Carbamate 농약에 대한 cholinesterase(ChE)활성저해 관계를 규명 하고자 in vivo와 in vitro 실험을 하였다. ChE의 최적 pH는 8.0이었다. 병아리 혈장의 ChE 활성은 기질로 acetylcholin를 사용할 경우 24.6 $\mu$mol/min/g protein이었다. in vivo에서 BPMC을 0.32 mg/kg 경구 투여한 15분 후에 ChE 활성이 60%까지 저해되었으며 그 후 12시간 후에 97% 까지 회복이 일어났다. in vitro에서 효소 활성이 50%로 저해되는데 필요한 농도인 I$_{50}$이 Phenyl N-methylcarbamate계에 XMC는 329 $\mu\textrm{g}$/$\ell$였고, metolcarb은 214 $\mu\textrm{g}$/$\ell$였다. BPMC는 111 $\mu\textrm{g}$/$\ell$, propoxur는 107 $\mu\textrm{g}$/$\ell$, isoprocarb는 104 $\mu\textrm{g}$/$\ell$이었다. Aromatic N-methylcarbamate계에 속하는 carbaryl의 I$_{50}$은 280 $\mu\textrm{g}$/$\ell$이었고, carbofuran 114 $\mu\textrm{g}$/$\ell$이었다.이었다.

JXTA는 중앙 서버를 통한 관리가 필요 없고 네트워크에 연결되어 있다면 어떤 장치든 다른 장치들과의 통신이 가능하며, 이기종 P2P시스템들과의 통신이 가능하다는 특징들이 가지고 있다. 이러한 특징을 최대한 활용하면서 서로 상이한 프로토콜과 API를 사용하여 만들어진 P2P시스템간의 상호연동을 가능하도록 하기 위한 데이터 교환 시스템을 설계하였으며, 설계된 시스템의 중요한 모듈은 생성된 요청과 요청에 대한 응답을 파싱하는데 이용하는 XML Parser Component(XPC), 적절한 요청과 응답을 생성해 내는데 사용하는 XML Making Component(XMC)의 구조를 설명한다.

A 2-dimensional search process in the time and frequency domain is required to acquire the GPS signal, when the code phase and the carrier Doppler for the specified GPS satellite signal are unknown. This paper proposes a new scheme, called Squared-D Searching Method, which can reduce the number of carrier frequency candidates, and a new scheme, named extended Multiple Correlator(XMC), which can reduce the number of code phase candidates. The Squared-D Searching Method can take the twice of Doppler frequency, therefore it can find carrier frequency candidates. The XMC is different from the general multiple correlator in that a combined form of the locally generated codes is used for despreading. Also, this paper tries to analyze a signal detection probability of a GPS receiver under more realistic environments. The result shows that lower detection probability can be obtained when the phase differences among the codes are larger in the correlation arms of a multiple correlator. This phenomenon is not easy to explain with the previous results. And besides, the result shows that proposed acquisition schemes give better performance than a conventional acquisition scheme.

N-Methylcarbamate계(系) 농약(農藥)의 잔류분석법(殘留分析法)을 확립(確立)하기 위하여 MIPC, XMC, BPMC, propoxur, carbofuran 및 carbary에 대하여 diazo화(化)에 의한 비색정량(比色定量)과 N-trifiuoroacetyl (TFA)화(化), pentafluorobenzyl ether(PFB)화(化) 및 dinitrophenyl ether (DNP)화(化)에 의한 유도체(誘導體)의 gas chromatography (ECD)法을 비교검토(比較檢討)하였다. 1) N-Methylcarbamate의 diazo화(化)에 의한 최대흡수파장(最大吸收波長)은 MIPC, XMC, BPMC, propoxur, carbofuran이 460 ㎚이었고 carbaryl은 510 ㎚이었다. 2) 비색법(比色法)에 의한 carbamate의 현미(玄米)와 사과중(中) 회수솔(回收率)은 명명(各各) $80{\sim}104%$, $98{\sim}120%$이었고, 50 g의 시료분석시(試料分析時) 최대검출한계(最大檢出限界)는 $0.03{\sim}0.05$ ppm의 범위(範圍)이었다. 3) Gas chromatography에 의한 carbamate의 분석(分析)에서는 DNP$0.01{\sim}0.2$ppm첨가시(添加時) 현미(玄米)에서 $74{\sim}94%$, 수도체(水稻體)에서 $78{\sim}93%$, 사과에서 $82{\sim}99%$의 범위(範圍)이었고 검출한계(檢出限界)는 50g의 시료분석시(試料分析時) TFA 0.01 ppm PFB 0.005ppm, DNP 0.01ppm이었다.

The effects of organophosphorus and carbamate pesticides were examined inhibition of the acetylcholinesterase activity in the chicken brain with enzyme-inhibition methods. The acetylcholinesterase activity in chicken brain determined by the Ellman method was 167 mmol/min/g protein. The optimum pH of acetycholinesterase was 8.2. $pl_{50}$ of acetycholinesterase by some organophosphorus were 3.80M of phosphorodlthioate, 4.04M of phosphorothioate, 6.33M of phosphate, and 6.60M of phosphrothiolate. pluto of acetycholinesterase by some carbamates were 5.1 OM of XMC, 5. 90M of carbofuran, 6.16M of isoprocarb, 6.30M of carbaryl, 6.47M of BPMC, and 6.77M of propoxur. pluto of carbamates selected was similar to that of phosphorothioate and phosphate organophosphates.

According to expansion of wireless communication system and mobile device, interest has been growing in personal navigation system integrated with wireless system. In portable consumer electronics, such as cellular phones, GPS and PDA, one of major design factors is the power consumption. Solutions of reducing the power dissipation are low voltage, low system clock power management and so on. This paper develops a GPS receiver based on the advanced power management algorithm that achieves very low average power consumption. Both RF and DSP chips are powered down and reactivated only when the position fixing is required. The important module of the designed Data exchange system an interworking between the P2P system which it is made we used API and the each other different protocol the possible data for replacement Data exchange system were designed this kind of a feature was to the utmost utilized may account for the XML Parser Component(XPC) which we use it parses the or about a request and the generated request, and the structure of the XML Making Component(XMC) which we use in generating the inappropriate a request and response.
