The Haeng Chym(行鍼) which is the sixty seventh chapter of the Young Chu(靈樞), predominantly explicates the six kinds of needling reactions. The principle ideas of this thesis can be summarized as following, the Haeng Chym is divided into three parts in this thesis. 1st part: It shows that the six kinds of reactions occur from the excess and deficiency of yin-yang(陰陽) which is due to each different constitution(體質) in the acupuncture. 2nd part: It explains the excessive visceral-qi(臟氣) which is due to congenital constitution and the needling reaction which appears among the man of overabundant yang(重陽之人). It shows needling reaction of the man who has a little yin among the man of overabundant yang. 3rd part: It explains the quick and slow of the reaction whim occurred in the acupuncture, the presence of reaction by the times of acupuncture, abnormal rising of qi, bad needling reaction in the acupuncture and the side effect by frequent acupuncture.

This study was conducted to improve the managing and storing methods of the seeds of Aralia cordata var. continentalis (Kitagawa) Y.C.Chu, to examine the viability and the germination ability of seeds with different storing conditions and methods, and to develop new ways to propagate and have better healthy seedling. Therefore, the germination rate, days required for germinating seeds, and early growth responses of Aralia cordata var. continentalis (Kitagawa) Y.C.Chu were investigated with different storing temperatures, durations and methods. The germination rate was higher in stratified storage than that in dry storage condition. The highest germination rate was with outdoor temperature at 30 days after stratified storage. The days required for germinating seeds were less than 10 days with the treatment of $25^{\circ}C$ and outdoor temperature in stratified storage. In dry condition, they were shorter with $4^{\circ}C$ and $25^{\circ}C$ than those with $-20^{\circ}C$ and outdoor temperature. Leaf number of seedling was higher in stratified storage compared to that in dry condition, while it was not clearly different according to storage temperatures and durations. Leaf length and leaf width of seedling was not difference among the treatment of storage methods, temperatures, and durations. Stem length of seedling was higher in stratified storage than those in dry condition, while root length was not clearly different among the treatments. It would be assumed that temperatures, methods and durations of storage could affect much to the germination rate and the early seedling growth response.

본 논문는 기왕(旣往)의 연구 성과를 토대로 서계(西溪) 박세당(朴世堂)의 "사변록(思辨錄)" 중 "대학(大學)"에 대한 인식과 그에 따른 사회적 반향에 대하여 살펴보고자 한다. 서계 박세당은 조선 중기에 해당하는 17세기 중후반에 주로 활동한 인물로 그의 독창적인 경학관으로 인해 사문난적(斯文亂賊)으로 몰려 배척받았다. 그러나 그가 사문난적으로 지탄을 받은 것은 "사변록"을 둘러싸고 이루어지지만 본질은 그가 <이경석신도비문>을 짓는 과정에서 송시열을 비판한 것이 원인으로 작용하였다. 그는 주자가 대학을 3강령 체제로 보았던 것과 달리 2강령 체제를 주장하였으며, 격물치지에 있어서도 주자의 설을 수용하지 않고 양명과 유사한 해석을 가하였는가 하면 대학의 장구도 자의대로 개정하였다. 그가 지은 "사변록"이 쟁점화된 것은 그것이 발표된 뒤 수십 년을 지난 뒤, 그것도 이경석비문이 나온 후라는 점에서 다분히 정치적 의도 하에 이루어진 것이라 할 수 있다. 뿐만 아니라 그가 대청관(對淸觀)이나 예송(禮訟) 따위에서 현실적인 입장을 견지하여 송시열계와 대척적인 입장에 섰던 점도 그에 대한 공격의 빌미가 될 수 있었다. 경문의 해석상 서계의 견해가 옳고 그름을 떠나서 그는 나름대로 학문 본래의 자유를 만끽할 수 있었다. 그는 당시 경직화된 주자성리학에 매몰되지 않은 채 독자적 노선을 걸으며 실질적 학문에 정진하고 후학을 양성함으로써 영정(英 正)시기에 만개되는 실학의 가교적 역할을 하였다는 점에서 높이 평가할 수 있을 것이다.

