Objectives: The object of this study is to report a clinical effect regarding the conservative treatment of the patients who were diagnosed as the herniated intervertebral lumbar disc(HIVD). Methods: The patients were treated by the oriental medical conservative treatment (Acupuncture, Moxibustion, oriental medicine, and Chu-na therapy). Result of conclusions: 1) Oriental medicine conservative treatment proved its effectiveness during the treatment of HIVD, patients. Especially, Chu-na therapy was superior on pain relive. 2) Treatment of HIVD, took less than 3 months in most cases except protruded or extruded disc. 3) In case of seniors who cannot have a surgical operation because of organ and muscle wickness, the oriental treatment was effective in terms of strengthening muscle and organs.

Experimental and numerical analyses were performed to characterize the fatigue behavior of spot welded joints in suspension mounting of a passenger car body. Static and fatigue tests were carried out for the tensile-shear and cross-tension specimens. S-N curve and fatigue strengths were obtained from the fatigue test of various specimens. Nonlinear finite element analysis showed that fatigue behavior of spot welded joints could be well estimated in terms of Von Mises stress at the nugget edge. Fatigue behavior of spot welded joint was represented by Von Mises stress better than the fatigue load.

The Haeng Chym(行鍼) which is the sixty seventh chapter of the Young Chu(靈樞), predominantly explicates the six kinds of needling reactions. The principle ideas of this thesis can be summarized as following, the Haeng Chym is divided into three parts in this thesis. 1st part: It shows that the six kinds of reactions occur from the excess and deficiency of yin-yang(陰陽) which is due to each different constitution(體質) in the acupuncture. 2nd part: It explains the excessive visceral-qi(臟氣) which is due to congenital constitution and the needling reaction which appears among the man of overabundant yang(重陽之人). It shows needling reaction of the man who has a little yin among the man of overabundant yang. 3rd part: It explains the quick and slow of the reaction whim occurred in the acupuncture, the presence of reaction by the times of acupuncture, abnormal rising of qi, bad needling reaction in the acupuncture and the side effect by frequent acupuncture.
