농촌문화관광의 구성요소가 농산물 이미지에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Rural Cultural Tourism on the Image of Agricultural Products)

  • 본 연구는 농촌관광객을 대상으로 농촌문화관광요소가 농산물브랜드 이미지에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였으며, 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 하드웨어 요소는 부분적으로 농산물 브랜드 이미지에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 소프트웨어 요소는 부분적으로 농산물 브랜드 이미지에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 인적자원 요소는 부분적으로 농산물 브랜드 이미지에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 통해 농산물 브랜드 이미지에 영향을 미치는 각각의 농촌문화관광요소에 대해 다양한 전략을 개발하여 농촌문화관광의 활성화 전략개발 등이 이루어져야 할 것이다.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 중국인 관광객을 대상으로 관광동기에 따른 관광지 선택속성의 차이 및 만족에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였으며, 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 관광동기에 따라 관광지 선택속성에는 부분적으로 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 관광동기는 만족에 부분적으로 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 중국인 관광객의 관광동기와 선택속성, 만족간의 관계를 실증적으로 분석했다는 것에서 의의를 찾을 수 있다. 연구결과를 통한 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 향후 중국인 관광객의 방문을 확대하기 위해서는 관광동기에 따라 특성화된 관광지 개발이 이루어져야 할 것이다. 둘째, 중국인관광객의 만족도를 향상시기키 위해서는 관광동기에 맞는 콘텐츠 개발이 이루어져야 할 것이다.

효소를 이용한 크라프트펄프의 무감소표백-신갈나무 크라프트펄프- (Elemental Chlorine free Bleaching of Kraft Pulps with Enzymes( I )-Oakwood Kraft Pulp-)

  • This study was carried out to bleach the Oakwood kraft pulp without the elemental chlorine using the xylanase or wastewater(We : wastewater enzymes) effluented from the submerged biofilter reactor containing the fungi, Phanerorhaete sordida YK-624. So in this research, the proper treatment conditions (pH, temperature, dosage and time) were investigated respectively. And after the various kinds of multistage bleaching of pulps, the properties of pulps were tested. From the experimental results, we can conclude as follows. In the treatments of Oakwood kraft pulps with xylanase, the proper pH, temperature, enzyme dosage and time were 8.0, $35^{\circ}C$ , 400 EXU/kg and 1 hr. respectively. And in the case of treatment with a wastewater(We) effluented from the submerged biofilter reactor, the proper pH, temperature and time were 5.5, $37^{\circ}C$ and 2 hr. respectively. On the other hand, Oakwood kraft pulps were bleached by the method of a multistage bleaching using xylanase or We instead of elemental chlorine Consequently the strengthes and brightnesses of pulps bleached by the method mentioned above were lower than those of pulp bleached by the conventional method using the elemental chlorine. But it is possible to improve the brightnesses through the increase of chlorine dioxide dosage or use of hydrogen peroxide in the final bleaching stage.

  • This study was carried out to bleach the Pinewood kraft pulp without the elemental chlorine using the xylanase or wastewater(We:wastewater enzymes) effluented from the submerged biofilter reactor containing the fungi, Phanerochaete sordida YK-624. 한방초콩환의 제조단계에 따른 추출물의 생리활성 변화 (Changes in Biological Activities of Extracts from Herbal Chokong Pills by Manufacturing Stages)

  • Objectives : This study was conducted to evaluate the antioxidative and anticancer activity of the water and ethanol extracts from pickled soybean products by manufacturing stage. Methods : Yakkong (YK) was pickled for 15 days to prepare Chokong (CK) and Chokong pills (CKP) were mixed Chokong (CK) powder with vinegar. Herbal Chokong pills (HCKP) were made by addition five kinds of medicinal herbs to Chokong. Pickled soybean products by each manufacturing process were extracted with distilled water and 70% ethanol, and the extracts were tested for their antioxidative and anticancer activities. Results : The highest electron donating abilities (EDA) of the water and ethanol extracts were from HCKP among pickled soybean products and those were 81.2% and 91.5% at 1,000 $\mu$g/mL, respectively. The ethanol extracts of pickled soybean products had higher activities of EDA and superoxide dismutase (SOD) than water extracts. The highest anticancer activity was the water extracts of HCKP against both of MDA and A549 cells. Conclusions : These results suggest that herbal Chokong pills (HCKP) can be used as natural antioxidant to prevent oxidative damage in normal cells probably because of their antioxidative characteristics.

