According th expansion of computer technology and fast spread of network today, change is accelerated to electronic filing document in information carrier that use existent paper. Accord ingly, it became very important issue that create electronic filing document, and manage information that is included to electronic filing document. XML is expected to act important role in electronic commerce, electronic library, construction of point application system of imagination college and so on furthermore as well as can be complicated in Internet and ease storage of structured document data, administration, search. It is not easy work that peon makes out this XML document. This dissertation is research about edit method to make out XML document as more easy and convenient. Introduced concept that input XML document using document form for this, and separated input process by process and process that make out actuality XML document using made XML document form that make XML document form. Such detached input method can improve efficiency of XML input because can input easily XML document if use XML document form that offer input person who do not know well about XML specialist or system.

전자문서를 정의하기 위해서는 구조문서 정의가 가능한 SGML(Standard Generalized Markup Language) 및 XML(eXtensible Markup Language), 그리고 웹문서를 위한 HTML을 이용할 수 있다. 그러나 SGML은 매우 복잡한 구문을 포함하기 때문에 일반 사용자들이 쉽게 사용하기가 어렵고 HTML은 비 구조적인 문서정보 및 스타일 정보를 포함하기 때문에, 근래에 개발된 대부분의 전자문서 시스템에서는 XML을 응용하고 있다. 전자문서 시스템은 복잡한 구조의 다양한 문서들을 포함하고 있으며 이러한 문서들은 DTD를 정의하고 있기 때문에 DTD의 구조 정의 및 관리가 매우 비효율적이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 다양한 구조를 모두 표현할 수 있는 통합 DTD를 정의하고 이를 효율적으로 관리 및 처리하기 위한 폼 기반 구조문서 처리 방법을 제안한다. 통합 DTD와 폼을 통하여 사용자는 폼 단위의 문서 인스턴스만을 입력 및 편집함으로써 복잡한 DTD 구조에 독립적으로 문서를 처리할 수 있으며, 처리된 문서는 DTD에 위배되지 않는 정확한 XML 인스턴스가 된다. 또한 기존의 HTML문서를 XML로 변환하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 누구나 손쉽게 사용할 수 있는 중간단계(semi-auto)의 XML 변환시스템을 제공한다. 그 결과 본 연구에서 개발한 시스템에서는 다양하고 복잡한 문서에 대하여 효율적인 문서구조가 가능하고, XML문서를 폼을 이용하여 누구나 쉽고, 정확하게 작성할 수 있다. 그리고 웹에서 사용된 HTML 문서를, 본 연구에서 정의한 통합 DTD구조에 일치하는 XML 문서로 간단히 변환할 수 있다.

다양한 전자문서를 효율적으로 처리하기 위해서는 구조문서 정의가 가능한 SGML(Standard Generalized Markup Language)이나 XML(eXtensible Markup Language)을 이용할 수 있다[1,2]. SGML 및 XML과 같은 구조문서를 생성하기 위해서는 별도의 편집기가 필요하며 현재 다양한 제품이나 연구결과를 살펴볼 수 있다[3,4]. 그러나 기존의 입력, 편집 시스템에서는 사용자가 작성하려는 문서에 대한 구조를 숙지하여야 하는 동시에, DTD(Document Type Definition)에 대한 지식을 필요로 한다. 이를 인해 복잡한 구조의 SGML 및 XML 문서를 일반인들이 사용하기 어렵고, 작성한 결과에 대한 검증 과정이 필수적으로 요구된다. 또한 다양한 분야에서 적용 가능한 전자문서 시스템을 위해서는 효과적인 통합 DTD의 정의와 처리 방법이 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 구조화 문서에 대한 지식이 없는 일반인들도 쉽게 구조문서 작성이 가능하며, 통합적 DTD의 효율적인 처리가 가능한 Form 기반 편집 시스템의 모델을 제시하며, 특히 웹에서도 적용이 가능한 XML을 지원한다. 그 결과 본 연구에서 개발한 XML 편집 시스템은 Form 기반의 통합 DTD 처리와 XML 문서 작성 및 출력 기능, 그리고 이미지, 테이블 기능 등을 제공함으로써 누구나 쉽고 정확한 XML 문서를 작성할 수 있다.

