본 논문에서는 정책기반 네트워크보안 프레임워크의 전체적인 구조와 주요 아키텍쳐에 대해서 논하고 특히 보안정책 서버의 역할을 담당하는 네트워크보안제어서버의 구조와 메커니즘에 대해 구체적으로 기술한다.

Recently a Wide Chord Tip (WCT) propeller has been developed and applied to a commercial ship by STX Offshore & Shipbuilding. It is reported that the WCT propeller significantly reduces pressure fluctuations and also ship's noise and vibration. On the sea trial, vibration magnitude in the accommodations at NCR was measured at 0.9mm/sec which is only 10% of international allowable magnitude of vibration (9mm/sec). In this paper, a design method for increasing performance of the marine propellers including the WCT propeller is suggested. It is described to maximize the performance of the propeller by adjusting expanded areas of the propeller blade. Results show that efficiency can be increased up to over 2% through the suggested design method.

Most of the architecture is constructed in cities. Urbanism or network, occurring in contemporary society, has changed the concept of space. For this reason, many architects now focus on the changes of the relationship between architecture and cities and the changes of modern life styles. Therefore, it is necessary for architecture, not to mention architects, to find out new design methods that are able to respond to the changes. This study starts form the thought that MVRDV, the group of architects in the Netherlands, makes a design in the process, connected with contemporary society, cities, informations, and techniques. The purpose of this study is that bring to light the MVRDV's way to design, datascape, as a new design method.

It has found that the using library base on criteria of a foreign country resulted in problem of reliability. In order to obtain reliable result, it was necessary to develop the simulation input library based on domestic condition. So, this study was conducted for making the library in accordance with domestic condition when doing simulation modeling about the exist and new buildings. The range of library were consist of material, facility systems, schedules and weather data. And Energy Plus program was used when making library. We hope that the developed library will contribute to reliability when simulating exist and new buildings.

Recently, fire resistance of high performance concrete for explosive spatting was issued as high performance concrete was vulnerable to the explosive spatting in initial fire. Therefore, This study is willing to propose fundamental data for quick and accurate diagnosis of deteriorated concrete structure by fire damage with making variable concrete test specimen, exposing high temperature environment, observing the explosive spatting and examining engineering property.

This paper presents the experimental results on slamming phenomenon. The air pressure cylinder was used to ensure repeatability of the impact. The results showed that the adopted experimental technique was excellent in terms of repeatability, compared to that of the free drop tests. The pressure time histories, magnitude of peak pressure and the behavior of jetspray were obtained. The flat specimen was tested for various incident angles. To estimate the incident speed of the specimen, a high-speed camera was used. The high-speed camera was also a useful tool in understanding the behavior.

The Mission environment of UGV(Unmanned Ground Vehicle) has a complexity and variety, and the status of system and sensor is dependent on the environment factors such as operation time, the weather and road type. It is necessary for UGV to cope adaptively with the various mission types, operation modes and operation environment as human operators do. To satisfy this necessity, we present an autonomy manager based on the autonomous architecture. In this paper, we design a path planning software architecture and LPP manager by using open autonomous architecture which is previously designed by ADD. Field test is conducted with UGV in order to verify the performance of LPP Manager based on the Autonomous Architecture with scenarios.

본 논문에서는 실시간으로 컴퓨터 생성 홀로그램을 생성할 수 있는 VLSI 구조를 제안하고 하드웨어로 구현하였다. 고속으로 디지털 홀로그램을 생성할 수 있는 수정된 알고리즘을 도입하고, 하드웨어 구현을 위해 재해석하였다. 수치 및 시각적인 정밀도 분석으로부터 하드웨어 내부의 비트 너비를 구하였다. CGH 알고리즘의 분석과 정밀도 분석 결과부터 CGH 셀의 구조를 제안하였다. CGH 셀의 구조와 알고리즘의 특성으로부터 동작 순서를 분석하였고, 파이프라인 구조와 동작적인 타이밍을 제안하였다.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate various means of wind power turbines installation in the Korean west-south wind farm (Test bed 100 MW, Demonstrate site 400 MW). We presented the marine environment of the southwest offshore wind farm in order to decide the appropriate installation vessel to be used in this site. The various vessels would be WTIV (Wind turbine installation vessel), jack-up barge, or floating crane ${\cdots}$ etc. We analyzed the installation cost of offshore wind turbine and the transportation duration for each vessel. The analysis results showed the most suitable installation means for offshore wind turbine in the Korean west-south wind farm.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the Site layout of Buddhist Architicture by water space of landscape architecture. As a result, the following fact is identified; We knew that land scape of Buddhist Architecture is intentional device. Example from the Tong-do Temple, it leads cleary the intention of water-space. The case of Tong-do Temple, water space is divided into Yeon-ji(lotus pond) and the Yeong-gi(shadow pond) and Gye-ryu(mountain stream). The viewing intention of Gu-Ryong-ji where Yong-ji the construction intention characteristic is positive it was intended there is a possibility of knowing. From the research which it sees it is limited in case of the Tong-do Temple tries to search a concrete instance. but on this outside many multiple architectural space uses water space and It creates the space where it leads the harmony of architecture and intention it was plentifully included.
