In summary, we have demonstrated soft lithographic application of HA (or polysaccharides in general) by means of ${\mu}CP$ and molding and constructed well-defined patterns of proteins and cells of various substrates including glass, silicon dioxides, poly(HEMA), polystyrene culture dishes, and biodegradable PLGA. These results suggest that HA could be used as a general platform on hydrophilic substrates.

One-Drop-Filling (ODF) process is an advanced vacuum filling process in LCoS manufacture line. The merits not only increase the throughput of liquid crystal filling process but also reduce the number of equipments. Studying application of ODF process in LCoS panel manufacturing is the purpose of is this article. The accuracy of liquid crystal drop size, the stability of seal dispensing and the nozzle size etc. In the tiny panel manufacture are more important than those factors in normal panel manufacture.

Adjustable reflective color gamut RGBW transflective liquid crystal display (ARC RGBW TRLCD) applied simple manufacture process and image processing algorithm to achieve high brightness and good color performance both in transmissive and reflective mode. With appropriate modification higher transmittance but no color distortion happens in transmissive mode. Moreover, base on superior reflectance total brightness and color gamut also can be modified under different ambience. It provides the flexibility not only for any environments but also for variant personal hobbies. It is the best technique used both at indoor and outdoor.

In end milling processes, characterized by use of rotating tools, the underformed chip thickness varies periodically with the phase change of tool. In current study, as a new approach to analyse shear behaviors In the shear plane and chip-tool friction behavior chip-tool contact region during an end milling process. In this approach, an up-end milling process is transformed into an equivalent oblique cutting process. Experimental investigations for two sets of cutting tests i.e.. up-end milling and the equivalent oblique cutting test were performed to verify the presented model.

The paper will present chip formation mechanism and surface integrity generation mechanism based on the systematical experimental tests. Some basic factors such as the end milling cutter tooth number, cutting forces, cutting temperature, cutting vibration, the chip status, the surface roughness, the hardness distribution and the metallographic texture of the machined surface layer are involved. the chip formation mechanism is typical thermal plastic shear localization at high cutting speed with less number og shear ribbons and bigger shear angle than at low speed, which means lack of chip deformation. The high cutting speed with much more cutting teeth will be beneficial to the reduction of cutting forces, enlarge machining stability region, depression of temperature increment, auti-fatigability as well as surface roughness. The burrs always exists both at low cutting speed and at high cutting speed. So the deburr process should be arranged for milling titanium alloy in any case.

Twenty novel tetramic acid derivatives (E)-3-(1-(alkyloxyamino)ethylidene)-1-alkylpyrrolidine-2,4-diones were synthesized by the reaction of 3-(1-hydroxyethylidene)pyrrolidine-2,4-diones with O-alkyl hydroxylamines. The title compounds were confirmed by IR, $^1H$ NMR, MS and elemental analysis. The structure of compound 6r was further verified by X-ray diffraction crystallography. The bioassays showed that most of the title compounds exhibited noticeable herbicidal and fungicidal activities.

A suspicious meningococcal meningitis death case was reported to the Beijing CDC. The blood specimen was analyzed via multi-PCR and MLST. 6 isolates from close contacts were analyzed via PFGE and MLST. According to the results of the above analyses, the cause of this case was identified as a serogroup A Neisseria meningitidis, which, in terms of sequence typing, belonged the ST7 group.

Ancient Chinese mathematics education has a long history of more than 3,000 years, and many excellent mathematicians have been fostered. However, the systematic framework for teaching mathematics should be considered to be started from the Zhou Dynasty. In this paper, we examined the educational goals, trainees(learners), providers(educators), and contents in mathematics education in the ancient Chinese Zhou Han Dynasty, Tang Dynasty and Song Dynasty.
