Effect of Au Additive on The Bi Site in The Bi2-δAuδSr2CaCu2O8+δ (x=0~0.15) Superconductors (Bi2-δAuδSr2CaCu2O8+δ(x = 0~0.15) 산화물고온초전도체의 Bi 위치에 Au 혼합효과)

  • Samples with the norminal composition, $Bi_{2-x}Au_xSr_2CaCu_2O_{8+\delta}$ (x = 0, 0.05. 0.1, 0.15) were prepared by the solid-state reaction method. The superconducting properties, x-ray powder diffraction patterns, critical temperature and microstructure of surface were measured the samples. x-ray patterns show the single phase(2212) nature of the samples. But, the peaks of 2201 at $2\theta=30^{\circ}$ and Au peak at $2\theta=38.31^{\circ}$ are observed in the Au additive samples. The grain sire are enlarged with the increase of x. As the result of enlargement the grain size, the onset and offset critical temperature($T_c^{on}$,$T_c^{zero}$) increased with increase of x.

  • The samples of Bi2Sr2Ca1-xNaxCu2O8+y with various carrier concentration were synthesized by substituting Na for Ca ion. The superconducting properties hall coefficients and X-ray powder diffraction were measur-ed the sampled. Single phase samples were obtained for 0$\leq$x<0.3 of Bi2Sr2Ca1-xNaxCu2O8+y In the single phase the critical temperature. {{{{ { T}_{c } }} and carrier concentration increase with the increase of Na concentration pass through a maximum and then decreases. In the range of x$\geq$0.7 to the Na doped samples however we observed the metal-semiconductor transition. The c-axis seemed to decrease and a and b-axes increase with increasing Na concentration in the single phase. Decreasing of c-axis while increasing x is due to the smaller size of {{{{ {Na}^{+1 } }} ions to the {{{{ { Ca}^{+2 } }} ions. In the range of x>0.3 however the trend becomes ambiguous due to the inclusion of the 10K phase and impurity phase.

Fabrication of Stack-Structured Gas Sensor of LaCrxCo1-xO3/Li1.3Al0.3Ti1.7(PO4)3 and Its NOx Sensing Properties (LaCrxCo1-xO3/Li1.3Al0.3Ti1.7(PO4)3의 적층구조를 가지는 가스센서 제조와 그의 NOx 검지특성)

  • Impedancemetric $NO_x$ (NO and $NO_2$) gas sensors were designed with a stacked-layer structure and fabricated using $LaCr_xCo_{1-x}O_3$ (x = 0, 0.2, 0.5, 0.8 and 1) as the receptor material and $Li_{1.3}Al_{0.3}Ti_{1.7}(PO_4)_3$ plates as the solid-electrolyte transducer material. The $LaCr_xCo_{1-x}O_3$ layers were prepared with a polymeric precursor method that used ethylene glycol as the solvent, acetyl acetone as the chelating agent, and polyvinylpyrrolidone as the polymer additive. The effects of the Co concentration on the structural, morphological, and $NO_x$ sensing properties of the $LaCr_xCo_{1-x}O_3$ powders were investigated with powder X-ray diffraction, field emission scanning electron microscopy, and its response to 20~250 ppm of $NO_x$ at $400^{\circ}C$ (for 1 kHz and 0.5 V), respectively. When the as-prepared precursors were calcined at $700^{\circ}C$, only a single phase was detected, which corresponded to a perovskite-type structure. The XRD results showed that as the Co concentration of the $LaCr_xCo_{1-x}O_3$powders increased, the crystal structure was transformed from an orthorhombic phase to a rhombohedral phase. Moreover, the $LaCr_xCo_{1-x}O_3$ powders with $0{\leq}x<0.8$ had a rhombohedral symmetry. The size of the particles in the $LaCr_xCo_{1-x}O_3$powders increased from 0.1 to $0.5{\mu}m$ as the Co concentration increased. The sensing performance of the stack-structured $LaCr_xCo_{1-x}O_3/Li_{1.3}Al_{0.3}Ti_{1.7}(PO_4)_3$ sensors was found to divide the impedance component between the resistance and capacitance. The response of these sensors to NO gas was more sensitive than that to $NO_2$ gas. Compared to other impedancemetric sensors, the $LaCr_{0.8}Co_{0.2}O_3/Li_{1.3}Al_{0.3}Ti_{1.7}(PO_4)_3$ sensor exhibited good reversibility and reliable sensingresponse properties for $NO_x$ gases.

  • Exton introduced 20 distinct triple hypergeometric functions whose names are $X_i$ (i = 1, ${\ldots}$, 20) to investigate their twenty Laplace integral representations whose kernels include the confluent hypergeometric functions $_0F_1$, $_1F_1$, a Humbert function ${\Psi}_1$, and a Humbert function ${\Phi}_2$. The object of this paper is to present 18 new integral representations of Euler type for the Exton hypergeometric function $X_8$, whose kernels include the Exton functions ($X_2$, $X_8$) itself, the Horn's function $H_4$, the Gauss hypergeometric function $F$, and Lauricella hypergeometric function $F_C$. We also provide a system of partial differential equations satisfied by $X_8$.