행정기관의 전자문서는 정부의 공문서 표준 DTD 및 XML 문법에 따라 작성되고 있으나. 일반 문서와 동일하게 정부의 디렉토리시스템에 문서 단위로 저장 관리되고 있다 그러나 구조 정보를 포함하고 있는 XML 문서를 보다 효과적으로 활용하기 위해서는 논리구조 단위로 정보를 저장 관리할 필요가 있다. 본 논문은 행정기관 전자문서의 특성을 파악하여 데이터베이스로 저장할 때 적합한 모델을 제안한다. 대부분의 행정기관이 사용하고 있는 관계 데이터베이스시스템(RDBMS)을 사용하였고. 데이터 중심과 문서내용 중심의 성격을 동시에 가지는 행정기관 전자문서의 특성을 고려하였다. 제안하는 저장 모델은 메타데이터를 표현하는 부분은 정적인 테이블을 사용하여 구조정보와 내용을 항께 저장하고, 문서 내용 중심의 본문 부분은 분할하지 않고 저장하는 변형된 분할 저장 방식이다. 제안하는 저장 모델을 활용하면 기존 RDBMS로 개발된 여러 응용 시스템과의 연동이 가능하고, XML 데이터 저장/검색을 위한 새로운 데이터베이스시스템의 구입 없이 행정기관에서 XML 전자문서를 효율적으로 관리할 수 있는 장정이 있다.

This study describes the digitalization of technical documents of construction projects using database for storage and XML for exchange format on the web. First, for this purpose, the requirements for effective digitalization are identified. Second, the strategies for using database and XML are presented. These strategies include the way to store and search for the technical documents, to draw up the XML document for some parts of the technical documents, to arrange the components in their proper hierarchy, to manage the graphics and mathematical expressions in database and XML documents. Finally we discussed the validities of the results of this study by partial implementation for structural design sheets which has all the characteristics of technical documents.

Recently, XML(extensible Markup Language) Document is widely accepted as the standard for electronic documents in the electronic commerce. Therefore, a security mechanism for XML documents must be provided In the first place. ESES(ETRI Secure I-commerce Services) provides a system designed specifically for securing XML documents and existing non-XML documents that are exchanged in the Electronic Commerce and is essential to various electronic commerce platform as a fundamental system. In this paper, we provide an overview of these aspects of the ESES and design and implemented the secure I-Commerce Platform to support security services such as authentication, integrity and confidentiality for Electronic Document Interchange.

21세기는 고도의 정보화 사회가 될 것이다. 이러한 정보화의 사회의 가장 중요한 요소는 수많은 문서 정보를 전자 문서로 만들고 관리하는 것인데, 최근 들어 OIS(Office Information System), 디지털 도서관, CALS/EC 등의 다양한 응용 분야에서 일한 전자 문서의 저장, 처리, 검색이 요구되고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 다양한 전자 문서의 표준들이 나오고 있고, 그 중 차세대 전자 문서의 표준의 선두로서 XML이 대두되고 있다. 따라서 최근에는 XML 문서를 저장하고 검색하는 다양한 응용들이 개발중이고, 이러한 응용들은 XML 문서의 다양한 문서 정보를 모두 만족할 수 있는 검색 기능들을 요구하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 다양한 XML 응용들의 요구에 따라서 XML 문서가 지닌 다양한 문서 정보에 대해서 검색할 수 있는 XML 질의 언어의 개발에 목적이 있다.

The KEC XML Electronic Tax Invoice v3.0 which is a typical example of XML document was developed in 2009 according to the amendment of the Value Added Tax Law in 2008 that obliged all the corporation business to issue tax invoices electronically and submit them to the National Tax Service. The issue and submission of those tax invoices has been implemented since Jan. 2011 through a pilot test in 2010. It has some differences in aspect of standard, developing subject, technologies, and operation with the previous version of it. Above all, it is the first case of the XML document being developed based on international standard and methodologies and distributed nationally. This study aims to guide the future development of same kinds of standard XML document by arranging the development and distribution processes of XML Tax Invoice comprehensively.

전자상거래를 위한 XML 및 관련 표준은 기존의 표준을 개선하거나 새로운 표준이 워킹 드래프트로 제안되고 있는 등 계속적으로 발전되고 있다. XML이 전자상거래에서 표준화된 문서로써 사용됨에 따라 XML문선의 효율적인 작성과 유지관리를 위해 다양한 XML에디터들이 개발되고 있다. 하지만 기존 에디터들의 경우, XML문서의 유효성만 체크하면서 단순한 편지기능만을 제공해 주고 있다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 실제 XML문서를 파싱하여 데이터베이스에 저장하고 자신이 원하는 쿼리(query)를 보냄으로써 그 결과를 XML문서로 변환하여 보여주는 기능을 구현하였다. 이는 전자 상거래 뿐만 아니라 동종 업계만의 전자 문서 교환에 있어 주고 받는 XML문서를 특별히 따로 처리할 필요 없이 원한다면 바로 자신의 데이터베이스로 파싱하여 넣거나, 필요한 부분을 기존의 데이터베이스에서 쿼리하여 이를 XML문서로 변환하여 주고 받는데 용이하게 이용될 수 있다.
