.

In this paper we present development of microprocessor-based 8-channel statistical multiplexer (SMUX). The hardware design includes one Z-80A CPU board with the clock rate of 4 MHz, one 16 Kbyte ROM board for program storage, one 16 Kbyte dynamic RAM board and three I/O boards, all connected through an S-100 compatible tristate bus. The SMUX can presently multiplex 8 channels with data rates ranging 50 bps to 9600 bps, but can be reduced to accommodate 4 channels by having a slight modification of software and removing one terminal I/O board. The system specifications meet CCITT recommendations X.25 link level, V.24, V.28, X.3 and X.28. Significant features of the SMUX are its capability of handling 4 input codes (ASCII, EBCDIC, Baudot, Transcode), the use of a dynamic buffer management algorithm, a diagnostic facility, and the efficient use of a single CPU for all system operation. Throughout the paper, detailed explanations are given as to how the hardware and software of the SMUX system have been designed efficiently.
Ortho-photos provide valuable spatial and spectral information for various Geographic Information System (GIS) and mapping applications. The absence of relief displacement and the uniform scale in ortho-photos enable interested users to measure distances, compute areas, derive geographic locations, and quantify changes. Differential rectification has traditionally been used for ortho-photo generation. However, differential rectification produces serious problems (in the form of ghost images) when dealing with large scale imagery over urban areas. To avoid these artifacts, true ortho-photo generation techniques have been devised to remove ghost images through visibility analysis and occlusion detection. So far, the Z-buffer method has been one of the most popular methods for true ortho-photo generation. However, it is quite sensitive to the relationship between the cell size of the Digital Surface Model (DSM) and the Ground Sampling Distance (GSD) of the imaging sensor. Another critical issue of true ortho-photo generation using high resolution satellite imagery is the scan line search. In other words, the perspective center corresponding to each ground point should be identified since we are dealing with a line camera. This paper introduces alternative methodology for true ortho-photo generation that circumvents the drawbacks of the Z-buffer technique and the existing scan line search methods. The experiments using real data are carried out while comparing the performance of the proposed and the existing methods through qualitative and quantitative evaluations and computational efficiency. The experimental analysis proved that the proposed method provided the best success ratio of the occlusion detection and had reasonable processing time compared to all other true ortho-photo generation methods tested in this paper.

This study presented a spatial data serialization technique that can efficiently store and transmit large amounts of spatial data for precision road maps was designed and implemented. For efficient serialization, a binary spatial data structure is defined, and a coordinate value encoding technique without loss of information is designed using the Zigzag-Z-order curve. The spatial data serialization technique designed for precision road maps was tested, and the data size and encoding/decoding speed after encoding were compared with Protocol buffer and Geobuff. As a result, it was confirmed that the designed serialization method was excellent in data weight reduction performance and encoding speed. However, the decoding speed was inferior to other serialization techniques in linestring and polygon type spatial data. Through this study, it was confirmed that spatial data can be efficiently encoded, stored, and transmitted using binary serialization techniques.
Thermal degradation of pantothenic acid in potassium biphthalate buffer and in food samples such as rice, mushroom and beef was studied as functions of temperature and pH. Thermal degradation of pantothenic acid in buffer and food systems followed first order reaction at temperature between $60{\sim}104^{\circ}C$. Activation energy calculated from the Arrhenius equation ranged from 15,700 cal/mole 17,300 cal/mole for both systems. D values at $120^{\circ}C$ were approximately 18 hours for food samples and 15.4 hours at pH 5.65 for buffer sample. Z values of food samples were about $37^{\circ}C$, which were similar to those of buffer sample. The decomposition rate constant of pantothenic acid in buffer sample decreased when the pH increased from 4.0 to 6.46, but activation energy increased. In the range of $pH\;6.46{\sim}8.0$, decomposition rate constant increased but activation energy decreased as pH increased. The kinetic model of pantothenic acid decomposition in buffer system was proposed on the basis of empirical relationship.
Physicochemical properties and hydrolysis kinetics of new some oral cephalosporins were examined in buttered solution and human plasma or rat liver homogenate. The test cephalosporins were 7-[(Z)-2-(2-aminothiazole-4-yl)-2- methoxyiminoacetamido]-3-[4-(2-pyridyl)piperazinyl] thiocarbonylthhiomethyl-3-cephem-4-carboxylic acid (CEN1), 7-[(Z)-2-(2-aminoth iazole-4-yl)-2-methoxyiminoacetamido]-3-[4-(2-pyrimidyl)piperazinyl]th iocarbonylthiomethyl-3-cephem-4-carboxylic acid (CEN2), pivaloyloxymethyl-7-[ (Z)-2-(2-aminothiazole-4-yl)-2-methoxyiminoacetamido]-3-[4-(2-pyridyl)piperazi nyl]thiocarbonylthiomethy1-3-cephem-4-carboxylate (CEN1P), and pivaloyloxymethyl-7-[(Z)-2-(2-aminothiazole-4-yl)-2-methoxyiminoacetamido]-3-[ 4-(2-pyrimidyl)piperazinyl]thiocarbonyl-thiomethyl-3-cephem-4-carboxylate (CEN2P). The partition coefficient(Ko/w) of CEN1P, CEN2P were higher than those of CEN1, CEN2. The calculated pKa values of CEN1, CEN2, CEN1P, and CEN2P were 7.09, 7.75, 4.92, and 5.39, respectively. The hydrolysis of CEN1P and CEN2P were not depend on the composition of pH of the test medium except weak alkaline buffered solution (pH 8.00). CEN1 and CEN2 were very stable in pH 6.80 and 8.00 buffer solutions. CEN1P and CEN2P were rapidly deesterified to CEN1 and CEN2 in human plasma and in rat liver homogenate. Half-lives$(t_{1/2})$ of CEN1 and CEN2 were 3.49 and 4.93 hr in human plasma, 1.47 and 1.26 hr in rat liver homogenate, respectively.

The Cu sheets were selected for the substrate of the superconductor films. Pure Cu sheets with the thickness of 50${\mu}$m were fabricated using hot and cold rolling. The Cu sheets were heat treated to induce the biaxial texturing. The z-axis and x-y plane texturing of Cu sheets heat treated at different conditions were analyzed using XRD and a best heat treatment condition for the texturing was selected. ZrO$_2$ film was dip coated on Cu sheets heat treated at the best condition to prevent possible reaction between Cu sheets and YBCO superconductors, to reduce possible cracking due to thermal expansion mismatch and to decrease the lattice mismatch for biaxial texturing. The texturing of the oxide buffer layers were also studied.

Generating of digital hologram of video contents with computer graphics(CG) requires natural fusion of 3D information between real and virtual. In this paper, we propose the system which can fuse real-virtual 3D information naturally and fast generate the digital hologram of fused results using multiple-GPUs based computer-generated-hologram(CGH) computing part. The system calculates camera projection matrix of RGB-Depth camera, and estimates the 3D information of virtual object. The 3D information of virtual object from projection matrix and real space are transmitted to Z buffer, which can fuse the 3D information, naturally. The fused result in Z buffer is transmitted to multiple-GPUs based CGH computing part. In this part, the digital hologram of fused result can be calculated fast. In experiment, the 3D information of virtual object from proposed system has the mean relative error(MRE) about 0.5138% in relation to real 3D information. In other words, it has the about 99% high-accuracy. In addition, we verify that proposed system can fast generate the digital hologram of fused result by using multiple GPUs based CGH calculation.
