간호사의 도덕적 행동, 도덕적 고뇌, 비판적 사고성향이 임상적 의사결정능력에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Moral Behavior, Moral Anguish, and Critical Thinking Tendency on Clinical Decision-making Ability in Nurse)

  • 본 연구는 간호사를 대상으로 임상적 의사결정능력에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 시도되었다. G도 병원에 근무하는 156명을 자료수집 하였다. IBM SPSS WIN/25.0을 이용하여 t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, Multiple regression을 사용하였다. 대상자의 임상적 의사결정능력에 가장 영향을 미치는 요인은 간호연구 '매우관심', 비판적 사고성향, '석/박사', 총 임상경력 '20년1개월 이상', 도덕적 행동, 간호연구 '중요하다', '미혼', 총 임상경력 '5년1개월-10년', 부서근무경력 '3년1개월-5년' 순이었다. 설명력은 51.4%이었다. 간호연구에 관심과 중요성, 도덕적 행동과 학력, 경력이 임상적 의사결정능력에 영향을 미치는 변수임을 확인하였다는 점에서 의의가 있었다. 본 연구결과는 프로그램 개발 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. 또한, 윤리적 딜레마 상황에서 임상적 의사결정능력을 높일 수 있는 교육 프로그램을 개발하여 적용하고 그 효과를 검증할 것을 제언한다.

  • These days, Dental Technic has been contributed to make more delicating Dental Prosthesis Restoration for patient and dentist. Diagnostic wax-up and making Temporary Crown are emphasized as an important part of Dental Technic. Choosing suitable Material and working with various new Equipments like Microscope improve accuracy. Repeated practice by setting up an organized system gives better result. Also, Esthetic Prosthesis requires patient's appearance and personality as well as patient' age, sex, and shade so on. Moreover, the problem which occurs by the patient's oral condition ha to be discussed before taking final impression. At a time like this, Scientific-mind and Logical thought Ability should be considered the important issue for more progressive Dental Technic.

  • The function of main starting valve for marine engine is to supply cylinder with the air to start marine engine. But, if the spindle, one of the main starting valve components, doesn't rotate accurately at the designated air pressure, the marine engine may have some trouble in starting. So, to resolve the problem due to spindle .elation in the main starting valve, the blocking device (blocking plate, limit switch, etc.) is installed in the upper part of spindle to constrain the rotation. So, in this paper we introduced the rotation constraining ability of blocking plate prevent the spindle from mis-working in the main starting value of the marine engine.

  • Building resilient community is often a complicated process to be gained by interorganizational collaboration. Since patterns of interorganizational relations among governments and sectors are constantly changing due to internal and external factors in the field of emergency management, understanding the dynamic nature of interorganizational collaboration is a critical step for improving a community’s ability to bounce back from a catastrophic event. From two theoretical perspectives, this research aims to examine the essential role of working across levels of governments and sectors in building resilient community by focusing on sources of community resiliency and a strong commitment. The empirical evidence highlights the importance of studying resilience as a way to understand the motivation and incentive for organizations to work jointly during emergency response. The study of organizational resilience also draws attention for the importance of various forms of interorganizational collaboration such as formal and informal relations. It also highlights how local organizations can utilize their relations to seek resources without necessarily jeopardizing their ability to perform their core organizational functions.

볼-유정압 복합베어링을 갖는 고정밀 주축의 회전특성에 관한 연구 (Rotational Characteristics of High Precision Spindle Unit with Ball-Hydrostatic Bearing)

  • The spindle unit is core parts in high precision machine tools. Diverse static and dynamic charateristics of spindle unit are needed for special purpose of machine tools. Specially, high damping ability may be very useful to high precision and high speed spindle unit. But commercial bearing system has very low damping value and high stiffness. In this paper, the combined bearing system with ball-hydrostatic bearing is suggested for high damping spindle unit. The suggested bearing system has 30% damping ability more than general ball bearing's. The average rotational accuracy of spindle with combined bearing in working speed is 24% better than with ball bearing. The unbalance rotating experiment in spindle show that rotating error with combined bearing is only half value of with ball bearing.

