본 연구에서 개발된 XR 게임은 이중 재활을 지원하는 핵심 도구로서 설계되었으며, 향기 분출 기능 또한 포함하고 있어 향기 치료까지 가능하도록 확장되었다. 이 프로그램은 사용자의 데이터를 세심하게 분석하여, 각 개개인의 진전을 지속적으로 추적할 수 있다. 더불어, 사용자는 과거와 현재의 데이터를 비교하고 분석하여, 지속적인 자기 개선을 위한 방향을 찾을 수 있다.

2018년도부터 국내에서 많이 알려진 Volumetric Video(이하 볼류메트릭 비디오)는 지난 몇 년간 지속적인 개발과 변화를 해왔고 최근에는 데이터의 생성 방법을 보다 쉽고 가볍게 만드는 기술이 도입되면서 아직 대중적으로 보편화된 시스템은 아니지만 지속 성장을 하고 있다. 본 논고에서는 실제 사람을 기반으로 만든 볼류메트릭 비디오와 최근 국내외에서 많이 활용되고 있는 LED Wall을 이용한 ICFVX(In Camera VFX), XR Stage와 연계한 콘텐츠 제작 사례를 중심으로 볼류메트릭 비디오의 디지털 휴먼으로서 활용도와 더 나아가 게임엔진 기반의 가상 공간에서의 볼류메트릭 비디오 기술 적용 확대에 대하여 살펴본다.

디지털화된 멀티미디어 컨텐츠는 고속의 디지털 네트워크를 통해 제작자로부터 소비자에게 직접 전달되는 형태로 변화하고 있으며, 아울러 디지털 컨텐츠를 보호하기 위한 저작권의 보호라는 커다란 문제와 직면하여 이를 보호하고 디지털 컨텐츠를 활성화하기 위한 노력이 한창 진행 중이다. 또한, 보다 효율적인 체계로의 변화를 요구하고 있는 상황에서 디지털 컨텐츠 분야의 비즈니스에 사용 될 기본적인 매개체인 저작권 문서의 효율성이 강조되고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 컨텐츠를 제공하는 특정 시스템에 머무르지 않고 같은 목적을 가진 타 시스템과 컨텐츠를 공유하기 위한 범용적인 비즈니스 모델의 설계가 요구되고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 범용 디지털 컨텐츠에 적용 가능한 비즈니스 모델을 설계하였으며 설계된 비즈니스 모델에 따른 저작권 문서 편집 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다.

본 논문에서는 무손실 영상 압축에서 쓰이는 변형된 정수 변환들을 설명하고 이를 2차원으로 확장한 것에 대한 성능 분석을 제시한다. 변형된 정수 변환들은 2차원으로 확장하는 방법에 따라서 그 성능 및 복잡도가 다른 면이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 분리 가능한 형태로 확장한 변형 H.264 정수 변환 및 리프팅 구조를 이용한 가역 정수 변환과 분리 가능하지 않은 형태로 확장한 JPEG XR의 PCT변환에 대한 성능 및 복잡도를 비교 분석하여 제시하고, 이에 관련된 실험 결과를 제공한다. 실험 결과는 리프팅 구조를 이용하여 변형된 가역 정수 변환을 분리 가능한 형태로 확장하는 방법이 압축 효율면에서 가장 우수함을 보여준다.

Adverse drug reactions are very common in clinical practice, and skin is one of the most frequent organs for adverse drug reactions. We report a case of a 71-year-old male patient who developed skin eruptions after switching formulation of quetiapine immediate release(IR) to quetiapine extended release(XR). He had been taking quetiapine IR(400mg/day) for treatment of manic episode which was developed one year ago. The patient showed great improvement of symptoms after taking quetiapine IR for about one year, thus dosage of medication was reduced to 50mg/day on the average. Unfortunately dose reduction has tended to worsen symptoms, so dose of quetiapine was increased again to 200mg/day with formulation changes to XR. Two days after he took new formulation, erythematous papules were occurred over his anterior neck and ventral side of left wrist. As he stopped quetiapine XR, the skin lesions gradually subsided. And he was successfully treated with readministration of quetiapine IR without any skin lesions.

