The objective of this study was to analyze the free sugar contents of ten kinds of fruits and fruit vegetables that were collected from many district in Korea. The analyzed results will be used as basic nutrition component reference to processing. The results were summarized as follows. The total free sugar contents among the ten kinds of fruit vegetables was highest in grape. The contents of glucose, fructose and sucrose were 6.39%, 6.27%, 0.28%, respectively. The average total sugar contents of four cultivar of apple was 11.42% and average fructose contents was 6.13%. The free sugar contents of thirteen samples of the same cultivar of apple were all differing with statistical significance. The average total free sugar contents of eight cultivar of peach was 8.66%. In case of tomato, glucose content was approximately 1.35~2.83% and fructose was 1.26~2.51%. The contents of glucose, fructose and sucrose in paprika were 2.19%, 2.06%, 0.1%, respectively.

대부분의 철근콘크리트 라멘 구조물은 지진하중 작용 시 가장 취약한 부분인 보-기둥 접합부 영역에서 큰 피해를 유발할 수 있다. 이러한 피해를 방지하기 위하여 보수 및 보강에 관한 연구가 이루어지고 있으며, 전 세계적으로 내진규정이 강화되고 구조물의 내진성능이 중요시되면서 지진에 효율적으로 저항할 수 있는 성능을 확보한 재료 개발이 증가되고 있다. 변형경화형 시멘트 복합체(Strain-hardening cementitious composite, SHCC)는 연성능력이 우수하여 보-기둥 접합부 영역에서 상당한 보강효과가 기대된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 SHCC로 접합부를 보강한 철근콘크리트 보의 보강특성을 평가하고자 총 3개의 실험체를 제작하였다. 실험을 통하여 균열 및 파괴양상에 대하여 휨거동 특성을 평가하고 섬유 혼입률에 따른 SHCC의 보강효과에 대한 강도를 비교하였다.

The purpose of this study is to identify the clinical effects of Jujadanggui-hwan in the treatment of dysmenorrhea with cold hypersensitivity. Jujadanggui-hwan mentioned in Dongeuibogam has an effect on leucorrhea and cold hypersensitivity of hands and feet, lower abdomen and lumbus. Jujadanggui-hwan were prescribed to 24 dysmenorrhea patients with cold hypersensitivity of hands and feet or with leucorrhea three times a day for 13 weeks. After the treatment, numerical index for the pain was obviously reduced 'tot' point 2.12. It means that pain index as the patient can't do everyday occurrences reduce to 3 grad enough to do ordinary experience. So this study shows that Jujadanggui-hwan has remarkable effects on dysmenorrhea with cold hypersensitivity.

Although sternal fractures are relatively common, treatment has not been clarified. Thus, the authors report a case of a patient with a sternal fracture associated with a thoracic spinal fracture who had received conservative treatment, but the outcome was not satisfactory.

A diaphragmatic injury is uncommon, but occurs more frequently with injury to other organs. Particularly, a diaphragmatic accompanied by a pericardial injury is very rare. The authors report a case of incidentally detecting a pericardial injury during surgery for a diaphragmatic injury due to abdominal blunt trauma.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the perception about AI assistants and the differences between two groups, workers(secretaries) and supervisors(bosses), using the Q-methodology which has an advantage in understanding the types of subjective perceptions. Through literature reviews and interviews, 34 Q-samples were extracted, and then Q-sorting was conducted by P-samples(20 workers and 15 supervisors). As a result of Q-sorting, the types and characteristics of AI assistants perceived by each P-sample were explained. The perception of the workers divided into five distinct types, and the perception of the supervisors was divided into three distinct types. The most crucial factors in distinguishing between workers and supervisors' perceptions depend on whether they are capable of performing certain tasks and whether they can replace existing secretarial jobs. This study, as the primary research on AI assistants, can help to redefine the work that can be replaced by AI and the work that only people can do, and thus to establish education, recruitment, and training plans.

In high resolution imaging devices, smaller aperture in the color filter causes cross talk which provides incorrect information. Plasmonic color filters (PCFs) have been reported as an alternative of the conventional color resist based-color filter (CRCF) and many studies on PCFs demonstrated the filtering function by PCFs with a sub-micron size. In this work, we investigated the cross talk performance of PCFs compared to CRCFs. The effect of cross talk over distance from the filter were measured for each filter. Despite poorer spectral filtering characteristics, PCFs were more robust against cross talk than CRCFs. Also, the further away from the filter, the more cross talk appeared. As a result, PCFs showed less cross talk than CRCFs at about 82% of the results measured at a distance of 2~10 ㎛. This study will help to make practical use of PCFs in high-resolution imaging applications.