According to the bone-standard measuring, the length between the elbow and the wrist has the span of 1.25 cheoks whereas it has the span of 1.2 cheoks or 1.2 cheoks today, the breadth of the chest has the span of 9.5 chons whereas it has the span of 8 chons today, and the length from celestial pivot to transverse bone has the span of 6.5 chons whereas it has the span of 5 chons, and the length from free rib region to thigh pivot has the span of 6 chons whereas it has the span of 9 chons today. It is said that all of the acupuncture points are correctly prescribed by the bone-standard measuring irrespective of men and women of all ages, fat and lean, and whether large or small in height. This lies at the root of the selecting acupuncture points. The bone standard in Spiritual Pivot and that in common use at present have a little difference and the bone standard of today is based upon A-B Classic. Spiritual Pivot named as Acupuncture Classic was in good preservation until the mid-eleventh century, but the book lost a lot in contents was the incomplete edition. In the 8th year of the king Cheoljong's reign of the North Song Dynasty in 1093, though the nine-volume Spiritual Pivot drafted from the Goryo Dynasty was published, the book was wanting in consistency. While on the other, I think that A-B Classic which has been in a state of perfection had a great influence on the healers of the day.

This paper deals with the design and fabrication of prototype superconducting hybrid electromagnet(SH-EM) for EMS (Electromagnetic suspension)-based Maglev. The design requirements are based on the normal conducting EM used in the German high-speed Maglev. From the MMF-Levitation force curves simulated by FEM analysis, the required MMF by superconducting coil is suggested. As an experimental test setup to demonstrate the SH-EM, the experimental SH-EM with HTS coil cooled in $LN_2$ is fabricated. From the expected operating current of the HTS coil, the levitation performance of the SH-EM is estimated.

In this paper, we propose the protection coordination algorithm using communication methode based on IEC 61850. The communication protocol in power distribution management system has been issued by IEC standard, IEC61850 of them, which was made for substation automation system, has researched to apply into power distribution system, even though the standard is not a suitable for the system. In smart distribution management system' launched in 2009, the communication network based on the ethernet network for IEC 61850 has been designed to apply the self-healing concept, which is to perform the system protection through the communication between remote terminal units(RTU) according to the standard. However, it is first time to apply the scheme in the real. Thus, this paper proposed the protection algorithm and consideration for applying communication method and introduced the result of demonstration.

최근 기후변화에 따라 강우양상이 급격한 변화를 나타내고 있다. 년 평균 강우량의 증가뿐만 아니라 국지성 강우강도가 현저히 증가하여 홍수의 위험이 증대되고 있다. 강우특성변화에 따른 정확한 수문분석이 필요하고, 설계홍수량 산정을 위한 강우의 시간분포의 선정이 매우 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 기상청 서울지점의 계획강우분포를 도출하기 위해 국내에서 사용되고 있는 강우 시간분포 설정방법 중 Huff의 방법, Yen-Chow방법, 교호블럭법, Keifer-Chu방법을 비교 분석하였다. 확률강우량 산정을 위하여 기상청 관할 서울지점의 1954년부터 2010년까지 67년간의 강우량 자료를 사용하였다. 빈도분석은 국립방재연구원의 FARD2006을 이용하여 적합한 확률분포인 확률가중모멘트법에 의한 매개변수 추정과 ${\chi}^2$기법 등에 의한 적합도 검정을 거쳐 선정된 GEV분포를 사용하였고, 강우의 지속기간은 100분, 180분이며 재현기간은 100년, 200년, 300년, 500년으로 였다. 강우시간분포 설정방법 중 첨두강우량은 대체적으로 교호블록법이 가장 크다. Huff방법(2분위)은 첨두강우발생 전의 총 강우량이 첨두강우발생 후의 총 강우량 보다 큰 경향을 보이나, 다른 방법의 경우는 첨두강우발생 후 총 강우량이 전보다 더 크게 나타났다. 많이 쓰이는 방법 중 하나인 Huff 분포에 관하여 좀 더 정확한 연구가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of dietary dae-chu(Rhamnace ziziphus, A), onion(Allium cepa L., O), mixture extracts (mulberry leaf, licorice root, pine needle, angelica gigas, jujube, onion, M) on serum glucose, lipid, enzyme, phosphorus levels in rats (Sprague-Dawley male rats, $357.03{\pm}7.08g$). Serum calcium of onion group was significantly decreased (p<0.05), but mixture extracts group of Cl (p<0.05) and TBIL (total bilirubin, p<0.05) were significantly increased. Serum glucose, total cholesterol, HDL-cholesterol and triglyceride were increased experimental rats than those of the normal rats. Mixture extracts was better than other groups for lipid metabolism. Also, GPT(glutamic pyruvic transaminase) and GOT(glutamic oxaloacetate transaminase) of onion extracts were protected to liver. So mixture and onion extracts were good drink for health.
