Ultraviolet-nanoimprint lithography (UV-NIL) is promising technology for cost effectively defining micro/nano scale structure at room temperature and low pressure. In addition, this technology is fascinating because of it's possibility for high-throughput patterning without complex processes. However, to acquire good micro/nano patterns using this technology, there are some challenges such as uniformity and fidelity of patterns, etc. In this paper, we have focused on uniform contact mechanism and performed contact mechanics analysis. The dimension of the flexible sheet to get adequate uniform contact area has been obtained from contact mechanics simulation. Based on this analysis, we have made a uniform pressurizing device and confirmed its uniform pressurized zone using a pressure sensing paper.

본 연구에서는 우수유출저감시설 중 침투형 집수정의 효과를 규명하기 위하여 성남, 오산, 청주지역에 설치된 시범시설에서 실시간으로 현장계측을 수행하고 이들 자료를 분석하여 그 효과를 정량화하였다. 현장 강우자료와 수위 자료를 토대로 자 지점에 설치된 일반집수정과 침투집수정에서의 강우량에 따른 유출량을 비교하여 유출저감율과 첨두유량저감율을 총강우량, 평균10분강우강도, 최대10분강우강도에 따라서 각각 비교 분석하였다. 각 지점의 현장자료를 통하여 침투집수정의 강우량에 따른 유출량을 일반집수정과 비교한 결과 1개의 침투집수정이 평균 70%의 총유출량저감율과 40∼70%의 첨두유량 저감효과를 나타내었다.

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to report 4 cases of shoulder pain treated by Ligamentum Pharmacopuncture. Methods : This study on shoulder pain was carried out on 4 patients who were treated at Department of Acupuncture & Moxibusition, Dongshin University, Korean Medicine Hospital from May 2016 to July 2016. All patients were treated 2~3 times based on the patient's condition. To evaluate change of pain and function, we used Shoulder Pain and Disability Index(SPADI), Numeric Rating Scale(NRS) and Range Of Motion(ROM). Evaluations were made at baseline and one week and two weeks after treatment. Results : There was remarkable improvement in SPADI, NRS and ROM. Conclusions : This study suggested the possibility that the ligamentum pharmacopuncture therapy may be useful for the treatment of shoulder pain. Follow-up study is needed.

The purpose of this study are to insure flow rate for rural stream in the rural area. The analysis of drying stream characteristics for two streams(Bong-mu, Wang-jang stream) from field survey data. Also, a study area has been determined, and criteria of estimation has been established : criteria such as, available hydrological data, the size of stream lengths and basin areas and regional characteristics. The spacial analysis is applied to stream slopes for upstream and downstream at weirs, stream networks and ground water pump stations, sinuosity of drying stream. As a result of drying streams survey analysis, drying stream characteristics are followed; levee types are earth and natural, cross sectional shapes are trapezoid, stream bed materials are gravels and sands, facilities in streams are weirs. The cause of the reduction analyzed by investigation of the current status of facilities for agricultural water use. Agricultural reservoirs block up the stream and water does not flow over the reservoirs except by storm. They also discharge water through diversion channels and the water diverted does not flow through the natural stream. Farmers directly take water from the stream by weirs.

본 논문에서는 실시간으로 다채널의 카메라에서 입력되는 영상을 동시에 압축 및 복원할 수 있는 PC 기반의 DVR (Digital Video Recording) 시스템을 위한 MPEG-4 방식의 코덱을 구현하고자 한다. 현재까지의 일반적인 압축 방식은 화상회의 용도의 H.263, VCD 화질의 MPEG-1, DVD급 화질인 MPEG-2가 널리 적용되고 있다. 하지만 이러한 방법들은 저장 데이터의 양이 커서 효율적인 저장이 어렵다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하면서 실시간적으로 다채널 영상 데이터 저장이 가능한 MPEG-4 압축 방식을 적용한 코덱을 제작한다.

In this study, the veridical efficacy of an aquatic disinfectant tablet composed to calcium hypochlorite against red sea bream iridovirus (RBIV). A veridical efficacy was determined with the viability of RBIV contacted with the disinfectant in viral stock cultured in fat head minnow cell line. An aquatic disinfectant tablet and RBIV were reacted on the distilled water (DW), hard water (HW) or organic matter suspension (OM) condition. On DW and HW condition, RBIV was inactivated with 25,000 fold dilutions of an aquatic disinfectant tablet. With the investigation of the antiviral effect of the disinfectant on OM condition, RBIV was inactivated on 22,000 fold dilutions of an aquatic disinfectant tablet. As an aquatic disinfectant tablet possesses veridical efficacy against RBIV, the disinfectant solution can be used to limit the spread of cultured marine fish viral disease.

최근 국제적으로 지진 발생 규모가 증대하고 있으며, 우리나라를 비롯한 많은 나라에서 구조물 및 주요 시설물에 대한 내진설계에 관심이 증대되고 있다. 지진방재는 건물자체의 안전성뿐만 아니라 내부설비 및 소장품에 대한 안전성까지 종합적으로 검토되어야 하며 이를 위한 대책이 필요한 실정이다. 본 연구의 주요목적은 예측 불가한 자연재해인 지진에 대해 일반적인 면진성능을 갖는 기초격리장치로서의 기능을 충실히 수행할 수 있는지를 확인하기 위하여 면진장치를 사용한 구조물의 면진효과를 검증하는 것이다. 또한 설계된 스프링의 탄성계수에 따른 실제 지진 시 응답의 차이를 알아보기 위하여 공진실험 및 진동대 실험을 실시하여 면진테이블 시스템의 면진성능을 평가하였다. 진동대 실험은 미국 "NEBS Requirements"에서 규정하는 요구응답스펙트럼에 상응하는 임의 지진파를 적용하였고 각각 x축과 z축 가진 후, x-y-z 축을 동시에 가진하여 수행하였다. 시험응답스펙트럼(Test Response Spectrum)은 요구응답스펙트럼(RRS)에 포락하도록 시험하여 최대가속도는 x축 방향 가진 시 90%의 감쇠효과가 나타났으며, 3축 방향 가진 시 x축 방향은 58%, y축 방향은 31%의 감쇠효과가 나타났다. 최대상대변위는 설계스트로크 140mm에 대하여 최대 85.54mm의 변위가 발생하여 안정적인 거동을 나타내었다. 본 연구에서 제안한 면진테이블 시스템은 중요 첨단장비 및 문화재 등의 전도 및 파괴를 방지하는 데 효과적일 것으로 판단된다.