In this paper, we present the R&D status of ETRI's Trusted Reality (TR) project and its core technologies. ETRI's TR project focuses on the next-generation paradigm of smart phones, ETRI-TR Smart Glasses, which aims to provide the same features as those of smart phones without the involvement of any handheld device. Furthermore, they are characterized by additional features enabled by trustworthy VR/AR/MR/XR, such as privacy masking/unmasking, distributed structure of thin-client computing/networking among TR-Glasses, TR-LocalEdge, and TR-RemoteEdge, with novel see-through eyes-direct communication between IoT real/virtual objects and human eyes. Based on these core technologies of the ETRI's TR project, the human-held ETRI-TR Smart Glasses is expected to aid in the realization of XR vision with particularly more XR's safe_privacy on social life in the near future.

Digital therapy using extended reality (XR) holds great promise for addressing the mental health needs of adolescents and young adults. This study addresses a notable research gap in South Korea by systematically reviewing XR-based digital therapy for the mental health of South Korean adolescents and young adults. We analyzed 26 studies encompassing various aspects, including study type, publication date, research field, research methodology, data sources, program types, program content, sample characteristics, target population, assessment tools, and program effectiveness. Notably, 46.15% of the studies employed an experimental design, whereas over 53% utilized non-experimental approaches. Experimental studies lacked a genuine design, standardized questionnaires, and control variables. Similarly, non-experimental studies failed to report specific literature selection criteria. Consequently, future studies should adopt rigorous methodologies to enhance reliability and validity. Moreover, over 85% of the 26 studies focused solely on virtual reality and did not incorporate augmented or mixed reality. This study identifies the limitations of the previous research. These findings emphasize the need for structured investigations to advance the development of XR-based digital therapy to promote mental health in adolescents and young adults in South Korea.

복합레진은 조작이 용이하고 강도가 우수하며 중합시간이 짧고 법랑질과 상아질에 접착이 가능하며 연마성이 뛰어나고 자연스러운 색상을 나타내므로 심미적 수복에 가장 일반적으로 선택되는 재료의 하나이다. 대부분의 복합레진 kit에는 shade guide가 포함되어 있어 이를 기준으로 중합된 후의 복합레진 색조를 예상하여 선택하게 된다. 그러나 이러한 shade guide들은 대개 복합레진이 아닌 plastic으로 제조된 것으로 중합된 복합레진의 실제 색조와는 차이가 생기게 되며 결국 shade guide 자체의 문제점으로 인해 이상적인 색조선택이 어려워진다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내에 시판되고 있는 5종의 복합레진 제품을 선정하여 분광 광도계를 이용해서 shade guide와 중합된 복합레진 사이의 색조차이를 측정, 비교 연구하였다. 직경 16mm. 두께 1.6mm의 plastic mold에 5종의 광중합형 복합레진(Z100, Prisma TPH, Tetric, Silux Plus, Herculite XR)을 충전하고 응축기에 넣어 압축한 후 제조사의 지시에 따라 광중합기로 중합시킨 후 mold에서 시편을 제거하여 보관했다가 젖은 sandpaper 상에서 순차적으로 연마하였다. shade guide는 step부분을 갈아내어 복합레진 시편과 동일한 두께로 만든후 연마하였다. 분광광도계에 shade guide를 넣고 CIE illuminant D65 하에서 spectral reflectance를 측정하고 해당 색조의 복합레진 시편도 통일한 방법으로 측정하고 $L^*$, $a^*$, $b^*$값과 ${\Delta}E^*$값을 얻은후 분석하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. Z100의 D3, A3, B2 shade와 Prisma TPH의 B2 shade를 제외한 모든 시편에서 shade guide와 복합레진간에 육안으로 인지할 수 있는 색차(${\Delta}E^*$ > 1.0)가 관찰되었다. 2. 평균적으로 Z100이 가장 적은 색차를 나타내었고 Prisma TPH, Tetric, Silux Plus, Herculite XR 순으로 색차가 증가하였다. 3. Prisma TPH의 A2 shade. Tetric의 W shade. Silux Plus의 YB, U shade, Herculite XR의 L, LY shade는 ${\Delta}E^*$값이 3.3 이상으로 나타났다. 4. Z100, Prisma TPH, Tetric, Silux Plus에서는 복합레진보다 shade guide가 더 높은 $L^*$값을 보이는 경향이 나타났으며, Herculite XR에서만 복합레진이 더 높은 $L^*$값을 나타냈다. 5. 모든 시편에서 $b^*$ 값은 (+)로 관찰되었고, Z100, Prisma TPH, Tetric, Silux Plus의 shade guide는 복합레진에 비해 높은 $b^*$값을 보였다. 6. 모든 시편에서 $a^*$값은 (-)로 관찰되었고. Herculite XR 및 Silux Plus에서는 복합레진이 shade guide 에 비 해 낮은 $a^*$값을 나타냈다.