Glucose-diethyldithiocarbamate가 흰쥐의 약물 대사 효소에 미치는 영향 연구 (Effect of Glucose-diethyldithiocarbamate on Drug Metabolizing Enzymes in Rats)

  • The modulation of cytochrome P450(P450) activities and glutathione S-transferase (GST) was investigated after i.p. administration of glucose-diethyldithiocarbamate (Glu-DDTC) to rats. P450 1 A2 and 2El activities were inhibited by 60% 4 hr after the administration of 200 mg Glu-DDTC/kg and those activities were recovered to original levels 24 hr after dosing. In contrast, GST activities were enhanced up to 24 hr after dosing. These results seem to be due to the bifunctional activity of Glu-DDTC. Glu-DDTC acts as an inhibitor of P450 enzymes as well as inducer of GST enzyme. Glu-DDTC inhibited PNP hydroxylation (P450 2El) and ethoxycoumarin O-deethylation (P450 1A2) in a dose-dependent manner up to 200 mg/kg wherease it did not affect testosterone 6$\beta$-hydroxylation (P450 3A) and pentoxyresorufin O-dealkylation (P450 2B) activities. Induction of GST activity toward 1-chloro-2,4-dinitrobenzene (CDNB) and 1,2-dichloro-4-nitrobenzenen (DCNB) was dependent on the dose of Glu-DDTC and no species difference in the GST induction was seen between rat and mouse. Amoung GST subunits, Ya, Yb1 and partially Yb2 were induced by Glu-DDTC as conjugated by western blotting. The levels Yp, Yk and Yc subunits were not affected by Glu-DDTC treatment. Therefore the enhanced activity of GST toward CDNB and DCNB might be due to the induction of Ya, Ybl and partially Yb2 subunits. In conclusion, Glu-DDTC selectively inhibited P45O 1A2 and P450 2El activities whereas it enhanced Ya, Ybl subunits and partially Yb2 subunits of GST and the antimutagenic activity of this compound might be attributed from the modulation of these enzyme activities in animals.

Variation of Mineral Compositions in the Regional, Varietal, and Seasonal Mulberry Leaves

  • This study was carried out to investigate the mineral content in the regional, varietal and seasonal mulberry leaves. On average, mulberry leaf samples contained minerals in the order of potassiumi phosphorus, calcium, magnesium, iron and so on (2.494 g/100 g, 2.255 g/100 g, 1.835 g/100 g, 0.627 g/100 g, 0.0245 g/100 g DW, respectively). Calcium content was 19-fold and 4-fold higher than that of green tea and spinach, respectively, suggesting that mulberry loaves appear to be a calcium-rich food source. In the comparison of geographic samples of Cheongilppong variety, calcium bevel was highest in Youngchun sample (2.477 g/100 g) and highest potassium level in Suwon sample (2.962 g/100 g). In the geographic samples of YK209 variety, Jinju-City sample was highest in calcium content (1.509 g/100 g). Among wild mulberry loaves collected from Cheju Island and Tsushima, potassium level was highest in Bongge-dong, Cheiu City (3.865 g/100 g) and calcium level in Mitshshima Town, Tsushima (2.948 g/100 g). In the comparison of varietal samples collected in Suwon at the mulberry field of Dept. of Sericulture & entomology, Shinkwangppong variety was highest in the potassium levels although Keryangppong and Shinkwangppong were higher in calcium revel. In the comparison of seasonal samples of Cheongilppong, there was a rough trend of increase in some minerals up to July (e.g., calcium rind )potassium). Finding of the highest calcium and potassium contents in the wild mulberry (3.865 g/100 g and 2.948 g/100 g, respectively) rather than in the cultivated ones warrant that more focus should be paid to wild mulberry leaves to utilize their minerals effciently.

