Purpose This study is to phenomenologically discover key antecedents and outcomes of behavioral process of SNS users who have multiple SNS sub-accounts. Unlike previous studies that focused on user behavior in the context of a specific SNS platform, this study attempts to describe how and why individual manages their multiple sub-accounts across a variety of SNS platforms. Design/methodology/approach By applying the grounded theory methodology (GTM) to elucidate the unique behavior in SNS platforms, this study has conducted in-depth interview with 14 respondents who handle multiple accounts across the SNS platforms. As a results of analyzing the interview manuscripts, this study has extracted 47 concepts, 10 sub-categories and 6 main categories by conducting open coding, axis coding, and selective coding. Findings By analyzing interview data, this study has derived main categories such as account management, impression management, self-categorization, authority to determine the relationship, digital shadow work, and portfolio SNS accounts from qualitative interview data. This study has also conducted a process analysis that represents how main categories could be inter-related. Based on findings, this study provides a new phenomenological perspective to understand the behavioral process of SNS users' sub-account usage experience.

국내에 DFS (Design for Safety) 제도가 도입되었지만 이를 수행하는 발주자 및 설계자의 인지도는 아직까지 매우 낮은 수준이며, 대부분의 발주자 및 설계자는 추가적인 업무수행, 전문 인력 부족 등 다양한 사유로 인해 부정적인 입장을 보이고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 DFS업무의 효율적인 수행을 위해 DFS 업무프로세스를 표준화하고, 현재 발주자 및 설계자가 수행하는 각 업무별 업무수행수준을 분석하여 DFS 업무수행능력 향상방안을 제안하고자 연구를 수행하였다. 본 연구는 발주자 및 설계자의 DFS 업무수행능력 향상을 위해서는 위험요소 및 저감대책 발굴, 위험성 평가 등의 핵심 업무를 지원하며, DFS 보고서를 원활하게 작성할 수 있도록 해당 정보를 제공하는 업무지원시스템의 개발을 제안하였다.

지식 혹은 기술을 중심으로 연구개발 등 업무 프로세스가 이루어지는 연구소에서 지식관리의 중요성이 더욱 강조되고 있다. 연구개발은 조직의 성장 엔진 역할을 담당하고 있으며, 지식 및 경험을 유기적으로 통합 공유하여 새로운 지식을 창출하는 과정인 업무 자체가 지식관리 프로세스라 할 수 있기 때문이다. 본 연구에서는 연구 프로세스 기반 지식관리 프로세스를 도출하고, 실제로 이러한 체계의 지식관리를 추진하고 있는 포스코경영연구소의 사례 연구를 통해 지식관리의 실천적 모델을 제시하고자 한다.

재난 안전 R&D는 현재 사업목표 및 성과달성을 위한 효과적인 운영 관리체계가 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 재난안전 분야 R&D 사업에 대한 실무적 차원의 성과관리 체계가 마련되어야 하고 이를 위해서는 성과관리 프로세스 수립을 위한 연구가 필요한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 국제공인 프로젝트 관리 지식체계 지침서인 PMBOK(Project Management Body of Knowledge)에 제시된 프로젝트 관리체계를 도입하여 재난안전 R&D 성과관리 매트릭스를 정의하였고 업무프로세스 분석과 성과실적 검토를 통해 부처 내 R&D 성과관리체계의 취약부분을 도출하였다. 과학기술기본법, 재난 및 안전관리기본법 등 재난안전 R&D 관련 법에 명시된 성과관리 관련 업무를 바탕으로 5개 프로세스 그룹, 7개 성과관리 지식영역 및 47개 프로세스로 재난안전 R&D 성과관리 매트릭스를 구성하였고, 업무분석을 통해 성과확산 환류 지식영역 관련 프로세스가 현행 재난안전 R&D 성과관리 업무의 취약프로세스로 평가되었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 업무 취약부분인 성과확산 환류 지식영역에 대해서 PMBOK에서 프로세스를 정의하는 방식과 동일하게 ITO(Inputs-Tool&Techniques-Outputs)를 정의하고 데이터 흐름도를 개발하여 재난안전 R&D 성과확산 및 환류를 위한 업무에 활용할 수 있도록 제안하였다. 본 연구를 통해 제안한 재난 안전 분야 R&D 성과확산 관련 프로세스는 부처 내 R&D 성과확산 활용 업무 전문성을 확보하기 위한 기초자료로 활용되고 더 나아가 재난안전 R&D 사업을 통해 개발된 기술이 기술이전 및 기업 매출액 증대 등 사업화 성과의 확산을 위한 초석을 다지는데 기여할 수 있을 것이라 판단된다.

