This research approach is different from the existing definition of Tropical House. It was derived from an electronic music genre (deep house, chill out, dance hall). However, this study explains that Tropical House contains elements of other art forms as well as electronic music. These are the elements of Ireland's traditional music (Celtic music). This study explains why the fusion of Tropical House and Celtic music was easy. And it shows that elements of Celtic music are included in Tropical House through eight popular songs. It can be confirmed that the melody, harmony, rhythm, singing method, instrumentation, and structure of Tropical House are intertwined with the elements of Celtic music. The key point of this research is to suggest that Celtic musical elements are found in the Tropical House genre. In addition, creators need to pay attention to various types of music, including traditional music from around the world. It is suggested that creators need to think about how to combine today's music with various other genres to create original music.

In this era of globalization, people's knowledge and cultural aesthetics are strongly influenced by the cultures of different countries, and diversified art forms have broken the traditional art framework, so how to stick to the essence of the country's traditional culture and make it inherited has became an important issue that cannot be ignored in the development of music today. Tan Dun, as one of the representative figures of Chinese contemporary music, has brought important inspirations to the development of Chinese music. With bold and free conceptions, innovative personality, unique Chinese tradition and international perspective. With a spirit of breaking down the barriers between tradition and modernity, East and West, and a concept of integrating multiple cultures into one, he has become a unique figure in the world of music. As researchers in composition, not only do we take on the responsibility of passing on Chinese culture, but we also need to explore the future development direction of Chinese music. Therefore, this paper takes Tan Dun's four traditional musical elements of organic music, Buddhist culture, witchcraft beliefs, folk songs and opera in his works and examines how Tan Dun perfectly blends traditional Chinese music culture with contemporary music language. And explore how the domestic traditional culture co-exists with modernity in today's diverse world.

The purpose of this study is to find out why Whitney Houston gave healing to people around the world based on Shin Jae-hyo's gwangdaeron (clown theory). In Korean music, gwangdae (廣大, the title of clown) is a nickname dedicated to outstanding artists. Not only is it a clown that cannot be a person, but it does not give a clown a nickname for doing art activities. This is why Shin Jae-hyo, a pansori (Pansori epic chant) theorist and critic in the late 19th century of the Joseon Dynasty, presented the virtues of outstanding artists. There are four outstanding clown conditions claimed by Shin Jae-hyo: appearance (人物), words (辭說), perfect vocal music (得音) and wonderful movements (neoreumsae). These conditions show how difficult it is to be a gwangdae (a prominent artist), or an accomplished artist. We think Whitney Houston is a famous singer who fits these conditions. In her heyday, she was optimized for Shin Jae-hyo's clown theory, while her post-2007 moves are regrettable. However, it is clear that he is a singer who fits well with the title of America's greatest clown. In conclusion, I felt that the best emotion through music was the best healing, and that the best singer was becoming the best healer.

The present study is purposed to establish a systematic theory for user-friendly approach to the creation of using a programming language using Csound. Csound is a world-wide computer music programming language and a software synthesizer specialized for prominent sound designers developed by Barry Vercoe at the Media Laboratory in M.I.T. The introduction and the main body of this paper suggested as the starting point of creating electronic music and musical sound the time of combination of music with natural sound or sound from specific media from the viewpoint of traditional Western music. and presents a systematic method composed of the principle of the operation of Csound and basic data samples.

Music is a means of emotional expression and self-expression. In addition, it allows to interact with others and communicate with the world. Music may be considered as inaccessible for people with hearing impairment, who are sometimes discriminated from the music community. We explore trends in various technologies and research that enable everyone to access and enjoy music through experiences that leverage new and innovative technological approaches and bridge the gap between people with and without hearing impairment. Various aspects of haptic systems are being studied, but most of them are performance-oriented and focus only on technical functions. As research matures, more detailed and new studies that converge with various senses are being attempted. These studies will likely evolve into influential research areas that can positively affect the lives of people in terms of accessibility and inclusion by providing detailed functions and stimuli to specific users, including those with hearing impairment.

The purpose of this study is to find a solution to disputes in the process of producing digital music sources. At present, the center of the world music market including the domestic market has been completely transformed from the tangible musical record market to the intangible sound source market. Due to these environmental changes, the music production process becomes industrialized and specialized, causing conflicts of interest among the individuals in the process. First of all, this study examined changes in the music market which is the background of the dispute, identified the problems of the process and suggested solutions while summarizing the meaning and role of each process of producing a sound source that may arise during the sound production process. This study covers plagiarism between producers, copyright infringement of the creator against assistant creator caused by the industrialization and division of the production environment, issues related to the rights of sound engineers whose role and importance become bigger as acoustic technology develops and music genres become more diverse, and vertical hierarchy due to the formation of oligopoly by several distributors with huge capital. As a result of the study, it was concluded that Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) system is suitable for solving these problems. Specific methods of using ADR include activation of the dispute settlement system of the Korea Copyright Commission, active use of the arbitration clause specified in the standard contract, and recalculation of labor costs and earnings from copyright through mutual negotiations. This paper can be differentiated from previous studies in that it studied overall problems that might arise in the process of digital music source production and suggested ADR utilization as the solution.