한국산 쌍뾰족혹히드라(히드라충강, 종히드라과)의 생활사 (Life History of Obelia bicuspidata Clarke, 1875(Hydrozoa, Campanulariidae)in Korea)

  • 작약도에서 서식하고 있는 쌍뾰족혹히드라(Obelia bicuspidata Clarke, 1875)의 생활사를 서식지와 실험실에서 조사하였다. 쌍뾰족혹히드라는 종히드라과(Campanulariidae)에 속하고 주로 뻘 해안에 있는 작은 바위 또는 굴의 패각에 부착한다. 해파리를 방출하며 해파리 눈(medusa buds)은 일년에 2번, 즉 3월과 6월 사이, 9월과 10월 사이에 발달한다. 폴립 성장의 최적온도는 4-8$^{\circ}C$로 나타났고 수온이 9$^{\circ}C$이상으로 올라가면 퇴화하기 시작하여 수표면 온도가 약 25一되는 8월에는 히드라협이 모두 퇴화하는 것으로 나타났다. 해파리는 작고 폴립에서 방출된 후 약 9일 후 생식선이 발달하였다. 본 연구에서 쌍뾰족혹히드라는 냉수성 종으로 판명되었다.

지역축제 체험마케팅이 관계지향성에 미치는 영향 -청주국제공예비엔날레를 중심으로- (The Effect of Experiential Marketing on Relationship Orientation in Local Festival -Focus on the Cheongju International Craft Binennale-)

  • 본 연구는 체험마케팅 요소가 관계지향성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 하였으며, 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 체험마케팅의 감성 체험, 인지 체험, 행동 체험, 관계 체험의 항목이 관계지향성에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 첫째, 향후 축제브랜드 강화를 위해 축제 체험마케팅 개발에 �옳� 하나의 새로운 자료를 제시할 수 있었다. 둘째, 축제와 체험마케팅을 적용한 새로운 연구로써, 축제와 같은 무형적 상품을 통한 체험마케팅도 관계지향성 강화에 영향을 미칠 수 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이런 결과는 학문적으로는 체험마케팅의 적용범위를 확대시킬 수 있는 근거를 제시할 수 있는 것이다. 또한 산업적으로는 축제의 마케팅 전략 및 관계지향성 전략을 수립하는데 있어 많은 시사점을 제공해 줄 수 있었다.

Regional and Varietal Variation of 1-Deoxynojirimycin (DNJ) Content in the Mulberry Leaves

  • This study was carried out to find out whether there exists any content variation in 1-deoxynojirimycin (DNJ) among regional and varietal mulberry leaves. HPLC analysis was performed for 22 samples collected from several localities in Korea and Tsushima Islands Japan. The highest content was observed in the Cheongilppong sample collected at Youngchun City, Kyungsangbuk Province (1,882.7 $\mu\textrm{g}$/g DW), whereas lowest content was observed in the Cheongilppong sample collected at Jiniu City, Kyungsangnam Province (395.65 $\mu\textrm{g}$/g DW). In the comparison of regional samples of Kaeryangppong variety, DNJ content was highest in the order of Woniu City (1,460.1) > Boungun (999.85) > Hweongsung-gun (939.12) > Cheongju City (688.78). In case of Cheongilppong, DNJ content was highest in the order of Youngchun City (1.882.8) > Sanchung-gun (1,125.3) > Sunchon City (649.17) > Byunsan-myon (441.54) > Jinju City (395.65). Average content of regional samples was higher in Kaeryangppong (1,021.7 $\mu\textrm{g}$/g DW) than that of Cheongilppong (898.87 $\mu\textrm{g}$/g DW). Average DNJ content of the wild mulberry loaves collected from Cheju Island and Tsushima Island (1,012.9$\mu\textrm{g}$/g DW) was high enough to reach to that of the regional Kaeryangppong samples. In the comparison among varietal samples collected in Suwon, the highest DNJ content was observed in YK209 (768.16 $\mu\textrm{g}$/g DW), amongst overall low DNJ content of the varietal samples. Considering a few pieces of information from our data, DNJ content appears not to be influenced solely by annual temperature of the planted areas.