It used the flow system of the stone polishing machine head and it developed a multi axis whetstone polishing system. With the result, the defect by line contact polishing does not occur in both ends of the stone, and it came to trim smoothly. As the index of the surface roughness decreased to 3.6 times, the polishing effect improved greatly. It decreased greatly the dust and a noise with the wet polishing, and the factors of the duty evasion at production site were solved with the work environment improvement against the polishing process of the stone industry and work intensive reduction.

The construction of green building has distinct charicteristics by work classification by applying green technologies. Thus if the new technologies are applied to construction, unskiiled worker can experience construction time delay, reconstruction occurrence and quality decrease because of mistakes during the construction and work progress. For this background, we establish the work progress manual to secure quality and performance during the construction phase of green building and provide method to be used in the construction sight operation.

In the modern age. Building is getting higher and larger according to owner and social demands. Now when we are facing the need of the cost down and the reduction of economic loss. In this paper, the characteristics of the present conditions of site management were investigated with the field survey. And The Purpose of this study is to suggest the rational plans of construction planning in site management. The method of site management. however depends on experience of a construction manager. in order to solve this situation, it is necessary to create a method of site management that is adequate for the condition of construction. By cultivating excellent sub contractors, we can expect precise construction with a few experts. improvement in qualify of construction from standardization, computerization of each process. And the expectancies of this paper are that it can be used as efficient data for improvement of system to systematize site management work in Korea.

The competitive nature of enterprises requires organizations to foster an environment that encourages employee innovation that leads to profitability and customer satisfaction. Organizational innovation is influenced by several factors with employee behaviour being one of the important factors. Employees contribute in the innovation process and thus, it is important for organizations to understand employee expectations to demonstrate innovative work behaviour in order to create and maintain an innovative work culture. In the present study, a conceptual model based on culture, reward and program, training, compensations, leadership and systems was tested to assess that impact on employee expectations leading to innovative work behaviour. The study was conducted in the context of city-state of Singapore due to its significant emphasis on promoting and nurturing employee innovation. The model was tested using empirical data collected through a survey of employees in Singapore. The results indicate that while culture, rewards and training programs have a direct relationship on employee expectations to demonstrate innovative work behaviour, when considered together, leadership and systems are significantly and positively associated with employee expectations. These factors are usually under the control of organizations and can be enhanced through systematic interventions, thereby providing practice managers an avenue to improve employee innovation behaviour. The other implications of the findings and future scope are discussed.

In this study, we examined how the psychological safety influence expected image outcomes(image gain, image risk) and how expected image outcomes impact one's involvement in creative work. And, we examined the relationship between creative work involvement and job performance. We also investigated mediating role of expected image outcomes between psychological safety and creative work involvement. Survey data was collected from 271 employees working in a South Korea. The results of structural equation modeling using LISREL 8.50 indicate that psychological safety was positively related to expected image gain, but not significantly related to expected image risk. The result also expected image gain was positively related to creative work involvement, contrary to prediction of hypothesis 2-2, expected image risk was positively associated with creative work involvement. In addition, creative work involvement has positive effect on job performance. Finally, the relationship of expected image outcomes about psychological safety and creative work involvement was mediated by expected image gain partially. We extended the literature and contributed better understanding of the creativity research by answering calls for further research on involvement in creative work rather then the outcome of the creative process.

학교 시설물은 2006년 현재 10,876개의 초, 중, 고등학교가 운영되고 있고 임대형 민간투자사업(BTL)을 통한 학교시설물은 더 늘어날 전망이다. 하지만 향후 출산율 저하로 인한 인구 감소가 예상되므로 기존 시설물의 유지관리에 더 많은 관심과 노력이 필요할 것이다. 기존의 유지관리 체계는 일정 계획에 의한 것이 아닌 문제 발생 시 보수를 위한 사후보전적인 형태로 진행되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기존문헌 고찰 및 설문조사를 통해 현행되고 있는 유지관리 업무의 현황을 분석하여 유지관리 업무의 절차를 개선하고 실무 담당자들의 요구가 반영된 유지관리 시스템을 제안한다. 이를 통해 유지관리 업무의 간소화와 예산운영의 투명성 및 각 담당업무별 정보전달을 원할하게 하여 유지관리 업무의 효율성을 높이고자 한다.
