모바일 BIM기반 현장 감리업무 지원도구 - 품질관리업무를 중심으로 - (On-site Quality Control Support Tools Based on Mobile BIM - Focusing on Quality Management Work -)

  • 본 연구에서는 현장 품질관리 업무에서 나타나는 문제들을 해소하기 위해 모바일 BIM기반 품질관리 지원도구를 개발하였다. 본 연구의 도구를 개발하기 위해 국내 품질관리 업무의 절차를 분석하고 존재하는 문제를 해결하기 위해 12개 기능을 도출하여 공종별체크리스트와 BIM모델 객체 매핑과정을 수행하였다. 그리고 도구 유용성 설문조사를 통해 개발된 도구가 품질관리업무에 존재하는 문제를 해결할 수 있다고 확인하였다.

  • The current evaluation time period for the construction management service is the project completion or after project completion. Therefore, the construction manager has the following problems. First, it is difficult to prepare the evaluation due to the new field movement of the existing participating engineer. Next, the CM work is complex as well as extensive. Therefore, the critical success factors of the construction technology services evaluation are required as a systematic performance standard of CM work. In this study, we extracted the critical success factors that can systematically prepare the evaluation from the early stage of the project through in - depth interviews with experts. And, this study was analyze the priority of each factor by using AHP technique. As a result, the most important factors were related to the systemization of the preparation process, the construction manager work capabilities and practical construction management. And the priorities of all factors were analyzed high in the factors suggested by the owner groups. The results of this analysis are expected to provide the standards that construction management service performer carry out structured management of construction management throughout the project.

  • Globally the interest of large-scale structure has been increasing for the use in various social and cultural events. However various problems for building large-scale structure in South Korea are expected in terms of construction method and site management due to the lack of experience. Construction method and planning significantly affects on making decisions. There are only theoretical approach for constructing large-scale building in domestic with the limited experience of constructing constrained size structure. Through Analytic Hierarchy Process with experts, derived decision factors mostly used construction method in construction of large-scale structure. Derived factors from this study will support making decisions for field management in constructing large-scale structure.

조선소 판넬라인의 위험요인 분석 및 안전관리 Application 개발 (Analysis of the Risk Factors and Design of the Safety Management Application for the Panel Line in a Shipyard)

  • The process of panel line in the shipyard produce the panel of outside planking which is located the side and bottom of a ship. The stiffeners or plates are welded onto the plates in this process. In this study, the panel line was performed to work process analysis and was analyzed into the IDEF0(Integration Definition) model that is functional modeling methodology. Also the panel line was analyzed to find out the risk factor and expected accident/safety guide from each process. And then this outputs were applied to the IDEF0 model. The mobile application which is designed by ooCBD(Object-oriented Component Based Development) method is able to use the output data of the process analysis in the panel line. This mobile application could be used by employees and safety managers without regard for working location and time.

  • Due to urban regeneration projects or changes in the living environment, there is an increasing need to demolish old buildings that have lost their functions. Demolition of above ground and underground structures is an important construction project that greatly affects the construction period and safety of the entire process. However, it is difficult for the safety officer to manage the demolition work due to the lack of specific and diverse data applicable to the site of the demolition plan. Therefore, in this study, items that need to be improved in structural safety when the above-ground and underground structures are demolished are reviewed and organized. For the main contents of structural safety management in demolition work, 1) structural review reflecting the order of demolition work, 2) installation and dismantling of steel pipe scaffolding and dust nets, 3) installation and dismantling of system scaffolding, 4) installation and dismantling of fall prevention nets, 5) jack support Installation and dismantling, 6) movement of equipment, movement and planning between floors, 7) equipment for demolition of structures, height of remnants, 8) site cleanup, and 9) equipment operators were categorized and arranged.

  • 본 연구는 설계 과정의 분해, 시공 과정의 조립, 공사비 적산 등 공사의 계획과 관리에 걸친 모든 공사 관리의 업무를 체계화할 수 있는 공동주택의 공사정보분류체계를 제시하였다. 또한, 본 연구는 이 공사정보분류체계를 작업순서에 따라 관계형 데이터베이스(Data Base)로 구축 방법을 제시하였고, 구축된 데이터베이스를 근거로 적산 자동화 시스템 개념 모형을 구축하였다. 이러한 적산 자동화 시스템 개념 모형은 기존 적산 시스템들의 근본적인 문제점이었던 부적절함을 해소하여 공동주택 건설현장에서 효과적으로 적용가능한 과학적인 적산 시스템으로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

  • The gap between universities, scientific centers and industrial-production units is one of higher education concerns. In academic entrepreneurship, the university work simultaneously in education, research and entrepreneurship. The universities play a key and important role in providing educational opportunities in economic development. This research aims to develop and expand science as well as help managers to explain the process of technology transfer in entrepreneurial university. This research is applied-developmental type and on the other hand, data driven theories have been used in this study. Current model is generally tried to meanwhile compensate previous shortcomings, include some strengths such as considering domestic factors of Iran as well as update effective factors on the process of technology transfer. Finally the suggested model has been compared with existing well-known models that each one of those models have some drawbacks which have been tried to be minimized in suggested model as much as possible.

  • For the past 25 years, Korean semiconductor has experienced enormous growth to be the highest production country in the world. Semiconductor industry is very time sensitive and driven by technology and process, and requires 24-hour full operation. The environment includes many different types of equipment, utilities, different gases and toxic chemicals as well as high voltage electricity. We have performed a survey with 3-shift engineers and workers in one line. The content of the questionnaire was about the correlation between fatigue and performance shaping factor (work type and work ability), and as a result we were able to deduce the correlation, p-value and the pattern of scatter plot. The shape of the model was made of 4 blocks for fatigue, 5 blocks for work type and 5 blocks for work ability, i. e. 14 blocks in total. As a conclusion to this findings, there was a correlation between fatigue and work type and work ability specifically in semiconductor industry, and we need some effort to reduce this.

  • 공정관리는 건설 프로젝트에서 가장 중요한 프로젝트 성공 요인 중 하나이다. 그러나, 기존의 공정계획 기법은 건설 프로젝트에서 상당한 수작업과 관리자의 판단이 필요하기 때문에 신속한 공정계획과 운영에 많은 어려움이 있다. 본 연구는 공정계획을 자동화하고 시각화하기 위한 새로운 공정계획 기법과 알고리즘을 제안하는 것을 목적으로 하며, 이를 가산 그리드 공정계획 기법(CSM)이라고 한다. 이 기법은 시각화된 도구를 통해 작업 범위를 정의하면 각 작업의 생산성과 작업 가능 조건에 따라 일정계획이 자동으로 생성된다. 날짜별 작업의 위치를 그리드 기반 접근방식으로 시각화할 수 있다. 또한 작업 일정은 진행 상황에 따라 자동으로 갱신할 수 있다. 제안된 기법의 산업적 활용 가능성을 건설프로젝트의 샘플 데이터를 가지고 사례 연구를 통해 검증하였다. 본 연구는 공정관리 프로세스를 자동화하여 건설 산업에 기여할 수 있을 깃으로 기대한다.

  • In these days, the PCs are widely used in the mid-level factory. But they have low-effectiveness for using them. The main reason should be the lack of useful and practical software in the market. This Case study aimed at the support of the software using DB Language to get M/M chart for aquiring work study and standard time data in the mid-level factory having multi-item and multi-process type. CVA (Chronocycle Video Analysis) is applied to get basic standard time data and working list. Standard time, Sequence of working and allowance time or rate for man and machine will be readily obtained through the menu when the software executing. Detailed program list is systematically shown in Appendix.