Ladysmith Black Mambazo is a group of men influenced by South African traditional Zulu a cappella and American black music. The Jubilee Choir of the United States came to South Africa in the 1870s and influenced South African music while performing. Ladysmith Black Mambazo's music can be the result of the combination of the indigenous Zulu a cappella and the American Jubilee music style. This group participated in Paul Simon's album "Graceland" and became world famous. The album won a Grammy Award for sales of millions of copies. After that, they released their own albums and won 5 times Grammy Awards (nominated 15 times) They inherited and developed Zulu music under the philosophy of "preserving musical heritage". As a samely non-Western country, with hope their spirit, inheriting old one and innovating new one, gives positive inspiration for Korean music, I investigated how their music, 'Black Is Beautiful', 'Homeless' are influenced by the western music and inherited their own traditional music in it.

In order to have better understanding of the concept and meaning of soundscape, it is very important to consider entirely the objectives, activities, historical development processes and accomplishments of world soundscape project leading by R. Murray Schafer. Therefore, the ultimate purpose of this study is to inquire into the concrete development processes and practical activities of the soundscape in order to correspond to Schafer's conception of a tuning of the world. The establishment of WSP is based on noise pollution, listening attitudes and noisy music. Schafer formulated 5 types of item as a target, and wrote down concrete activities to achieve the goals. Especially, he devised the conceptual, educational, political and social strategies as the practical strategies of WSP. It is obtained various products by the activities of WSP from the planning starting year in 1969 to the stagnation period in 1979. That is, there are the social survey on noise-vancouver 1969, the book of noise, Okeanos, a study of community noise by-laws in canada 1972, the music of the environment, the vancouver soundscape, european sound diary, five village soundscapes, handbook for acoustic ecology and so on. The research activities of WSP arouse inspiration in many people interested in sound. Specially, it is emphasized the importance of increasing for their social roles in order to more actively improve and create the quality of sound environment. Also, it shows us the directions on how to lead our furture sound.

The purpose of this paper is to examine the current situation and background of the Russian consumer music market, where digital music sources are making great strides in the noted recent years. In addition, music storage technology, media and change are considered together in this report. Moreover, Russia is the 12th largest music market in the world. The Russian music industry is following the recent trend of the global music industry, where the digital music market is growing rapidly on many different levels. The explosive growth of the digital sound sources in Russia's music industry is attributed to the explosive increase in available consumer downloads, streaming sound source service, and the increase in the number of digital sound sources using mobile technologies due to the development of the Internet. In particular, the sales of the available and accessible streaming sound sources are expected to grow explosively by the year 2020, which is expected to account for more than 85% of total digital music sales. In other words, the spread of smartphones and the resulting changes in the lifestyle of the Russians have created these changes for the global consumer of music. In other words, the time has come for anyone to easily access music and listen to music without a separate audio or digital player. And the fact that the Russian government's strong policy on the eradication of illegal copying of music is becoming an effective deterrent, as is also the factor that led to the increase of the share of the digital sound source to increase sales in Russia. Today, the Russian music industry is leading this change through the age and process of simply adapting to the digital age. Music is the most important element of cultural assets, and it is the beneficial content, which drives the overall growth of the digital economy. In addition, if the following five improvements(First, strengthen the consciousness of the Russian people about copyright protection; Second, utilizing the Big Data Internet resources in the digital music industry; Third, to improve the monopoly situation of digital music distributors; Fourth, distribution of fair music revenues; and Fifth, revitalization of a re-investment in the current Russian music industry) are effective and productive, Russia's role and position in the world music market is likely to expand.

This study aims to develop Korean film music by using Korean traditional music with proper technique. As of 2019, current Korean film music is mostly modeled after Western music. The usage of traditional music instruments is significantly lower than the usage of western instruments and is merely used in Korean historical movies as embedded music. This supports the many views that Korean traditional music seems too difficult to appeal to the general audience in these modern times. Furthermore, there aren't any such cases to apply traditional music techniques to western instruments whereas there have been many occasions where traditional music instruments imitate western instruments with its tones. The suspected reason for this is due to the lack of proper understanding and techniques of traditional music that Korean film composers have utilized, and its limited exposure in popular music. However, traditions are special and unique way to represent the history, culture, lifestyle and characteristic of countries. Therefore, it is our duty to protect our own traditions. As both a Korean, and as a musician, new film music is needed which uses traditional music instruments and its techniques. When film composers create music with better understanding of Korean traditional music, this unique music will be able to transcend borders and spread throughout the world.