  • $In_{1-x}Ga_xAs$ epitaxial layers were grown at 76 Torr by low pressure metalorganic chemical vapor deposition (LP-MOCVD). Growth rate did not change much with growth temperature. Surface morphology of $In_{1-x}Ga_xAs$ epitaxial layer was affected by lattice mismatch, growth temperature and $AsH_3/(TMIn+TMGa)$ ratio. A high quality epilayer showed a full width at half maximum of 2.8 meV by photoluminescence measurement at 5K. The composition of the $In_{1-x}Ga_xAs$ was determined by the relative gas phase diffusion of TMIn and TMGa. Lattice mismatch and growth temperature were the most important variables that determine the electrical properties of $In_{1-x}Ga_xAs$ epitaxial layers. At optimized growth condition, it was possible to obtain a high quality $In_{1-x}Ga_xAs$ epilayers with a electron concentration as low as $8{\times}10^{14}/cm^3$ and an electron mobility as high as 11,000$\textrm{cm}^2$/Vsec at room temperature.

  • (Pb$_{1-x}$ La$_{x}$)Ti$_{1-x}$ $_4$O$_3$(x=0, 0.02, 0.04, 0.08) ceramic thin films were fabricated by Sol-Gel method. A stock solution of (Pb, La)TiO$_3$ with excess Pb 10 mol% was made and spin-coated on the Pt/Ti/SiO$_2$/Si substrate at 400rpm for 30 seconds. Coated specimens were dried on the hot-plate at 35$0^{\circ}C$ for 10 min and sintered at 500~75$0^{\circ}C$ for 1 hour. The dielectric constant, remanent polarization and coercive field of the PLT(6at.%) thin films sintered at $650^{\circ}C$ were 884, 13.95$\mu$C/$\textrm{cm}^2$ and 8.7kV/cm, respectively. Pyroelectric coefficient, figure of merit of pyroelectric current, voltage responsivity and detectivity of PLT(6at.%) thin films were 3.2$\times$10$^{-8}$ C/$\textrm{cm}^2$K, 1.02$\times$10$^{-8}$ C.cm/J, 2.9 $\times$10$^{-11}$ C.cm/J, 0.29$\times$10$^{-8}$ C.cm/J, respectively.ely.

An analysis of Factorial structure of Kinematic variables in Bowling (볼링의 운동학적 분석과 주요인 구조분석)

  • This study attempted to indentify changeability of the factorial structure of kinematic analysis in bowling. Subjects of group composed of three groups : Higher bowers who are national representative bowers with 200 average point and one pro-bowler. Middle bowlers who are three common persons with 170 average points. Lower bowler who are three common persons with 150 average points. Motion analysis on throw motion in three groups respectively has been made through three-dimension cinematography using DLT method. Two high-speed video camera at operating 180 and 60 frame per secondary. T-test factorial structure analysis has been used to define variable relations. It was concluded that : 1. The difference of x1, x2, x4, x8, x9, x11, x12, x13 where significant between two group. 2. The difference of number of spin and angle of the back-hand where statistically significant between two group(p<.001, p<.05) 3. The correlation over r=.5 between the kinematic data x1, x2, x3, x9, x10, x11. In the rotation loading matrix Factor 1 was x1, x2, x9, x10 and Factor 2 relates to x3, x11. 4. In order to obtain the factor score as follow as ; Factor 1 = (0.248)X1 + (0.265)X2 + (-0.074)X3 + (0.259)X9 + (0.259)X10 + (-0.025)X11 Factor 2=(-0.016)X1 + (-0.055)X2 + (0.84)X3 + (-0.013)X9 + (-0.007)X10 + (0.553)X11.

A Study on the Properties of Fe-Se-Te System (Fe-Se-Te계의 특성 연구)

  • The properties of Fe-Se-Te system(FeSe(sub)1-xTe(sub)x, x=0.2, 0.5, 0.8) have been studied by means of the X-ray diffraction method and Mossbauer spectroscopy. The results of X-ray diffraction patterns show that three samples have the ixed structure of tetragonal PbO and a small amount of hexagonal NiAs structure respectively. For x=0.5 the lattice parameters of tetragonal PbO structure are a=3.795$\AA$, c=5.896$\AA$ and c/a=1.55. The Mossbauer spectra were obtained with the various temperature variation and than they do not exhibit magnetic hyperfine structure but show a strong doublet. The values of observed isomer shift and quadrupole splitting suggest that the irons of all samples exist in the +2 oxidation state with a major covalent contribution. The temperature dependence of isomer shift values for x=0.8 seems to be originated from the second order Doppler effect.