THE EFFECT OF MICRO/NANOSCALE STRUCTURES ON CHF ENHANCEMENT

  • Recently, many research studies have investigated the enormous critical heat flux (CHF) enhancement caused by nanofluids during pool boiling and flow boiling. One of the main reasons for this enhancement is nanoparticle deposition on the heated surface. However, in real applications, nanofluids create many problems when used as working fluids because of sedimentation and aggregation. Therefore, artificial surfaces on silicon and metal have been developed to create an effect similar to that of nanoparticle deposition. These modified surfaces have proved capable of greatly increasing the CHF during pool boiling, and good results have also been observed during flow boiling. In this study, we demonstrate that the wetting ability of a surface, i.e., wettability, and the liquid spreading ability (hydrophilic surface property), are key parameters for increasing the CHF during both pool and flow boiling. We also demonstrate that when the fuel surface in nuclear power plants is modified in a similar manner, it has the same effect, producing a large CHF enhancement.

RC보의 피로성능에 관한 실험적연구 (Experimental Study to fatigue performance of reinforced concrete beam)

  • This is a basic experimental study elaborated on reinforced concrete beam under load, especially crack behavior, bending stiffness, deflection and strain of concrete and reinforced bar for reinforced concrete and steel fiber reinforced concrete beam in relation to fatigue loading in service ability limit states. Test parameters are concrete strength, volume. and type of steel fiber and fatigue loading in service ability limit states to be changed. In order to obtain the actual conditions of various working loads for the aforesaid reinforced concrete beam, minimum load is applied 10$\%$ of maximum design load and maximum load was applied 60$\%$, 80$\%$ and 100$\%$ respectively. Under the same condition, the test was implemented up to 1 million cycle and the result was thoroughly analyzed and reviewed.

경영정보학과 졸업자들에 대한 기업의 만족도 : C 대학에 대한 사례 연구 (Satisfaction of Firms with the MIS Department Graduates : The Case Study of C University)

  • This research surveys how much firms are satisfied with the graduates of the MIS Department of C University. The subjects of this research are the graduates of the department who are working as full time workers and their supervisors, coworkers and subordinate workers evaluate how much they are satisfactory regarding their ability and knowledge to do their jobs successfully. The subjects are classified into IS practitioners and non-IS practitioners based on the tasks they are currently taking charge of. The results show that the IT - related part of the curriculum of the department provides a relative advantage for non-IS practitioners and that the management-related part of the curriculum provides a relative advantage for IS practitioners. The results also show that the curriculum does not provide the graduates enough technical proficiency to develop a successful carrier as IS specialists.

보육교사의 심폐소생술에 대한 지식, 태도와 수행능력 (Nursery Teachers' Knowledge, Attitude and Performance Ability in CardioPulmonary Resuscitation)

  • 목적 본 연구는 보육교사들의 심폐소생술에 대한 지식, 태도 및 수행능력을 파악하고, 이들 변수의 상관관계와 수행능력에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악함으로써 보육교사들의 심폐소생술 수행능력을 증진시키기 위한 맞춤형 교육프로그램을 개발하는 데 필요한 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도되었다. 방법 본 연구의 대상자는 220명으로 경상남도 A시에 소재하는 어린이집에 근무하는 보육교사이다. 자료수집 기간은 2013년 7월 1일부터 31일 까지였으며, 측정도구는 심폐소생술 지식과 태도는 Park 등(2006)의 도구, 수행능력은 Choi (2008)의 도구로 측정하였으며, 자료는 SPSS/WIN 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 결과 심폐소생술에 대한 지식은 100점 만점에 평균 45.88점(평균 평점 0.46점)이었고, 심폐소생술에 대한 태도는 5점 중 평균 평점 3.69점, 심폐소생술 수행능력은 5점 중 평균 평점 2.65점으로 나타났다. 심폐소생술 지식과 수행능력은 교육경험에 따라 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 심폐소생술 수행능력에 영향을 미치는 요인은 심폐소생술 교육경험이 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났고, 그 다음이 태도, 지식 순으로 나타났으며, 심폐소생술 수행능력에 대한 이들 요인의 설명력은 29.4%로 나타났다. 결론 본 연구결과 보육교사들의 심폐소생술에 대한 지식, 태도 및 수행능력은 심폐소생술이 필요한 응급상황에서 정확한 심폐소생술을 수행하기에는 높지 않았음을 확인하였다. 심폐소생술 수행능력에 영향을 미치는 요인에는 교육경험이 가장 큰 요인으로 나타났다. 따라서 아동의 기도폐쇄나 심정지의 상황에서 보육교사들이 심폐소생술에 대한 정확한 지식과 적극적 태도를 가지고 심폐소생술을 올바로 수행할 수 있는 능력을 갖추게 하기 위한 효과적인 교육전략이 필요한 것으로 생각된다.
