전력산업이 공급자중심에서 고객중심의 비즈니스 서비스산업으로 변함에 따라 고객의 요구충족을 위한 고기능 전력정보서비스의 필요성이 점차적으로 증대되고 있다. 또한 검침데이터 단순제공에서 정보, 지식 등 특화된 분석정보 제공은 필수 불가결한 요소가 되고 있다. 따라서 현재 적극적으로 추진되고 있는 전력부가서비스 시스템 개발에 효과적으로 활용될 수 있으며 고객서비스를 한 차원 높이기 위한 전략적인 시스템이 필요하다 하겠다. 본 논문은 원격검침 고압고객을 대상으로 대용량 검침데이터(168억 Point/년, 12만 고객 15분 전력사용량)의 실시간 처리기능과 다양한 전력정보(고객기본정보, 15분 전력사용량 분석정보, 전력수요누적정보, 부하지속정보 등)를 인터넷을 통해 제공하는 고객마케팅 서비스 기반을 위한 통합관리시스템 구축 연구를 수행하였고 이를 소개한다.

전력산업에서의 전력부가서비스는 전력공급자 중심의 서비스에서 전력소비자 중심의 서비스로 패러다임 변화가 가속화되면서, 전력소비자의 수요패턴을 가장 잘 나타내고 있는 원격검침데이터를 활용한 서비스가 크게 부각되고 있으며, 그 활용 영역도 폭 넓게 적용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 원격검침 데이터 기반 전력부가서비스 Pilot 시스템의 일종인 "전력소비 컨설팅 시스템(Power Consumption Consulting System)" 개발 사례를 소개한다. 본 시스템의 주요 기능은 데이터 분석, 에너지 분석, 비용 분석 등과 같이 3가지로 분류 할 수 있으며, 원격검침을 시행중인 고압고객 중 계약전력이 100kW 이상인 대수용가로부터 특히, 요금절감을 필요로 하지만 별도의 설비나 인력을 보유하지 않은 10,000kW 이하 고객을 적용대상으로 하고 있다.

The status of intestinal parasitic infections and seroprevalence of cystic echinococcosis in the inhabitants In Dornod and Selenge, Mongolia, was observed with stool and serum samples from 165 and 683 residents from August 9 to August 15, 2003. A total of 10 inhabitants (6.1%) were found to be infected with protozoan cysts or oocysts by stool examinations; 7, 1 and 2 cases with Entamoeba coli, Giardia lamblia and Cryptosporidium parvum, respectively. A total of 62 people (9.1 %) revealed significantly high levels of specific antibodies against Echinococcus granulosus by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The surveyed areas are rural areas and the sanitized tab water is not available. There is a possibility of endemic transmission of water-borne protozoan diseases in these areas. The clinical echinococcosis is needed to be searched from the seropositive inhabitants.

This research is conducted to investigate weldability characteristics with various welding conditions on the 4 lap spot welded joint of structural steel sheets in automobile. The relationship between the tensile-shear strength and the indentation depth has been investigated to evaluate the weldability and the optimum welding conditions. The welding current and the welding time have a greatly affect to the tensile-shear strength compared to the electrode force. It was found that the indentation depth has a relatively close relationship with the expulsion occurrence. The optimum welding conditions were proposed for the 4 lap spot welded joint.

This paper describes modeling and analysis of magnetic inrush for a 765kV transformer using EMTP-RV. EMTP-RV generates the core flux and thus helps show the behavior of the core, i.e. hysteresis characteristics. The results of three kinds of the magnetic inrush such as initial inrush, sympathetic inrush, and recovery inrush are included. This modelling can help the design of a protection relay for a transformer.

Post-genome 시대를 맞이하여 인류는 전 유전체에서의 염기서열에 대한 정보를 가질 수 있게 되었다. 이러한 정보를 이용하여서 인간에게 나타나는 다양성을 설명하기 위해서 SNP(Single Nucleotide Polymorphism)의 연구가 활발히 되고 있다. 하지만 인간 체세포의 염색체는 2쌍으로 되어있기 때문에 이러한 정보가 어떠한 쌍의 조합(haplotype)으로 나타나는가를 고려하여야한다. 현재 실험적 방법으로 이를 고려하기에는 여러 가지 제약이 따르므로 통계적인 방법으로 이를 모형화하려는 노력(in silico haplotyping)이 시도되고 있다. 이 논문에서는 통계적으로 haplotype을 정하는 대표적인 알고리즘인 Clark's algorithm, E-M algorithm 등에 대한 고찰을 통하여 유전체통계학에 대한 소개를 하고자 한다.

The branch control unit is device that provides 16-way branch when used in conjuction with the Microprogram Sequencer. The Next address control unit is designed specifically for next address control of the Microprogram Sequencer.

전력산업의 환경변화에 따라 수요자의 정보를 기반으로 한 수요관리기법의 프로그램들이 많이 개발되고 있다. 이에 따라 수요자의 부하패턴 정보 분석이 중요한 역할을 하며, 또한 분석결과를 이용한 변동 요금의 설계는 수요관리프로그램의 성패를 좌우할 만한 핵심요소로 등장하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 선진국에서 실시하고 있는 수요관리 프로그램에 적용되고 있는 변동 요금제의 현황을 조사 분석하였다. 분석결과는 수요자 중심의 신 수요관리프로그램의 개발의 정책 결정 및 설계에 주요 역할을 할 것으로 판단된다.

The photoluminescence (PL) properties are studied for a new phosphor $BaZr(BO_{3})_{2}$ doped with $Eu^{3+}$ activator ion. The excitation spectrum shows strong absorption in the vacuum ultraviolet (VUV) region with an absorption band edge at 200 nm. The PL spectrum shows the strongest emission at 615 nm corresponding to the electric dipole $^{5}D_{0}\;{\rightarrow}\;^{7}F_{2}$ transition of $Eu^{3+}$, which results in a good color purity.
