This thesis improved the DB building process for IEEE conference proceedings that is being serviced in National Digital Science Library(NDSL) of KISTI and implemented the resulting system. Raw data format provided by the each publisher is different and change from time to time, so NDSL have to analyze and fix the programming. And it causes the service delays. This paper modularize the program to minimize dependence on the program due to the changes of raw data format.

MeOH extract of Gastrodia elata was fractionated to five solvent fractions, hexane fr (fr I), 90% MeOH fr (fr II), EtOAc fr (fr III), BuOH fr (fr IV) and $H_2O$ fr (fr V). Among the five fractions, fr II, III and IV showed platelet anti-aggregating effects against ADP or collagen induced rat platelet aggregation in vitro. Fr II , III and IV were also tested in vivo, in the mouse and rat models of thrombosis. Oral administration of fr II, III or IV enhanced the recovery from the thrombotic shock in the mouse model of thrombosis to 32-40% from 17% of recovery with the control group of mice. Treatment with fr II, III or IV also attenuated the sudden reduction in the blood platelet count following intravenous collagen injection to rat. The above results were indicative of the presence of anti-platelet and anti-thrombotic components in this plant.

This study investigated parental perceptions and practice of filial piety and in child rearing practices regarding filial piety. The subjects of this study were 681 parents. 1) The results showed that most parents perceive, practice and teach their children the 12 virtues of filial piety. 2) There were significant differences in fathers' view (perception, practices, education) of ancestor- worship as found according to child developmental stage. The significant of difference in mother's perceptions of emotional-care, ancestor-worship and persuasion and moral training was found according to child developmental stage. The significant differences in mother's practices in moral-training, economic-support, persuation, and ancestor-worship were found according to child developmental stage. The singificant differences in mother's child-rearing in gratefulness, moral-training, emotional-care, persuasion, obedience to parents, and ancestor-worship were found according to child developmental stage. 3) Traditional child-rearing behavior has declined.

Teratological study on pranoprofen, as antiinflammatory agent, was conducted by oral intubation in Sprague-Dawley rats. Pranoprofen was administered doses of 1.0, 2.5 and 5.0mg/kg/day and doze of 0.5mg/kg/day of Indomethacin was used as positive control. The rats were dosed from day 7 to 17 of gestation. At necropsy on day 20 of gestation, pathologically changes of gastroin-testinal system, liver and adrenal gland were examined at the high dose administered group. There were no differences between control and treated group on the number of implantations, the number of alive and dead fetuses, tail length, and external visceral and skeletal malformations.

A case of hepatic hemangioma is presented in which blood pool imaging by $^{99m}Tc$-HSA provided a definite diagnostic clue. Cavernous hemangiomas are the most common benign tumor of the liver. But the majority of them are asymptomatic and are found incidentally at laparotomy or autopsy. Selective hepatic arteriogrophy has been the most helpful technique for the preoperative diagnosis. Recently radioisotope scan and ultrasonogram proved to be a new, definite and non-invasive diagnostic procedure.

Nonvolatile ferroelectric poly(vinylidene fluoride-co-trifluoroethylene) memory based on an organic thin-film transistor with inkjet-printed dodecyl-substituted thienylenevinylene-thiophene copolymer (PC12TV12T) as the active layer is developed. The memory window is 4.5 V with a gate voltage sweep of -12.5 V to 12.5 V. The field effect mobility, on/off ratio, and gate leakage current are 0.1 $cm^2/Vs$, $10^5$, and $10^{-10}$ A, respectively. Although the retention behaviors should be improved and optimized, the obtained characteristics are very promising for future flexible electronics.

The goal of this study is to suggest the models for establishing the collaborative repository for public libraries in Korea. For this purpose, author analyzed the collection space shortage of public libraries, priority of establishment of collaborative repositories by province, key functions and practices to accomplish, and a desirable location. And based on these analysis results, author proposed the basic principles and architectural scales of the collaborative repositories, transfer criteria and ownership of public library' collection, desirable management and operation unit of the collaborative repository. Therefore, the government and all of metropolitan must establish the collaborative repositories as soon as possible.

차세대 기술과 접목된 교육용콘텐츠의 다양한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 현재 디지털교과서가 연구학교를 중심으로 실험 및 적용 단계에 있으나 학습내용이 고정적이고 제한된 콘텐츠만을 제공하기 때문에 학생들의 흥미와 몰입감 및 학습효과에서 부족한 부분이 많다. 이를 해결하기 위해서는 증감형 콘텐츠를 설계하여 학생들의 흥미와 몰입감 및 상호작용을 높여야 한다고 본다. 이에 본 논문에서는 증강현실 기술을 기반으로 하여 태블릿 기반의 디지털교과서 콘텐츠로 학습을 할 때 관찰하기 어려운 가상의 정보 제공 및 부가적인 정보를 활용하며 상황 인지를 통해 사용자의 상황에 적합한 가이드라인이나 부가 정보를 제공받을 수 있는 차세대 교육용 콘텐츠를 설계해 보고자 한다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 디지털교과서 적용 시 효과적인 개발방안이 될 것이다.

디지털교과서 시범사업은 미래교육의 시발점으로서 다양한 장점 및 교육적 효과를 제공할 수 있다. 한편 디지털교과서 환경에서는 현실세계와 유사한 태블릿 PC 기반의 펜 스케치를 메타포로 사용하고 있으며, 디지털 잉크 기반의 이러닝은 다양한 교육적 장점을 제공할 수 있다. 그러나 현재 보급되고 있는 디지털교과서 콘텐츠는 펜 기반의 메타포를 고려하지 않은 서책형 교과서의 멀티미디어 버전 형태이며 그 결과 태블릿 PC의 본연의 기능을 충분히 활용하지 못하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 학습자가 자기주도적으로 전자 펜 기반 스케치 입력방식을 통해 문제를 해결하고 학습의 결과물을 직접 확인할 수 있는 스케치 기반의 인터페이스를 설계 및 적용하여 교수자와 학습자간의 활발한 상호작용을 제공하고자 한다. 본 연구의 결과는 온라인 교육이나 전자 책, 지능형 교육 시스템 등 상호작용이 가능한 교육용 콘텐츠 개발에 확대 적용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

This study aimed to identify factors that promote participation of rural women in community activities. A total of 466 rural women (effective recovery rate 84.6%) residing in rural areas from October 10 to October 14 in 2016 were surveyed. The main results of the study are as follows. First, the highest participation of rural women in community activities involved women farmers' organizations, which also showed the highest satisfaction. The purpose of their participation in community activities was for community service. Second, there were differences in participation among groups according to individual factors such as age, annual income, and occupation as well as value factors such as sense of community and life satisfaction. Third, with higher age and income and sense of community, rural women were more likely to participate in community activities.
