In this paper we investigated the behavior of low molecular weight silicone fluids in silicone rubber by W treatment with solvent-extraction and GPC. It was shown that LMW quantity which was extracted by solvent-extraction was decreased in UV treatment time. $200{\sim}450\;g/mol$ distribution of LMW silicone fluid was contributed to recovery. It was similar to result from corona discharge. Morphological analysis was investigated by scanning electron microscope(SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The behavior of LMW silicone fluids in silicone rubber which was contributed to recovery was discussed.

Photoluminescenc (PL) and low-voltage cathodoluminescence (CL) characteristics of $[xSrTiO_3+(1-x)Li_2TiO_3]:Pr^{3+}$ and $[xSrTiO_3+(1-x)Na_2TiO_3]:Pr^{3+}$ systems were investigated. The red luminescence intensities of these compounds are enhanced remarkably by the incorporation of $Li^+$ or $Na^+$ ion as compared to that of $SrTiO_3:Pr^{3+}$. The enhanced luminescence is speculated to result from both the charge compensation of $Pr^{3+}$ site and oxygen vacancies generated in the lattices by $Li^+$ or $Na^+$ ion.

그리드 컴퓨팅 환경에서 세계의 많은 과학기술연구자들은 gLite 미들웨어 기반의 어플리케이션을 이용하고 있다. 미들웨어에서 데이터를 관리, 분석하기 위해서는 메타데이터 카탈로그 서비스를 이용하고 있으며, 유닉스, 그리드, 데이터베이스 환경에 익숙하지 않은 과학기술연구자들은 이 서비스를 이용하는데 어려움을 겪고 있다. 본 논문은 과학기술연구자로 하여금 gLite의 공식 컴포넌트인 메타데이터 카탈로그 서비스 이용 시 접근 제약을 최소화하고 사용자 친화적인 그래픽 사용자 인터페이스를 제공하기 위한 메타데이터 카탈로그 GUI 툴 설계에 대해 논의하고자 한다.

Most research to date concerning the cryogenic toughness of austenitic stainless steels has concentrated on the base metal and weld metal in weldments. The most severe problem faced on the conventional austenitic stainless steel is the thermal aging degradation such as sensitization and carbide induced embrittlement. In this paper, we investigate the cryogenic toughness degradation which can be occurred for austenitic stainless in welding. The test materials are austenitic stainless JN1, JJ1 and JK2 steels, which are materials recently developed for use in nuclear fusion apparatus at cryogenic temperature. The small punch(SP) test was conducted to detect similar isothermally aging condition with material degradation occurred in service welding. The single-specimen unloading compliance method was used to determine toughness degradation caused by thermal aging for austenitic stainless steels. In addition, we have investigated size effect on fracture toughness by using 20% side-grooved 0.5TCT specimens.

이온주입으로 비정질화된 실리콘의 재결정화 및 활성화에 대한 실험을 전기로를 이용하여 수행하였다. 비정질 실리콘이 결정화 및 활성화가 이루어지면 전계효과 이동도가 좋아진다. 이동도가 향상되면 저항이 작아지고, 이로 인하여 소자의 크기가 작아질 수 있어 소형화가 가능해진다. 결정화 정도를 확인하는 방법으로 Four point probe를 이용한 면저항 측정과 라만 peak 측정을 이용하였다. 이온주입 후 비정질화된 실리콘의 재결정화를 통해서는 $600\;^{\circ}C$에서 1시간 열처리한 값이 가장 많이 결정화가 되었다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

This paper presents an automatic pose-normalized 3D face data acquisition method using 2D and 3D information. We propose an automatic pose-normalized 3D face acquisition method that accomplishes 3D face modeling and 3D face pose-normalization at once. The proposed method uses 2D information with AAM (Active Appearance Model) and 3D information with 3D normal vector. The 3D face modeling system consists of 2 cameras and 1 projector. In order to verify proposed pose-normalized 3D modeling method, we made an experiment for 2.5D face recognition. The experimental result shows that proposed method is robust against pose variation.

We experienced a case of soft tissue osteochondroma in the foot. The 43-years-old male was complained palpable mass and mild pain at the heel for 3 years. The plain radiograpy revealed a bony mass without connection of neighbor bone in the heel. The osteochondroma in the soft tissue is rare benign tumor. The mass was removed en bloc. The gross and histologic findings were consistent with osteochondroma. The differential diagnosis includes myositis ossificans, tumoral calcinosis, synovial chondromatosis, soft tissue osteochondroma, and true osteochondroma which arises from bone. The symptom was improved. After postoperative 1 year, recurrence was not.
