Due to the miniaturization of electrical components and assembles on signal circuits, transient overvoltages caused by switching operation or lightning surges have become more interesting concern to the field of electrical engineering. In this paper, the development of surge protective devices(SPDs) that can protect sensitive signal device on shipboard from overvoltages are described. Two kinds of SPDs are designed and tested by using a combination surge generator which can produce the standard impulse current of 8/20${\mu}s$ 2.1kA according to the IEC 61000-4-5 standard. From the simulation and experimental results, it is confirmed that the proposed SPDs have an enough protection performance with a low insertion loss and a low clamping voltage.

영산강 수계인 함평지역의 면적이 13.69ha인 논 유역에 건설기술연구원에서 개발된 수문모형인 CAT 모형을 적용하였다. 이 유역에서는 배수를 위해 플라스틱 파이프로 된 배수공을 쓰고 있으며, 배수공은 기존의 Weir Type의 물꼬와는 상이하게 Orifice 형식의 수리적 특성을 갖는다. 이러한 조건에 맞는 수문분석을 위해서 CAT 모형에 배수공을 위한 모듈이 추가되었으며, 현장 계측 자료를 이용한 적용성 평가가 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 2008년부터 2010년까지 대상지역 논에서 모니터링 한 강우-유출 자료를 이용하여 논에서의 물수지 분석을 위한 CAT 모형의 적용성을 평가하였다.

본 논문에서, 웹브라우져상에서 병행 객체들의 상태 정보 및 정보흐름을 보여주는 분산 병행 객체 모니터링 시스템의 설계에 관하여 기술하였다. 병행 객체는 UNIX의 쓰레드와 같이 CPU에 의해서 스케줄링 되어진다. 또한 모니터링 시스템을 설계해서, 분산환경에서의 병행 객체의 정적 및 동적정보를 수집하여, 웹브라우져상에 이 정보를 표시하고자 한다. 그리고, 설치한 모니터링 시스템을 동적 라이브러리로 구현하고, 기존의 UNIX 또는 SROS상에서 실행되도록 구현할 것이다.

Spatial information has recently been recognized as one of the major subjects of interest in information technology. With increasing variety and quantity of spatial data on the web, searching and maintaining these data are becoming a much focussed area of research. Interoperability is the key technology in solving the complexities of spatial data in web services. The problem of maintenance and searching of spatial data in an interoperable web service environment can be solved by establishing standardized metadata of spatial information. Then using the standardized metadata, catalog web services can be deployed for autonomous searching and binding of spatial data. This study investigates the international standard for spatial data metadata(ISO/TC211 19115) and deployed catalog web service based on this metadata. Various heterogeneous spatial data of Seoul Metropolitan region were then used for experimental implementation of catalog web service.

The effects of ginsenosides on the development of morphine induced tolerance and physical dependence were investigated. $Rb_1,\;Rb_2,\;Rg_1\;and\;Re$ inhibited significantly the development of morphine induced tolerance but $Rb_1\;and\;Rg_1$ showed significant inhibitory effect on the naloxone induced withdrawal jumping response. Ginsenosides inhibited the body weight decrease in physically dependent mice during multiple injection of morphine.

등푸른 생선 등에 많은 eicosapentaenoic acid(EPA, $C_{20-5}$ n-3), docosahexaenoic acid(DHA, $C_{22-6}$ n-3)등의 n-3계 지방산은 순환기 계통 질환의 위험인자를 제거해 주거나 혈청내 지질 구성이나 혈소판응집 기능에 변화를 주어 동맥경화증에 유익한 효과를 나타낸다고 알려져 있다. 특히 DHA는 망막 및 두뇌 인지질의 구성성분으로 실험동물의 학습능을 비롯한 뇌기능 향상에 기여한다고 한다. (중략)략)략)

This paper is proposed the optimal switching pattern of sleeted harmonic elimination (SHE PWM). It defined harmonic elimination band (HBE) to find the solution of Constant Voltage (CV), and sought all solutions which we are included HEB. Then, it calculated generalised klirr factor (GKF) by this solution and decided optimal switching pattern, used as initial conditions of newton raphson (NR) method to decide switching pattern at variable voltage (W). This strategy is applied to 1HP three phase induction motor. From the result, the validity of theoretical proposition can be verified.

Partial discharge(PD) tests were performed both when the pumped storage generator(rated 13.8kV and 220MVA) was on-line and off-line. This generator has been equipped with 12 bus coupler sensors in directional mode. PD tests were conducted using partial discharge analyzer(PDA), partial discharge meter(PDM) and digital partial discharge detector. PDA showed that the patterns of the normalized quantity number(NQN) and the partial discharge magnitude are in accord with on-line and off-line. The insulation condition was estimated by diagnostic tests(off-line) such as PD magnitude and dissipation factor.

This paper presents a approach to the adaptive control of nonminimum-phase continuous-time systems. It is shown that pole-zero cancellations can be avoided by using approximate inverse systems. The computer simulation results are presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
