The photovoltaic performances of a-si : H$n^{+}-p-p^{+}$ solar cells have been investigated. The optimum substrate temperature for the deposition of a-Si : H $n^{+}-p-p^{+}$ cell decreases with increasing doping concentration of the p-layer, and is less than 200$^{\circ}C$ when the gas phase doping concentration is higher than 10 ppm. The results can be explained as the dependences of substrate temperature for the relaxation of silicon atoms and for the bonded hydrogen concentration in the p-layer.

In this paper, we present a new k-way partitioning algorithm for a graph of an electrical circuit wherein nodes and edges are regarded as cells (modules) and nets, respectively. In contrast to the previous work, our method is based upon a linearly ordered partition paradigm. We also claim that the maximum number of netcuts mostly governs the performance of k-way partitioning, thus having influence on the construction of a new cost function. In addition, our approach elaborates upon balancing the partition size. Our experiments show excellent results in comparison with previous k-way partitioning algorithms.

A difference in a views of the Ong(癰) and juh(疽). In the Ong-juh(癰疽) of the Young-Chu(靈樞), if the Ki(氣) and Hul(血) are blocked in a man's body, the heat(熱) generated consists of Pus(膿). Pus(膿) which goes into the man's body and doesn't deteriorate the five viscera(五臟) is Ong(癰). Juh(疽) is pus(膿) which goes deeply into the man's body does hurt the muscle and bone. Tal-Juh(脫疽) is an ailment in the toe. It is a sort of the gangrene of the extremities. In a literature study oh the Tal- Juh(脫疽), it obtained some opinions, so it is report.

불가사리로 인한 어업 피해액은 연간 100억원에 이른다. 전복과 조개 등 어패류를 먹어치우는 불가사리는 강한 번식력에 어장 황폐화의 원인이 되고 있다. 불가사리는 해양 생태계에 뚜렷한 천적이 없고 세계적으로 불가사리의 개체수가 늘어나고 있는 것으로 추정하고 있다. 아무르불가사리는 단일 색상이 아니고 상황에 따라 변하는 변온동물이며, 방사대칭인 특징은 있지만 상황에 따라 외형이 많이 달라지므로 인식하기가 매우 어렵다. 이 논문은 아무르불가사리의 인식을 높이기 위하여 여러 개의 아무르불가사리의 개체들이 있을 때에 아무르불가사리로 인식하기 위한 간단한 기법을 제안하고자 한다.

This is a case report on the occurrence of inclusion body hepatitis (IBH) and infectious bursal disease (IBD) among the broilers in a local farm located in Wanju, Jeollabukdo. Mostly IBH could be caused by adenovirus if the bird's immune system was first weakened by exposure to immunosupressive agents such as infectious bursal disease virus (IBDV) and chicken anemia virus (CIAV). However IBH primary occurred before IBD in this case. And recent work has demonstrated that virulent adenovirus alone can produce the disease.

In this paper we propose the adaptive scheme to place more search points as long as the operation tapability of the motion estimator in the video codec permits. And the proposed algorithm takes advantage of the intuitive fact that the quality of the decoded video is more degraded as the spatial frequency of the corresponding block is increased due to the augmentation of local minima per unit area. Thererore, we propose the scheme to enhance the quality by locating relatively more search points in the block with high frequency components by analyzing the spatial frequencies of the video sequence. As a result, the proposed scheme can adaptively place more search points possibly permitted by the motion estimator and guarantees better quality compared to the TSS and FS.

우리사회는 당면한 사회적인 문제가 많다. 수명연장 저출산에 의한 사회고령화가 가속되고 있지만 사회적 부담 해소를 위한 노년 일자리 창출이 요원한 실정이다. 700 만 명이 넘는 1차 베이비 붐 세대가 2012년을 시점으로 본격 은퇴가 예상되고 있는 반면 이들을 수용할 일자리가 절실할 때에 고용상황의 악화로 오히려 조기퇴직이 가속화되고 있다. 또한 농촌인구의 감소 및 노령화로 농촌의 황폐화가 심각한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 영농분야에서 중장년층에게 안정적인 고용효과를 제공하면서 에너지절감이 가능한 IT 기반의 스마트영농 기술 및 특성을 소개하고 고용창출, 농촌활성화 및 녹색산업의 성장으로 연계하기 위한 전략과 정부의 정책을 제안하고 관련된 이슈에 대해서 기술하고자 한다.

In this paper, the process of development of resilient sleepers, which improves the train safety, passenger comfort and reduces the noise and vibration, is presented. To optimize the bonding method between elastic pad and PC sleeper, special pad shape like arrow is adopted and is applied in manufacturing. Bonding strength and reduction effects of vibration of the resilient sleepers are experimentally investigated. From the experiment results, it is investigated that the bonding strenth is enough to satisfaction the criteria and the vibration characteristic is also more effective for sleeper with elastic pad than that in ordinary PC form. These results indicate that the elastic pad can reduce possibility of rail-corrugations and thus resulting in the reduction of maintenance costs.

Objective: The purpose of this study is to report chronic sciatica paitient with HIVD of L-spine who improveded by orthotics Methods: once we treated the patient with acupuncture, nagatives, chu-na after that added with orthotics, We compared each effect. The effect was evaluated by progress of symtoms and Visual Anlogue Scale Results & Conclusion :After treatment of orthotics sciatica was reduced in the score of VAS from 7to3.
