prenatal and postanatal study on pranoprofen, as an antiinflammatory agent, was conducted by oral administration in Sprague-Dawley pregnancy rats from day 17 of gestation to day 21 of after delivery. Pranoprofen was intubated doses of 1.0, 2.5 and 5.0 mg/kg/day and dose of 5.0mg/kg/day of Indomethacin was used as positive control. After delivery, several study indexes such as length of gestation, No. of implantations, No. of live pups, No. of perinatal deaths, sex ratio and No. of malformation were checked and then all the newborns were feeded and investigated physical and behavioral changes.

온실가스 가운데 하나인 이산화탄소를 활용하기 위한 연구의 일환으로 프로필렌옥사이드와 사이클로헥신옥사이드, 그리고 이산화탄소를 원료로 하고 zinc glutarate를 촉매로 하여 여러가지 조성의 삼원공중합체가 합성되었다. 이고분자는 FT-IR, $^1H$-NMR, DSC을 이용하여 분석되었고, 이들의 유리전이온도는 poly(alkylene carbonate)의 두성분의 질량비와 일정한 관계를 가지며 Fox식과 비교적 일치함을 확인하였다.

Nonsteriodal antiinflammatory drugs(NSAIDs) are widely used to treat pain. fever, and inflammatory conditions including osteoarthritis. However, gastrointestinal (GI) and renal toxicity were related to common NSAIDs limits their usefulness because NSAIDs inhibit not only COX-2 associated with anti-inflammatory activity. but also COX-1 accompanied with side effects in the stomach and kidney. Korean Traditional Confectionary is a part of our traditional culture taking a great part in our food culture for a while. However, it is now barely maintaining its name. In this research, a new consumption trend 'Well-being' is adopted to suggest the ways to develop the Korean Traditional Confectionary industry. This research intends to find out what effects the 'Well-being' trend, which originated from interest in health, have on Korean Traditional Confectionary selection. A survey includes the questions about the Well-being trend, selection and uses of Korean Traditional Confectionary, and demographic data. This research conducted analysis on 249 people who have used Korean Traditional Confectionary in Busan and Kyeongnam Province to find out effects of the Well-being trend on Korean Traditional Confectionary selection. This empirical study showed that the Well-being trend has some effects on Korean Traditional Confectionary selection while it has the greatest effects on healthy properties and commercial values of Korean Traditional Confectionary.

The purpose of this study was to design rural kitchen furnitures. Thirty seven rural houses were selected for this study. Present and past uses of space for cooling and dining were investigated by a field survey method. The Major findings were that ; 1) Sink, mixing, and range centers should be installed in rural kitchen 2) The depth of working center, 550-600mm was recommended. And working space cold be added by 150mm in depth and 100mm in height. The height of working center, 820mm-850mm was recommended . The minimum width of sink was 900 mm and the optimum one was 1200mm. The optimum width of mixing center and cooking center were 600m respectively 3) In the low ceiling of kitchen or the wooden structure of kitchen, a wall cabinet without upper cupboard was recommended. On the basis of the results, four types of rural kitchen furnitures is proposed.
